Hello, Maybe I could not find the proper way to do it, but when entering tasks that took place in the past for an ongoing project, the system automatically assigned the current date when they were marked complete. Isn't there a way to enter the actual end date if it was in the past? Thank you
Sorting in bug Tracker
Is there a way to set a sort order on the main bug screen. I'd love for my guys to see: 1 just their tickets. 2 order those tickets by severity 3 order those tickets by status Or something along those lines. Currently I have added a priority field (1-25) so they have an idea what situations need the most attention once assigned.

I can't seem to find any way to merge bugs in BugTracker, which is a pretty standard feature as there are times when very similar bugs are created but users don't want to delete them because they have some important conversation history.

Hi folks, This is a real problems for me right now. I was setting up a new project type for managing our Zoho migration. I created a new issues layout for the project (zohobugs). This was based on the standard layout. As soon as I did that, the project's issues tag became unresponsive. Clicking on it results in no activity. The mobile project app reports the issues are still in the project, but trying to access any issue results in an error. In addition, it is impossible to review the standard issue

Big Problem after Changing Bug-Ticket Layouts to Projects
Hey ZOHO-Team, we have just started to cleanup our old Bugtracker Layouts and merge them to just a couple of layouts. After that we have (of course) some "Status & Workflow" Entries which are not longer needed. So we start customizing them by deleting and matching them to other statuses. After finishing the cleanup we want to save this new Status Layout and ZOHO Projects Create atleast one closed status But we have of course a closed status as you can see attached. We are not able to save this.

Allow user to manage Bug Tracker notification
Having the option to allow users to manage Bug Tracker notification would be ideal. At now only administrators can manage events to notify (picture attached), but each user should choose which notifications receive via e-mail. This function is already available in Tasks, please enable the same function in the Issues page.

Client Users can't see any Issues
I added a few Client Users to a Project and gave them full access to All Issues in Permission Settings, however, none of them can see any of the Issues in the Project. Am I missing something? I don't even see them when I go to add Followers or anywhere other than in Users.

Renaming a tasklist when suing a template
Hi, I created a tasklist with tasks, which I converted into a model. My goal is to create multiple tasklists using this model. However, when you create a new tasklist from a model, you can´t name it. It take the template´s name by default. You have to edit the newly created tasklist afterward. It would be great if the renaming is available in the new "tasklist with model" panel.

Yes, Zoho Projects has a clean look and feel but it’s wasting too much screen space. Just look at “Save Results To:” (upper right) stealing screen space from what could be another task like. How do you export ALL bugs?
Hello, I found the Bug's export feature on a per-project basis, but I need to export all the bugs for all of the available projects. Is there a way of doing this? I can list all the bugs if I go to the "My bugs" section, and remove the "All Open" and "Me", but the 3 bars icon on the right side does not have the Export option like it has when you're viewing a single project.
How can I export bugs from Zoho
One of our clients that we have been tracking bugs within Zoho Projects for are moving to Jira. I know about the Export function but that does not export the bugs and all the commnets within the bugs. Please advise if there is a way to export to a CSV file to then provide to the client. One additional complicating factor is that obviously we have multiple clients in our instance of Zoho and we are looking to export only one.

Is it possible to set a custom filter or "view" for all users in BugTracker?
Other bug tracking software we've used allow users to create custom views or "filters" that can be set as the default views for all users in a project. We would like to have a category for archived "bugs" that weren't actually bugs but still contain important conversation history and are linked to Desk tickets. However, we don't want these to always be in users' sight, so we would like to hide them from view. Is such a thing possible or on the road-map for BugTracker?
