The system will not provide access to a new user I am trying to set up. I have to add existing accounts 7 at a time. Please fix this issue. Mark Griggs

Dear Zoho, We are having issues with file names being changed when downloaded. E.g. File Name.fil becomes File+Name.fil Can you not strip out the + signs when you convert back to user. You must be storing it in the data base as a search string but when downloaded it is not being re-converted. In your data model can you not store the file with out renaming E.g. "Text String". Hello Admin, It would be helpful if we have a feature like adding a task description text-box next to the email address while creating a new task. It will contain the details about the task been assigned and to check it for future reference. This should be visible while creating, editing a particular task. Adding new tabs; dependency/Gantt, record of checkboxes
I'd like ot see these new features appearing: Adding new tabs to the tasks and milestones list (and renaming existing ones): we use Zoho for management of day-to-day work and also for standard SOPs to tick off work once completed. It would be convenient for these to be in separate tabs, so the ability to create new tabs would be really useful. We could tehn have one tab fully pre-prepared according to a template, and use the other for user-generated tasks. Dependency for tasks without a due date:

Hi, I see I can only have two layers of nested tasks. It would be nice to have 3 or more. Dear Zoho Team, As a group of students we are very pleased to use the Zoho project management tool as a platform to coordinate our project related work. As we are using the tool on a daily basis, we found that reassigning tasks to other task list would be extremely helpful for reporting purposes. Task notes icon is tiny and nobody knows it is there. By default notes are not shown, so people do not know notes, associated docs, forums exist. Need to highlight and bring out notes, and give admin option to show tasks by default as expanded view. matt

I am having a very hard time understanding the User roles in Project. From the way I am seeing project it seems that I have a company, the company can have one or many projects. And the company can have multiple users. It also appears that you can assign users uniquely to the project, which makes perfect sense. But when you create a user for the project it seems to create an entire Zoho account for the client which creates confusion when they try to access the project. Am I understanding this process

Hi, I have been using Zoho Projects for a while now, and am considering expanding usage to other areas of work. I am aware that some backup facilities are built in to zoho projects. Is it possible to enable comprehensive backup of all key data for a project by a simple procedure, so that all the back up files are (i) downloadable (ii) individually accessible after unpacking the download? Zoho, A HUGE issue with "Upload Latest Version" feature: 1) The system MUST support new versions that are different file names. You cannot demand that a new version of a file be the same file name as the previous because many of us use the following naming convention to track versions on our internal server: file_name_01.pdf file_name_02.pdf file_name_03.pdf ...or similar. I've seen this process forced on users in many other systems as well, so I'm not sure if it's a version

Is there a way to display a list of the wiki pages by a certain tag? I would like to see a dashboard widget that can display wiki pages that have the tag "emergency", or whatever other tag I decide to display/list. Possible? Thank you.

I receive the following error message when attempting to open an Excel spreadsheet stored in the Documents area: RESULT=FALSE ERROR_CODE=2851 WARNING=No workbook exists with id... null I have been able to open the spreadsheet previously, and it's been stored in Documents for several months now. We need to update our users' email addresses, as we have obtained a new domain. There appears to be no way to do this without delete and recreating each user. We'd like to avoid that. Jim

I am relatively new to Zoho Projects and was just getting used to the layout and functionality of the software when you sprang Projects 2.0 on me out of the blue last week. Here are a couple things I have come across so far that i think you should consider changing: 1) On the Dashboard view, it lists all of my upcoming tasks as overdue tasks on the right hand side. Shouldn't this say "upcoming tasks"? 2) After a document has been uploaded, there is no way to leave comments or feedback

Whenever I login to Projects, it lands in a portal list page and forces me to choose a portal since I am having access to more than one portal. Is it possible to choose my landing portal once and load the portal by default whenever I login? Or is it available already? If not, it will be nice to have. FYI: Wiki has this feature. Vaji

Milestones and Tasks
Previously in Milestones and Tasks we could expand whatever Milestone we wanted within a project to see the details. This would allow us to keep multiple Milestones expanded. Now it appears that I can only expand one Milestone at a time by click on its heading in the window on the right. How can I expand and keep open multiple milestones of my choosing now? Also in the window to the right a scroll bar would be preferable to clicking to advance and go back through the list of Milestones. If
