Projects: Forum: Clients respond to forum post but their email is rejected by zoho?
Clients cannot respond to forum posts via their email notifiocation. When they reply email they get this bounce message from zoho: --start copy-- We are unable to post reply to this forum. WHY DID THIS HAPPEN? We suspect the below reasons to be the cause of failure : 1. You might have mis-spelt the email address. 2. You might have added the email address in CC or BCC. --end copy-- Neither of these reasons are thereason, we have checked. Any ideas? Other then this, we are ready to use zohoEditing the task in task's details window
Could you please "Edit" function into the task's details window. Yes there are Status update, % Completed update, Document Association but there are not editing the task itself, owners and sending mail notification opprtunities in that view. I have a big project with many tasks, so the tasklists fill more than one page. At the bottom of the page, ZP has a "More Task Lists" link, after about five Page Downs. When I search something that happens to be on the first page, the search works well. But, if I search for something that happens to be on page 2 or 3, the search tends to say "loading" and get stuck. Does this happen to anyone else? Any easy way to fix this or work around this?"Documents" tab

My Projects 'work calendar' link is not importing all of my events into my google calendar. For some reason only one or two, even on the same day, are coming through into google when all of them are transferred into Zoho Calendar and iCal applications. I would be happy to use only Zoho calendar, but I need to make sure that all of my calendars can be integrated and right now this is not the case.Strange Calendar Behaviors in ZP
I keep adding today's date at end date on task. But then the dashboard shows a different end date (off by about a day), and says the task is "delayed." I have tried hitting "clear" to remove the date errors, but the date error remains. On similar issues, wouldn't it be faster and easier to type in a date? Will the system allow a typed date? Even better would be the ability to arrow the date up and down like many programs. Or type "t" for today.Clicking a task in the dashboard
Task updates are displayed with hyperlinks in the dashboard. However, when you click a task's hyperlink (and if you are alreadey in collapsed task list view) couple of task lists are listed in the screen, it includes the task list that selected tas belongs to but it does not show it clearly. In the list of couple task list, the only notification is the minus sign in front of the task list that task is in. It will be more easier/clear to display the task list that selected task belongs to andZoho Apps dropdown menu glitch
A portion of "Zoho Apps" drop down menu inside "Zoho Projects>Tasks & Milestones" can't be viewed when resizing my browser (Firefox) to around 75%. Hi, I have a problem, I'm not sure if this is a bug or perhaps Im doin it the wrong way. Anyway, I created a test spreadsheet at Zoho Sheet, and saved it there. I uploaded that sheet to Zoho Projects, uploading of new file is OK, no problem since there's an option to select where the source file is located (local harddrive, zoho docs, google docs) BUT the problem is, when i try to upload a NEW VERSION of that spreadsheet, there's no "zoho docs" or "google docs" selection to choose from. it onlyIssue with the Zoho Project API
I am issuing a Get all Activities request at the URL http://projects.zoho.com/portal/{myporta}/api/private/xml/dashb?[mydata] and receiving an error code 6501 - 'inpurt parameter doesn't match' The parameters I am sending are: "projId": [valid id], "auditIndex": "", "range": "", "username": "all" Is there a reason this is wrong? Additionally, the get milestone request fails for requests where flag = 'allflag' but works for 'external' and internal. Can this be fixed? Am I doing something wrong?Customize homepage
Hi, I'd like to be able to customize how the home page displays information. Currently, I cannot switch the order in which subject headings are shown, e.g. Milestones are shown before meetings but I would like to be able to make it the opposite. Also, it would be convenient to be able to customize the number of updates that show up on the homepage. Currently, my homepage is flooded with all the milestones from our 50 or so projects. This is ridiculous, seeing as many of these milestones are notReports: Last Month - This Month - but no NEXT MONTH?
Under Reports there are buttons to view "Previous Month" and to view "Current Month", but no "Next Month". You have to 1. Choose the "Select Month" button 2. Select the month required (its not preset to the current month! ) 3. Click This is three clicks instead of one, which is 3 times less efficient. And you can't use the keyboard to do this either. Anyone else find this an issue?Task details page
In the Tasks&Milestones view, when a particular task is clicked, it brings a page which look like empt page. In fact it shows the page scrolled down and show very bottom of the page. Is there any way to specify the initial version of a document when uploading? It seems the initial version is always set to 1.1 and increments to 1.2, 1.3 etc on subsequent uploads. It would be very useful if the version could be specified, or even better if it was extracted from the document metadata (if available). I just sent an "all hands" welcome note to my project team to explain the invitations they were about to receive. I sent using "send message" under the "users" tab on the dashboard. My own copy of same arrived without ANY paragraph breaks. What is up with that? Does the system strip out all line breaks before it transmits? And if yes, does stripping apply to any other interactions between email and the Zoho space?Meeting Time is not Correct
I have setup a recurring meeting for 9:30am. I have also set the reminder for my team for 15 Mins before the meeting. When I click on the Meetings tab, I look at the meeting and it shows Meeting @9:15am. This time is reflecting my meeting time minus the 15 min reminder. This is not a huge problem, just annoying because the weekly calender shows the correct time of 9:30am.Associated document
In the tasks&milestones view some tasks are marked with yellow page icon on the left hand side of the task description. When you drag the mouse onto that yellow sign it says "Show Notes" but this is misleading since that yellow flag is turned on for 2 different reasons: task has either notes below it or documents attached to it. If the task doesn't have notes but has documents attached, when you click "Show Notes" it shows no notes/nothing to explain what is different for that task and the meaningRSS feed very slow

I added a user jefdrake@nmsu.edu to my project and set user level to Employee (and also have tried Customer). After logging out of Zoho Projects and logging back in as user jefdrake@nmsu.edu I can add/create new projects, which should not be allowed for this level of user. I was login under my user name and went to add Projects. The project didnt let me use my log in name that use for business. The user name was already being used. Yet i couldnt log under my user name. editing dates for existing tasks The date-picker shows up fine but when a new date is being picked it does not show up properly in the task list. After the upgrade we can't see any logged hours from our employees in the calendar. If we do export to excel then all hours are visible.forum create message api not working
I can retrieve all settings, project id's, etc etc. When trying to create a new message it says wrong encryption type. by the way, in the API samples of creating a message, there is an error. the POST URL has a "/" after the message string, which should not be there.
