Bug Tracker fields
In bug tracker settings. I see fields in the list. I want to use the same fields from a previous project, but they do not show up on the new project I created. Is there any way to copy them to the new project? Do i Have to recreate them each time for new projects?
recover wasted screen space
Yes, Zoho Projects has a clean look and feel but it’s wasting too much screen space. Just look at “Save Results To:” (upper right) stealing screen space from what could be another task like. Why do I need Chat/Channels/Help permanently occupying space (lower screen) Please consider making the UI more screen efficient.
How do you export ALL bugs?
Hello, I found the Bug's export feature on a per-project basis, but I need to export all the bugs for all of the available projects. Is there a way of doing this? I can list all the bugs if I go to the "My bugs" section, and remove the "All Open" and "Me", but the 3 bars icon on the right side does not have the Export option like it has when you're viewing a single project.
How can I export bugs from Zoho
One of our clients that we have been tracking bugs within Zoho Projects for are moving to Jira. I know about the Export function but that does not export the bugs and all the commnets within the bugs. Please advise if there is a way to export to a CSV file to then provide to the client. One additional complicating factor is that obviously we have multiple clients in our instance of Zoho and we are looking to export only one.
Is it possible to assign a bug to a CLIENT user?
I can assign tasks to clients, but wanted to assign bugs. These users are not selectable. However looking at their permissions, it looks like they are allowed to see bugs? Please advise.

Hello there, I'm trying to find out if there's any way to add more Fields to the "UPDATE SUPPORT FIELDS" on a Business Rule that I'm setting on Zoho Project as I need to edit more fields from DESK when I trigger a certain action in PROJECT/BUGTRACKER Currently I'm stuck with just those two options but I need to see if there's a chance to add more somehow so I can modify more fields on Desk when I'm dealing with the Bugs on PROJECT itself. Is it possible to set a custom filter or "view" for all users in BugTracker?
Other bug tracking software we've used allow users to create custom views or "filters" that can be set as the default views for all users in a project. We would like to have a category for archived "bugs" that weren't actually bugs but still contain important conversation history and are linked to Desk tickets. However, we don't want these to always be in users' sight, so we would like to hide them from view. Is such a thing possible or on the road-map for BugTracker?
Need to export Linked Bugs through the "EXPORT BUGS" option
As of now I'm trying to Export all the Bugs of a certain project nevertheless I need to see all the linked bugs that are among them so I can give that information to the higher ranks on my company, is it possible to do this by any mean? You can type this character when entering a title for the holiday but when you re-enter the holiday list it's being replaced with a question mark.

Prioritising Bugs
I am trying to prioritise bugs for my engineers, but I can't find a way of re-ordering the bugs in priority order, except by fudging it with due dates which I don't want to do. I can reorder the bugs on the Kanban board, but this doesn't seem to be saved anywhere.

subtasks can't be re-ordered.
Great feature for tasks, but really limits if you can't reorder subtasks.
User with contractor role can't change the assignee in a ticket
Hi! In Zoho Projects with the bug tracking system, a member of my team with the role Contractor should be able to change the assignee according to your role chart but she can't. I look at the javascript code (in the Chrome console) and I could see that there is a javascript error that may be the problem.
Can not add bugs for certain projects

Hi there, We are trying to create a custom field for integrating our Portal to Gitlab. We created a custom field for the project ID in Gitlab. However, when editing the custom function, this "custom field" does not appear as an option for assigning it as a "Parameter Value" to a "Parameter Name" in the function's arguments. Interestingly, it appears when editing the Append bug parameters in webhooks. Is it a bug? Do we need to do something else to have appeared the custom field in the custom function

It would be nice if some kind of voting feature were added to Bug Tracker. I work in Technical Support, and I know how easy it is for a backlog of bugs to start piling up, which forces developers to start prioritizing issues. I think it would be really useful for planning and prioritization purposes if all users who had access to Bug Tracker (e.g., Support Agents, Developers) could add upvotes to particular bugs. I have a use case for my project team where we want to create a filter for bugs created within the last 24 hours. In looking at the available filters, it looks like I can set a Time Span filter using either Due On or the Completed . But I don't see a value for Created On. Move Task | Is only showing milestones not task lists
When using the Move feature on a task, the available Task lists in the display are actually milestones, not task lists. As such, I cannot select another Task List. It will only allow me to move to a Milestone.
Any plans to integrate Zoho project with Zoho people and Zoho CRM
I would be nice to be able to pull up a list of names from Zoho people when adding staff to a project and Zoho CRM when adding customers. Similarly, it would be nice to be able to see what projects have been done for a particular company from Zoho CRM and what projects an employee has worked on from within Zoho People without having to manually enter that info. Zoho has a number of great products, but one area of improvement is that it needs to more seamlessly integrate the different products.

Zoho Projects — Email Comment on Task — Attachment does not stay with comment.
When replying to a task comment via email and including an attachment, the attached file does not appear in the comment on Zoho Projects, but rather only goes to the Documents area. The attachment should appear with the comment itself, just like when you add a comment via the web interface. This is a very serious issue for those who use email primarily and clients.

Bug // End Date Not Calculating Correctly
I have discovered a potential bug in the system. When you set a "Start Date" and then select "Enter Duration" and select "hours" then enter "5" for example the end date does not calculate correctly. This only seems to happen if the Start Date is after working hours. For example, I entered a start date of 09/Dec/16 09:00 PM with a duration of 5 hrs the Due Date calculated as 12/Dec/16 11:00 AM.
