Hello, I wanted to be able to send automatic EMAIL ntoifications to clients about the progress of their work based on when a task or milestone is completed for a client's project. How do I do this. I noticed Bug has the ability to email, but i don't think i want to send out bug notices. And No, I don't want to have to update the feeds for hundreds of clients either.

New users not showing in user pick list
We have added a user pick list as a custom field to one of our layouts. Now when I add a new user to a project that uses this layout the user will not show up in the user pick list. The only way I found to include the new user to the list is to open the task layout in edit mode, edit the user pick list and click on "Select all". Is there an option that I am overlooking that would automatically add all new users to the users pick list? Any hint is appreciated.

Hi, I've configured some holidays in my portal. They do show in the portal that i've created them and if i look at the gantt view it highlights those days and indicates they are holidays. The issue i'm having is there are tasks currently scheduled for those dates. When i added the holidays, it didn't move those tasks. they are still scheduled on those dates.
