Show/Archive a completed meeting with notes etc vs an elapsed mtg
How do I show that a meeting was completed and archive it not as an elapsed meeting (which currently shows as red) but as a meeting that was successfully completed? This way I can differentiate b/w meetings that were cancelled (no-show) with a client vs meetings that went through. Thank you.
Number of the tasks in the task list
Could you please add number of on going tasks and number of completed tasks information in Tasks & Milestones view? So that we dont need to open and check all of the task lists one by one, we can focus only the one we have open tasks. Thanks in advance, -Jale
Can't see the whole list of task list in the combo
I want to move one of the tasks but I can'ı see the destination task in the combo :( We have 44 task lists but only 24 of them are listed. Please assist...
Expanded view of the task lists after search
Clicking on tasks that are displayed in the search results redirects to tasks & milestones section. If the task list is in collapsed state, clicking the tasks in search results fails to redirect to the particular task. For views after clicking the particular task could you please make the task lists to be displayed in expanded state automatically :) :) :) so that we can directly see what we are looking for... Completed tasks not ordered by date
I'm in "Completed Task List View" and "By Date" is selected. But the result view is not sorted by date, neither by completed nor by starting date :( Please refer to screen shot attached for details. -Jale

I'm in "Completed Task List View" and "By User" is selected. Which user is this? Is is the user created or user owns it (user the task assigned)? If it is the user who created then I need to see the user name in the view :) so that it helps me. If it is the user the tasked assigned then there is something wrong since it is not sorted by that user :( Please refer to screen shot attached for details. -Jale
In moving tasks problem of same "task list" name in different "mile stones"
I have the same "task list" name in different "mile stones". While moving a task only "task list name" is listed in the combo for destination, however, since I have the same name in different mile stones and mile stone name is not displayed, I can not find the right "task list" to move :( Could you please add/append mile stone names in the task lists combo box.
Notification message in completion
Please add a function to inform the creator/owner of the task and the people assigned to that task in the completion of the task. Both after closing action in the tasks list and also after choosing %100 complete in the task details editing please. Thanks in advance -Jale
Save in Edit Link window
In the Documents section I've added a link. Then I've wanted to change and clicked EDIT LINK. In the windows you edit the link there are two buttons "EDIT LINK" and "CANCEL" where actually the "EDIT LINK" should mean "SAVE" :) and I believe it needs to be changed. Problem Importing MPP File
I am trying to import an .mpp file but keep getting the following error message, "Assign all tasks to 'Any User' who is available in...[name of file]" I tried everything I know in MS Project to fix the issue to no avail. I even created a user named 'Any User' to see if that would work...no joy. Please advise. I checked the forum and didn't find anyone else with the same issue. I am using the free as a trial. Meeting Location in Meetings overview
In Zoho Projects, under the Meetings tab, you get a nice chronological overview of the upcoming meetings. It would be very useful to also mention the meeting location, just under the start time and duration. The only way to see the location now, is to click on the edit button, while the location is of course essential in organizing a meeting.
Projects by Client
We are currently evaluating Zoho Projects as a replacement for Basecamp. One thing missing from the Zoho interface is the listing of projects by clients. We can have up to 60 projects going at once, mostly small, but having the ability to see projects by client would be a big plus. Also, is it possible to see the actual milestone, task, etc. names on the general calendar (like it's possible on the individual project calendars) instead of listing on the right? Project Tasks sync to Individual Tasks
I am curious if tasks created and assigned in Zoho Project will show up in the individuals task list? Also, if it can, when a user updates the status of that task from the individual app, will it show up with the changes in the Project tasks? Thanks in advance for the help. Tim
Site Map disappeared in projects wiki
There used to be a 'site map' available under 'navigate pates' on the wiki in Zoho Projects. We used this a lot, not only to click through to the right page, but also to rearrange. It disappeared.
Scrolling issue on the wiki in Zoho Projects
We have been using the wiki in Zoho Projects a lot. Also a lot of comments made. Suddenly, the right part of the screen (where you navigate to pages) has disappeared off screen. See screenshot 1. You have to go all the way down to the page, then scroll right, and then all the way up again to get it back. See screenshot 2.
Projects Forums Feature Requests - Add Tags to Postings
Hello - I have seen the request for the ability to add tags to Forum postings in projects several times. I'd like to add my vote to add this feature. Emails are not sent
We have set our new zoho project, and we are logging in using google apps. Ever since establishing the account and aside from the notification about opening the account, Zoho is not sending emails to either of the team members - not on tasks, messages - anything. Zoho doesn't show that there is a problem, it just doesn't send emails. we do not exceed quota, we try sending 5 - 10 emails /day. Please help? is it unique problem for users who are opening accounts & logging in using google apps?
Does document sharing component in project support sub-folders?
Neither preview videos or forum searching revealed if document sharing in Project supported sub-folders for documents. And if it doesn't, when could this feature be expected? Thanks!
Meetings not displayinbg in My Work Calendar
My tasks and milestones are being displayed in My Work Calendar but not meetings that have been set up in the various projects. They are however reflecting in my calendar client via iCal. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? Michael
Is there Issue tracking application or functionality on Zoho?
I am looking to setup Issue tracking / Workflow functionality similar to some of the popular packages like Bugzilla, Quality Center, JIRA etc. There is no such functionality available on Zoho as much as I researched. My suggestion is to provide such functionality and even better, integrate it with Zoho Projects. That will be a huge benefit. Trust me, Zoho will be the ultimate virtual office once these kind of gaps have been addressed. Thanks.

Although zoho writer supports both importing from and exporting to office 2007 files (Ex. *.docx),any office 2007 file being attached to a wiki page there is no link for "Open with zoho writer" while this link is available for office 2003 (Ex. *.doc). Zoho should buy Tom's Planner application
I love Zoho Projects. But Zoho Projects really needs a good Gantt Chart application. Very recently, I signed to www.tomsplanner.com to use and enjoy an excellent and beautiful web based Gantt Chart. People are suggesting that Google should acquire the application, but I think that Zoho need it more. So, you could buy or associate Zoho with Tom's Planner to serve better to your costumer. I have large project from last year that I need to clone and modify for this year. I just upgraded my account so that I could use the Project Template feature, but I don't understand how to do it. Meeting notes link from dashboard doesn't work
Hi, If you add notes to a meeting, you get a nice logging on the dashboard. But if you're looking at the dashboard to see what happened, the link to the meeting note doesn't function. This is annoying, because it's sometimes difficult to find the right meeting where the note was posted. regards, Federico

Time Stamp on Projects Forum Messages
It looks like forum messages are time-stamped with the time in GMT zone. Is there a way to change the time zone of the display, preferably with an indication of which time zone is being used (e.g., 09:00 PST for Pacific Time in the US)?

Changing someone from Client to Employee status
I have removed a contact as a client in a Project (I have checked and he no longer appears on my screen) and am trying to add him back as an employee in order to allow him a different view of the project. Unfortunately when I try to add him as an employee the system says he already exists as a client and won't let me proceed. I have managed this process once with another contact and it worked the difference being that I did allow a notification to be sent. Can anybody tell me what I might be doing
Zoho Projects Clearing Screen
I have just set a new project for the first time and in the middle of setting up a task my contents went blank. When I log back in if I click on anything it either disapears as an Icon or the whole screen disapears again. I am testing Zoho out to see if I want to use it in the future and this is a very worrying situation which suggests I cannot trust the service.
Projects Google Gadget never loads
I am trying to use the Google gadget for Projects and it never gets past the "loading" message. I have an RSS news feed using a widget from a different company and it loads fine. I've always seemed to have problems with the Google Gadgets
No Milestone view
I thought I was blind, after looking for several minutes there appears to be no way to see the highest level of the entire project - the milestones. You can only see your personal milestones, but as the project manager I need to see all the milestones not just the tasks. Also, shouldn't you be able to create task dependencies before you create dates or when you create the dependency the date should automatically shift.
Project Bug with Show
There is a problem in Project whereby the following Symbols won't Stick/Save in a Show Presentation which is opened in Project. It seems to work fine in Show itself. Can't add Email ID's
In My Account >> My Email IDs, I cant add email Id which was already posted as User in any of the projects. I just added the email id in users part of the project, later am deleted that email id and am trying add the same id in "My Email Ids" part, its telling the message like "Email address already exist". Ooooops !
Frustrated with tasks
Why is the dependency view separate from the general task view? That is extremely frustrating, and I am not sure I understand the point? Most of my frustration comes from the fact that I didnt realize they were two separate things until I already went ahead and setup an entire project. I was thinking I could go back and setup the dependencies. That does not appear to be the case. Am I missing something, can I actually do this? Thanks.
