Is there any config setting or option for selecting the template to display The messages in the forums ? I think the design of the page is not very good, we can see only one or two messages per screen. When there is a big number of messages it is impossible to see many of them in a shot. In ver 1. of Zoho Project, we could click the Upcoming Milestones tab and see a COMPLETE listing of ALL upcoming milestones on one page (this is extremely useful for us as we can see if any tasks are duplicated anywhere through our tasklists). In version 2 of Project, clicking the Upcoming Milestones link (in the green box) merely expands and contracts the box/recordset ... to be useful, it should when clicked show a complete listing of all Upcoming Milestones in the right/main project pane. Hi Love the new look, thank you. One point. If I am in a task list, and I edit a task and "save", the task list auto closes and I have to open it again. Worse still, the header starts with a "-" rather than a "+". It's necessary to click the "-" to make it into a "+" to open the list again. Importing from other than MS Project
I would like to propose a feature to import from .csv or other similar standard formats in addition to MS Project. Additionally, we need enhanced ability to more closely map project or other import formats to the structure for Zoho Projects. Something similiar to the structure of the csv export could suffice in the interim. Thank you for your consideration.

2.0 problems
Hi, Thanks for releasing version 2.0. Overall it looks good... however, there seems to be a problem with the 'Overdue Tasks' toggle under the Dashboard section. If you click it, it actually shows an overdue task that has an end date a month from today. It is true that the task has started yesterday but that does not mean it is overdue! it is only overdue when it has passed the end-date, not just the start-date! I thought maybe you are taking in the completed percentage into account, so I put in a

Hi, There seems to be an error in the "Send notification to members..." function when uploading a new version of a document. When I click the "Save notification" box, the check box disappears and I do not get the box that shows me the available members to select for emailing. In ZP 1.0 dependencies were viewable in a side calendar. I'm not sure where to look for this now? Also, I can't seem to get the dependencies to 'take' despite making sure there are no date issues. An apply button and some type of AJAXy confirmation would be most useful for this! Boyan

Hi Prasanna, A quick feature request. It would be very useful if we could select an owner at the tasklist level. 2 options in a pop-up prompt would then clarify: 1. Override ownership of all tasklist tasks? 2. Keep original ownership of individual tasks but assign ownership to tasklist. This would be very useful because large projects frequently have people who are responsible at a tasklist level but may not necessarily be responsible for each individual task in the tasklist. Boyan

Hi, There is a search tag's feature, but this does not appear to work. We have uploaded a large store of documents into our Zoho project, but now we have to manually sift through them because the tag search doesn't work. This is very frustrating! Please advise.

It's customary (and a definite courtesy) to have some sort of file upload indicator showing things like upload progress, % uploaded, and speed. Otherwise, it's impossible to tell whether the upload is going well or has slowed down to a crawl. Can Zoho provide this in the future? Blake

1. The user can type a max of 140 characters - so it is better to display the full text the "Activities" section than to trim it & display on click. 2. Also, it would be better to increase the height of "What am I working on right now" text box & allow the written text to wrap within the text box than scrolling horizontally. Can't upload Zoho Docs
I am having an issue uploading some of my Zoho Docs using project. When on the documents tab in Zoho projects, I click the "Browse using Zoho Docs" hyperlink, and am allowed to select the documents I want to add, but when I click the OK button, the documents do not appear. In looking at Floor Plan Option 2, there are a few details that I cannot figure out. I am sure these things have been discussed and explained at Council meetings, and I apologize for causing redundancy. There are dashed lines along both sides of the Nave where the columns are located. What do these lines indicate? Are the two areas between the lines and the outer walls open to the center part of the Nave? Are the two side chapels open to the Sanctuary (Altar)? One side chapel (on the south, I think)

Got an invitation from someone to be added to their Zoho project. When I clicked on the link, I was required to create a new user, and typed in the wrong user ID. I don't want this wrong user ID associated with my email address but Zoho provides me with no way to either modify the user ID or disassociate. Hi Wanted to provide this feedback. With the Zoho upgrade, I sorely miss the option to print my milestones and task on one page or save as pdf. There is no print option and it is hit and miss on what gets printed from the page. When the milestones are separated out on multiple pages, you have to print each individual one to get the complete picture. Also on the milestones page, the left layout setting makes more sense as DEFAULT. I could not (and my clients could not) find the milstones on the right
