Default of End Date

Just seems like you can only add a comment when you upload a file. Would like to be able to comment on a file, or thread multiple comments.

Nothing for Business owners to see (Reports)

is there a way which allows the Zoho Projects Administrator to modify an email address for a Zoho projects user without to ask that user to modify his email by himself? we were using our old email domain when we enrolled in Zoho projects. now we moved to a new domain and we're trying to figure out a way to update all users email address to the new domain. any ideas?
Problem Importing MPP File
I am trying to import an .mpp file but keep getting the following error message, "Assign all tasks to 'Any User' who is available in...[name of file]" I tried everything I know in MS Project to fix the issue to no avail. I even created a user named 'Any User' to see if that would work...no joy. Please advise. I checked the forum and didn't find anyone else with the same issue. I am using the free as a trial. If I can't import .mpp files I won't be upgrading because it is a necessary function for
"Username already taken" problem
I sent an invitation to one of the team members who got an error "user name already taken" on responding to register. I tried sending a fresh invitation but got the same result. Also tried changing the User name (not the e-mail id) but same problem!! Jagannath

Hi, I had raised this request earlier as well. However just wanted to confirm if there is a nicer way to integrate Zoho projects Documents - Zoho documents. The Zoho projects documents does not have very rich features of a fully developed Document Management System. It will be really nice to have something like that within Zoho projects. Meeting Location in Meetings overview
In Zoho Projects, under the Meetings tab, you get a nice chronological overview of the upcoming meetings. It would be very useful to also mention the meeting location, just under the start time and duration. The only way to see the location now, is to click on the edit button, while the location is of course essential in organizing a meeting.

Two Way Interface to MS Project 2007 Std
Is it possible to setup a two way interface to MS Project? I am looking to build up the project in MS Project (task setup, dependancies etc) then import it into Zoho Projects. Then use ZOHO projects for things like time entry against a task and then export that info back into MS Project. Effectively make Zoho the collaboration engine for a project with still using MS Project for the Project Management work...this gives me the best of both worlds...collaboration from Zoho and a full featured PM tool for

I tired to do a reply to one of my own forum posts, and the reply has not yet got reflected to the forum. Also, one of our member keeps getting the below error message. [Projects 2.0] :Advance options selection - tasks
I am using this as a teaching tool for a project subject and a very common error is missing out the dates on tasks.I think it would be better to change the default to showing the advanced options with an option to close them if people want. i would imagine that most people will want to put the dates for tasks in as a matter of course. Projects by Client
We are currently evaluating Zoho Projects as a replacement for Basecamp. One thing missing from the Zoho interface is the listing of projects by clients. We can have up to 60 projects going at once, mostly small, but having the ability to see projects by client would be a big plus. Also, is it possible to see the actual milestone, task, etc. names on the general calendar (like it's possible on the individual project calendars) instead of listing on the right? Site Map disappeared in projects wiki
There used to be a 'site map' available under 'navigate pates' on the wiki in Zoho Projects. We used this a lot, not only to click through to the right page, but also to rearrange. It disappeared.
Problem while importing .mpp file to project
I am attempting to import a .mpp file to my project and I am receiving an error message. I select the .mpp file and select import. On the resource selection page, an error message is displayed "Problem while importing". I am not able to proceed nor is more information given to the cause of the error. Scrolling issue on the wiki in Zoho Projects
We have been using the wiki in Zoho Projects a lot. Also a lot of comments made. Suddenly, the right part of the screen (where you navigate to pages) has disappeared off screen. See screenshot 1. You have to go all the way down to the page, then scroll right, and then all the way up again to get it back. See screenshot 2.

The task dependency view is so cumbersomely designed that it is almost too difficult to use for it to be helpful. Many tasks need to be sequential, but may not have defined dates on them, and even when dates need to be defined, the sequential order often is known before the dates are known. If you could improve the interface on this, perhaps even adding a select predecessor field to the task definition interface, it would greatly improve the functionality of the tasks and dependency views. I like the concept very much of Zoho Projects, but the features and existing functionality is simply very very basic and unprofessional I am sad to say. The product is clearly a long way from MS Project. I would recommend too that you guys get certification as Project Managers with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and become PMP qualified so that you know what true project management is about and can develop the product with a complete strategy. This is an internationally respected certification
