Order milestones by project in global gantt view
Is it possible to order my milestones by project in global gantt view? Currently as I have a number of projects running, I would like to see all milestones related to the same project together, rather than being in random order and mixed with milestones from different projects. Is this possible?
No way to create a template for an individual task?
Am i right in thinking there is no way to add an individual task from a created template? I would have to use a task list template every time instead? The scenario needed is a frequently occuring task is added on an already created board by a project

How to assign all tasks in a task list to a user, rather than assigning each task one at a time?
If I have a task list that has 30 tasks, is there a faster way to make that entire list of tasks assigned to one user? Right now I'm having to go through each task one at a time and assign each one. This is pretty slow, especially if we want to fire up multiple projects utilizing this task list template.

I am organising a project by creating the milestones first, moving them around until correct in the Gantt view, then creating task lists and tasks in each milestone. Naming Recurring Tasks
Using Zoho PROJECTS, I would like to create monthly recurring tasks for my team, but I have discovered a problem. If the task is renamed, (we rename all tasks because each is unique) the next recurrence shows up with the changed name rather than the original one, which makes it appear as if it is a repeat of the first task rather than a new task.
