Remove non-working days!
Users: Please vote for this issue as much as possible since this is apparently the only way that Zoho guys measure importance. Zoho Guys: The non-working days IS a deal-breaker and it's very frustrating. It's taking me twice the time to schedule a complete projects and all our projects are medium size. Since we're expanding, I don't even want to know how I'll be spending my days with Zoho for larger projects. I want an ETA on this!!!!
Invalid Ticket ID when importing client users in Projects from CRM
Hi, Getting a Invalid Ticket ID when importing client users in Projects from CRM. Resent my ZSC key and have had this problem since. I am not presented with a way to update same that I can see. Note : If you wish to import users from a different CRM account you need to generate a new ZSC key. For this, clickChange the ZSC Ticket link. Provide the new email address and the corresponding ZSC key generated to import users from CRM. How does the above work? I cannot see this link anywhere?
Access Control by Project for ZoHo Projects
We are using Zoho Projects to manage various processes and projects within our company, and as far as I can tell there's no way to select a subset of our team members to assign and have access to any particular project. Editing milestone!!!
I have a task list related to a milestone. The start and end dates of the tasks have now changed (pushed back) and so now I have a milestone that ends BEFORE the tasks have even started as it wont allow me to edit the milestone......HELP PLEASE!!! What am i doing wrong?
Quick questions about Zoho Projects
Hi, I recently moved our company to Zoho Project and I wonder if there's anyway to add column in the task overview, or set permission to who's allowed to see them. I'm using it to communicate with our client, and we'd like them to have a time estimate of each task, and see the time spent in the time tracking to have an idea of the cost of the project so far. We're using the combination CRM/Project/Invoice, is that possible? Also is there any way to have a field for task complexity (1-10 or Fibonacci)
Unauthorized login message on signup
Hi I just registered for Zoho projects after creating a Zoho account. After entering a portal address, username and password and clicking submit, I get an error page saying this... Unauthorized login to this portalPermission denied to access this portal. Check your portal URL again. Any ideas please? Thanks
Dependency view doesn't work in Project 4.0
Within my project clicking the dependency view does absolutely nothing in 4.0 Interface ....I have to drop into the old version to adjust dependencies. I'm trying hard to push for adopting Zoho Projects across our entire project portfolio but issues like this are making it a particularly hard sell!
Multiple Product License Expiry
Hi, I'm trying to set up my Zoho CRM to accommodate our Products. and their License Expiry's. Currently our customers receive an annual license for our products. These licenses are activated as and when a customer comes on board, so we have many customers on the same product with different license expiry dates. Determine Access
Once I have given someone access to a Project, I do not want them to necessarily have access to all the project tasks, milestones and documents etc. Is there a way to custom the access for an individual user? The current 5 levels are pretty much pointless as everyone can see everything.......
ZohoProject Week days
hello, i am new to Zoho project, but i want to know is there a possibility to change the week working days, in addition, when i add a task and specify that task duration, will it automatically calculate the working dates only, or should I check how many week-ends I have and add them to the task duration ?! Reminders?
One of the things my company needs Zoho to do is send task reminders - i.e. not just send a notification when a task is assigned, but send a reminder a few days before it is due. Do we really have to bump ourselves up to Premium to get this to work? There's no other Premium feature that interests us; Express has absolutely everything else we need.
Associating Emails (Gmails) with Zoho Project Forums or Tasks

Can you consolidate forums from various projects?
In our office, we have several projects related to the same product. I created a master-level project for that product, and I want to migrate the discussion forums attached to the lesser projects to the master-level project so the discussions are all in one place and to avoid confusion from the staff about where to go for updated information. Is there a way to attach a forum to a new project or otherwise move it from one project to another? Thanks!

Error with messages with specials characters
I've upgraded do Zoho 4.0 and when I post a comment with special chacarcters (in my case, portuguese characters, like é, á) they appear as html entity (i.e é).
There is no links in documents tab in Zoho Projects 4.0
That's a big problem that have to be fix before ZP 4.0 will be only version.
Which app for construction site diary?
Dear all, I need to do a site diary on one of our projects. It needs to be linked to dates and be printable and I would like my client to be able to log in and read it. Max file upload size 125mb
We have some video recordings of meetings in a webex format that exceed this max file upload size. Is there anyway of increasing this size to say 250mb?

Calendar date picker closes new Task or Milestone without saving
I am trying to set up my first Project and I was able create an initial Task and Milestone, but now when I try to create new ones, as soon as I click on a date in either the Start or End calendar the dialog box disappears and nothing saved. I am using the latest Chrome browser (it reports its version as 22.0.1229.91 beta-m) Everything else seems to be working fine. I have a free account while I kick the tires and see what this product can do. Can't I have more than task or milestone?

Associate Meeting with Task
When entering a meeting, I think it would be useful to associate the meeting with one or more open tasks. When the meeting notification is sent out, it could include the list of tasks associated with the meeting as a sort of agenda. Don P.
Sub tasks are not appearing in Calender
All, Since the move to the new version of Zoho if I look at the calendar I can only see tasks assigned to a person, I no longer see any subtasks that are currently assigned to them. Is anyone else seeing this? If so is there any workaround/fixes?

ZohoProjects for Android
It would be nice to have a ZohoProjects for the T-Mobile G1 and other upcoming Android-based phones. ZohoProjects works fine as-is, but when notifying a user in a forum post, the listbox crashes the browser for some reason. Everything else works fine, other than the ability to assign/notify users. Task Comments
I am loving the new interface, however, I noticed that recent comments are at the bottom and I have to scroll down to see the most recent comment on a task. Is there a way to have the most recent tasks be listed at the top and the oldest at the bottom, this way when I am in the Tasks tab and I click on the task I will see the thread of comments but the most recent comment with be on top and its the first one I see.
timezones
We have project members in different timezones. Forum comments made by people in different timezones are not showing in the sequence they were made which is very confusing. admin

Hi, Ive been asked by my CTO if its possible to automatically export some information from the ZOHO Projects to our intranet. best would be if some of these where possible to have exported somehow; the overall dashboard - i could manage if I just got a daily CSV-file with the stats, and then later had to generate upp the graphs on our intranet an rss-feed with filter on it so that we could show some of the most important (whatever that is) stuff thats happening around the projects. an rss-feed without

is Projects the right tool if I am an agency and will be supporting a client on a monthly basis with repetitive tasks on going? I see the value of having of projects and having a start and end date but what if it goes on for years? Can we set up client folders and have multiple projects/
