ZohoProject Excel Export Bug
When I export my hours to the excel spreadsheet it is vastly inaccurate showing only a small percentage of my recorded hours. dmeeks
integration of zohochat inside the zohoprojects
before anything, let me tell you this, "I love zoho". the one thing that i have noticed is that zohoprojects really doesn't allow you to chat. if i am logged in, i can see who is online or not by looking under the users page, but there is no way to create a group chat. i think this feature is very important because this is a collaboration website and chatting with members is a quick way to get your point across. i suggest that there should be a button which allows me to create a group chat. if i

problems with xls spreadsheets

Users deleting tasks ???
Is there a way to prevent users "employees" from deleting or modifying tasks, task lists or even milestones ??? I want them to be able to fill in their progress on a particular task or mark it as finished but never to delete them or modifying. Thank you.
Missing link
I have tried to start a new project, am unable too find the link that is supposed to be in the left hand menu at the top right. It just doesn't exist and I've tried to find it in the latest version of internet explorer, firefox, and seamonkey. I've tried doing it from the "My Home," "Dashboard" and the "Settings" pages to no avail. Am I just not doing the right thing? If not then this is something that should be fixed. olletippaz

Meetings & Dependencies
Firstly I'd like to say this looks great. I've been using Zoho on and off for a while now but I think this is the one app that'll keep me coming back. However, two feature requests/suggestions (one already mentioned): * Task Dependencies - I know it's on your list, just adding another vote for it * Zoho Meeting integration - Would it not be an idea to tie in with something you've already developed? Or have I just missed something during my initial foray into Zoho Projects?

schedule meetings in the past not possible
I would like to have the option to schedule meetings in the past for th e purpose of archive the notes and keeping track of them. Currently this is not available. claude
Lost tasks
Hi has anyone had this problem? I entered five tasks in against a milestone on thursday but they are no longer visible under upcoming milestones - even when the expand icon is clicked - however they are visible in the calender and reports under task list or graph view.... how can I bring them back into view again? thanks. helen

Bookmark Upcoming Milestones / other pages
I would love to be able to bookmark any of the pages, or to be able to add links to pages to my dashboard, so I can get to my most often used pages with a single click (rather than the 3 clicks it takes now).
Forum post notification
I think it is not good that when you are posting a forum thread that the emails that are shot out contain the whole content. My experience is that most of the time people do not come back to the forum to post a reply. I think the option should exist to only pass along the first 20 words and if people want to read the whole story they have to log into the project platform thierry_hillewaere
Russian filenames in Writer
There is error then i try to save document in Writer with russian filename (previously uploaded from local computer). And there is no ability to create document with russian filename. vatavale

hi Please could you make the Content box at least 20 lines high instead of 8, and the width about half as wide again? This would make it much less "cramped" to write in if you have a long post to write, and there's plenty of room on the page thank you christopher.williams

hello Is it possible to display the day day in the date, eg Tue 13th Nov, wherever dates are shown? when working on a day to day basis, it's much more intuitive to remember what happened last week when you know what day it was on, rather than having to calculate what date last Monday was. thanks very much!! christopher christopher.williams

Currently it looks very cluttered up, and is difficult to have a quick scan of existing topics. It would be great if there was a feature to have just the titles of the threads which users can click on to open up the whole conversation. shu.miah
Personal tasks
Guys, I've been using "shock-horror" your competition, actually, I switched from them to you. However, one of the features they had, that I kind of liked, was the ability to create personal tasks. Whilst I becoming more interested in the SaaS approach, I generally can't stand having 10+ IE/Firefox windows open as I try to manage ZOHO, my online banking, gmail, remember the milk, etc... When I create a task, the only option is to assign it to myself. I cannot assign it to another user.

Hi Here are some feature requests: 1) Allow to specify task duration in hours. I have asked for this several times before - each time you have promised to have it ready within a month. So I expect this will come soon. 2) Include notes in the e-mail notifications. 3) Allow to assign tasks and to send notifications to more than a single user. 4) Assign documents to specific tasks. 5) More intuitive ways to move tasks. The user interface for this isn't really good, eg select lists do not show the complete

Adding attachments to tasks or task notes
Guys, Great work with the tasks/comments -- one addition that would be useful, that I can't seem to find a way of doing, would be to allow the addition of attachments to tasks. For example -- this forum software has this ability -- add a note yourself and you'll see what I mean. Why would this be useful I hear you ask? Writer in Zoho Projects does not work
When I edit a document in Zoho Projects, none of my changes are saved, and the document version number does not change. I am also unable to create new documents using writer in Zoho Projects. Sheet is working fine.

As we've built up our projects/milestones/task lists etc, it is becoming increasinlgy more difficult to find tasks. Is there a SEARCH function in Projects I can find or are there plans to launch one? Thanks, arathecoach
