Sync with Google Tasks & Outlook Tasks
Tasks from projects should be able to sync with Outlook tasks and Google Apps Tasks. The iCal Functionality with Google Calendar is an OK start... but we have to be able to actually manage and close tasks outside of the projects application. When can we expect integration with Outlook Tasks? Google Tasks? When is it coming?

Create contact/customer through api?
Is there a way to create a contact/customer for Zoho Projects through the api? I honestly havent used the software yet, but just dont want to start paying with it until I find out if its possible yet as its a required need of mine in order to have it sync with my other apps.
Problem with users
I am unable to add a user , ZoHo tells me they have already been added to the project BUT they do not appear in either the ALL USERS tab or the project tab......so now what?
Cannot import all accounts from crm
I am setting up new project in Projects and when trying to associate them with CRM accounts, not all my accounts show up on the list. Why would this happen? Also, it would be much more useful if the list of accounts was alphabetical, or have a search capability. It's a long list.

Character Limit in Zoho Project Forums
Is there a character limit when posting to Forums. We just posted a large note to a projects and it came through fully on the email to the project users, but when you go back into look at the note, half of it is missing. Not sure why the system would let you type in more than it can store. Is there a storage limit or is this a bug from today....have not noticed this problem before.... Project Wiki
I ordered Enterprise Project and then added on the Wiki feature. I can not tell how I can get a wiki tab activated within my project account overall. I do not want the wiki by project but across the project front end on a similar navigation level with My Reports and My Home. How can I do that?
Combining projects
I want to be able to view all the individual projects in one master project file. I use various resources within my business and sometimes it would be very useful to see where I may have gaps in projected workloads or over use of resources by pulling all the projects together. Having a top level view of this would be very useful. I would also like a baseline for the project so I can see slippage.
Creating dependencies
Hi there: I am a new user and have set up my first major project. I set up Task Lists and associated tasks, including start/end dates and owners. I indicated for no notifications to be sent. When I went into Dependencies, anytime I made a change, it sent notifications to the owner I assigned. Is there any way to override it? What I ended up doing was changing the owner for all tasks to me and then making all changes before reassigning. There must be an easier way. Thanks, Cath
Show projects by client display my organization
Hello team, I have currently 2 projects opened within Z Projects. In the dashboard, when I click on Mostrar proyectos por cliente (Show projects by client), this displays the 2 projects under my organization name. I would imagine that the goal would be to display the 2 different customers and the project below each of them. I did link the Zoho Project to my Z CRM account. What are the rules for updating tasks pcomplete&duration?
I keep getting this error for certain combinations of pcomplete&duration? After a bunch of experiments I see that pcomplete can only be 10,20,30,...,100 and can't be 56 for example. Also pcomplete=100 does not make my task complete unless duration is 0. Are there any other rules? Is duration specified in days? Can I specify minutes? Google universal navigation drop-down menu bar not showing Zoho apps
Does anybody has the same problem? I installed Zoho Projects into my Google Apps account. Zoho Projects showed up under "more" of the Google Universal Navigation bar. But after a couple hours, the Zoho Projects option disappeared from the dropdown menu under "more". Strange! Anybody know how to fix this? Thanks in advance! Oscar

Help Changing My Email Address?
Hey there all, I just upgraded but am already running into a significant glitch. During my free trial I tested how the system works and added several users using separate email accounts of my own. Now that I have purchased this tool and want to use it for real I need to update my user account to just be my work email address (definitely don't need work following me home.) BUT, because I used my work email for a customer user account (which was attached to a test project that I have sense deleted)
iPhone App for Projects
Having a real iPhone App (similar to Outpost for Basecamp) would really make a difference. For me today not having it is a deal braker! Trust me I would rather be using Zoho Project but without a real iPhone App, this is not even option!
Lost data in forum posts under Zoho Projects
Have been having erratic behavior in forum posts where data is being lost. Is there a character limit or a size limit on forum posts under Zoho Projects? have had two longer forum posts entered under separate projects where only about half of the data entered was retained under the project. the full note was emailed out to project participants...but not all data was saved. What is really strange is that the number of characters is very different between posts. one retained only 1772

Bug report does not email person assigned to fix the bug
I just noticed that when I file a bug and assign a person to handle it, it doesn't seem to email the person assigned. Is there a way to email the person assigned to the bug and let them know there's a bug filed?
Force email notify on edit/create
Hi Currently there is a tick box for "email notify" that is by default unticked. What I want is for the tick box to be removed, and for projects to be forced to "send email". Currently we have some project changes and new task being created and people are not getting notified (so not looking at them)

Can Milestones and Tasks be linked?
Is there a way to link tasks to a milestone? I have milestones that have precedent activities and I also have tasks that can't begin until we reach certain milestones. Right now I can't figure out how to link these two functions.
Problem Printing Gantt Charts
I seem to be able to print everything except Gantt charts. When I select the print icon or File>Print for the "Tasks and Milestones > Gantt View" page and attempt to print, I get a blank document. I've also tried saving as a pdf with the same result. This is a useful presentation tool and I'd like to be able to print or, even better, create a pdf that can be emailed around to team members. What am I missing?

Scheduling a Meeting across Timezones is not working
Hello, I have looked through this forum for an answer but not yet found one. Please help me resolve this problem: I have people in multiple timezones working inside a Zoho Project. When I schedule a meeting for 7pm my time (Eastern Daylight Time), it appears on everyone's calendar as 7pm. Even though I have taught them to configure their timezone in their profile correctly. For example for project A I have PA as bug identifier and the bugs are named PA1, PA2, etc. I'd like to know if there's a way I can create the bug's URL based on the bug number (PA1). I have setup a project in zohoProjects and also I have added CRM to the suite. Being loged in to both zohoCRM and zohoProjects I have tried to import an user from CRM to Projects.
