HELP, how do I change portal name?
I somehow registered the portal as the name of one of my jobs. How do I change the portal to my company name, and WILL IT EFFECT MY CURRENT PROJECTS as people log in etc.?
Users get asked for password, can not get on.

Timesheet not showing history
After the upgrade we can't see any logged hours from our employees in the calendar. If we do export to excel then all hours are visible.

Client Users Report Visibility
I have a client user assigned to my project. He can see the milestones and tasks but can't see any of the reports, calendar, meetings tabs. Did I forget to give him access to something?

forum create message api not working
I can retrieve all settings, project id's, etc etc. When trying to create a new message it says wrong encryption type. by the way, in the API samples of creating a message, there is an error. the POST URL has a "/" after the message string, which should not be there. Also, is there a way to get the forum email address through the api? or how is that address build up? thanks

Dowloading Document Problem
I have been unable to download the documents that I have uploaded in Zoho for the past 2 days (Feb 3-4). When I click on the link from an uploaded document, I get an error message and the download doesn't initiate. Any thoughts?
Changing User Email or Name
Love the program... coming along very nicely. There seems to be no way to go in and change a users email address or give them a proper name. The system automatically takes the forst pat of the email and uses that as a name. This is quite unprofessional since emails are often not names at all... this is related to the issue of inflexible and poor invitation emails that are automatically sent from project. We are evaluating Zoho Project and think it is the perfect Project solution for Google Apps but we need to be able to see specific projects/activities on specific Google Sites (e.g. a Project per Client site). Will this gadget work on Sites soon?

options when setting up new meetings
Apparently, in projects calendar there is only the option to set up a new meeting for daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, but not bi-weekly, bi-monthly, quarterly, every other week, every other month 1st & 3rd or 2nd & 4th day of month (such meeting on 1st Monday and 3rd Monday) This is a serious drawback - What's the possibility that these would be added in the next couple of weeks?
Coulumn & report header info missing in some sheets after exporting to Excel
When we export tasks into Excel it creates multiple sheets each has only 50 tasks in it. However first sheet has report and column headers info but the rest of the sheets does not have. Could you please add report header info into 2. and rest of the sheets? Thanks in advance, -Jale

How do I show that a meeting was completed and archive it not as an elapsed meeting (which currently shows as red) but as a meeting that was successfully completed? This way I can differentiate b/w meetings that were cancelled (no-show) with a client vs meetings that went through. Thank you.

Zoho Project chat - archive, delete, disable
Hi everyone! I just started to use Zoho Project (Standard Version). I d like to ask some questions about the chat function: 1) Is it possible to deactivate it, after activation and usage? (for example, I want to use it in another project.) Or do I have to delete the complete project? (or buy an upgrade?) 2) Is there a way to delete archived chat transcripts? 3) The project name is the main chat topic (not archivable). Is there a possibility of cleaning the content? RSS Authentication
Retrieving an RSS feeds requires entering your username and password twice. Summary report of project users timesheet?
Is there a summary/report of users timesheet who work on different projects? For example, a project user can work for two different projects at the same time, can we produce a report based on his profile? Thanks.
User Roles
Where is it properly explained what the difference between a contractor, manager and employee in Zoho Projects really is? Does a contractor have all the privileges of a manager and more, or do the two positions have different kinds of privilegs alltogether, not making one "ranking over" the other. Also, how come I can't assign more admins to the project? :x
Printer Friendly pages
Once in a while, we need to print forum posts or task lists. It would be nice to view any page in a printer-friendly format. An added touch would be to include the company logo on the top of each page, although that's secondary to the need to print. I suppose you could do a: print this page | send to email/mobile device Just an idea.
Can't see the whole list of task list in the combo
I want to move one of the tasks but I can'ı see the destination task in the combo :( We have 44 task lists but only 24 of them are listed. Please assist...
Expanded view of the task lists after search
Clicking on tasks that are displayed in the search results redirects to tasks & milestones section. If the task list is in collapsed state, clicking the tasks in search results fails to redirect to the particular task. For views after clicking the particular task could you please make the task lists to be displayed in expanded state automatically :) :) :) so that we can directly see what we are looking for... Completed tasks not ordered by date
I'm in "Completed Task List View" and "By Date" is selected. But the result view is not sorted by date, neither by completed nor by starting date :( Please refer to screen shot attached for details. -Jale

I'm in "Completed Task List View" and "By User" is selected. Which user is this? Is is the user created or user owns it (user the task assigned)? If it is the user who created then I need to see the user name in the view :) so that it helps me. In moving tasks problem of same "task list" name in different "mile stones"
I have the same "task list" name in different "mile stones". While moving a task only "task list name" is listed in the combo for destination, however, since I have the same name in different mile stones and mile stone name is not displayed, I can not find the right "task list" to move :( Could you please add/append mile stone names in the task lists combo box.
Notification message in completion
Please add a function to inform the creator/owner of the task and the people assigned to that task in the completion of the task. Both after closing action in the tasks list and also after choosing %100 complete in the task details editing please. Thanks in advance -Jale
Save in Edit Link window
In the Documents section I've added a link. Then I've wanted to change and clicked EDIT LINK. In the windows you edit the link there are two buttons "EDIT LINK" and "CANCEL" where actually the "EDIT LINK" should mean "SAVE" :) and I believe it needs to be changed. Reaching the tasks in the search results
After searching for something, tasks are listed in Tasks&Milestones. You are getting to close to what you're looking for whne you see your thing in the list. As soon as you click the task, boom :( You are back in the milestone's collapsed task lists :( Pleeeaasseee let us to reach the task's details view when clicking it in the search results... Could you please insert smart links into the Zoho Project notification messages where the link points to related task instead of login page, so the message receiver can reach to related task as soon as click it. Thanks in advance... -Jale
