Milestones and Tasks
Previously in Milestones and Tasks we could expand whatever Milestone we wanted within a project to see the details. This would allow us to keep multiple Milestones expanded. Now it appears that I can only expand one Milestone at a time by click on its heading in the window on the right. How can I expand and keep open multiple milestones of my choosing now? Also in the window to the right a scroll bar would be preferable to clicking to advance and go back through the list of Milestones. If

I was excited about the change because I often feel your system has a bunch of odd things with it and I hoped your new site would be better.... it seems that some things are better, but a lot are actually worse! Wiki Permission Error

[Projects 2.0] :Mail notifications for the completed tasks
Hey We've experienced, that after the newly Zoho update of GUI (and functionality), the mail notifications for the completed tasks doesn't work anymore. When the (sub)task is marked as completed (checking the checkbox), the task is moved automatically under "Completed task(s)", but there's no mail being send out informing people assigned to the task ab out its completion. Problems with 2.0
Miss the following from 1.0-- 1. No single page showing all milestones and their tasks (with filter by user) 2. No way to print. (I see the printer icon, but it does not work. No page content is printed.) What is the timing on these features? I have been using 2.0 for several weeks, but was relying on the 1.0 interface to view and print all milestones and related tasks in context. The 2.0 report is too cumbersome since you have to scroll through to find tasks assigned to a particular person.

Document Editing
When I go to edit a document in the Wiki, it comes up in HTML. I don't get any of the editing toolbars. If the project initiator opens the doc it has the toolbars etc. Why is this? I can't find any settings that would cause this behaviour.
Rename or Delete Portal?
I created my portal over a year ago while it was still in beta, and never used it. The portal name I created is no longer appropriate and I would like to rename it, or delete it and create a new one. Is there any way to do this?

Hi -- We're using Zoho Projects and note the new formatting. We had something a step or two up from basic, but now I cannot find what we are signed up for. Additionally, we are finding that we are now limited in what we can upload; maximum file size is 10Mb. We have many files we need to share and exchange that are in excess of this size. So questions are: 1. What version of Zoho Projects are we paying for now? Standard? 2. How can we get rid of the file size restriction now placed on us? Thanks,

Hi, I'm not able to select multiple people as the "owner" of tasks like I used to be. To be specific, I can select 1 person, add task, then re-open to modify the task and add others. It used to not be like that. . . leslie myers
[Projects 2.0] Time logging from Tasks & Milestones
In the demo video, the lady shows how to log time directly from Tasks and Milestones. However, when I go to tasks & milestones, I don't see the same icons to click that I saw in the video. How do I go about logging time directly from the tasks list?

In the U/I, I am having trouble entering time. I tried entering time for a particular task for June 30th but the system does not accept any number that I enter. Please let me know when this is fixed. Arbab
Email Notifications missing Links
Hi, I'm testing the new v2.0....very slick so far. I note that when I upload a doc and notify users they receive an email with a link to visit the portal and login & see their dashboard, however when I create meetings and invite users, they get an email notificaiton, but there are no links to visit the website for that portal/project. They will have to remember the URL for that portal & project....I doubt it. Can a URL be added to all outbound notificaiton/reminder emails? Thanks Luke

I am under my 10MB limit and only have 8 docs attached to my project, but I cannot upload any new documents for the project or create one. I comtinuously get this message: "Why file(s) is/are not getting uploaded ? Allocated disk space full Diskspace for the portal is full. [Projects 2.0] :Cannot Enter Time using the Timesheet tab for a project
I realized that I did not enter a lot of information in my last post. Let me be more specific. I clicked on a project and then the Timesheet tab. I picked the date that I wanted to enter time for - this happened to be yesterday, June 30th. I selected the Task from the dropdown menu on the right, I entered the notes for the task and the hours I spent on the task. I selected the Billing Status as "Billable". Several of my clients who use Project have pointed out that it would be useful if there was a status bar (say at top right under the menu) that would list currently timed tasks. The reason this would be useful is that some clients have hundreds of tasks in the dashboard and they frequently lose track of what they're timing. Boyan

This was rather upsetting for me today, and I don't know why companies do this to their loyal customers, but when you radically change a design, epseically one that involves workflow, you should take into consideration what you have already trained your customers to do. Fortunately, I found layout customization and was able to change the sidebar back to the left. But really you should have made this the default. It's hard enough dealing with a new design. Task List export limited
is there a limitation of export a task list more than 50 items? what if i hv more than 50 items within a pj? yes i know zoho pj can export the first 50, but how about the rest? and what's the default sorting order when export?

Home dashboard clickthroughs from tasks don't anchor properly to that task
Clicking on a task listed on one's home dashboard should open that specific task for viewing and editing. However, now clicking on a task just opens the Tasks & Milestones tab, but it does not anchor the user to the targeted task. This does work properly from the project dashboard, but not the home dashboard.
Allow turning off ALL emails
When setting up projects with dozens of tasks, it is most annoying and worse yet, confusing, for participants if they receive emails with every added milestone or task. Thus, I need to be able to turn off and on email messaging for a project until thtat project is fully set up and ready for viewing by others. Now I'm forced into a time consuming work around, which involves setting up temporary email addresses for users, with the idea that the email address will be switched later once the project

Uploading Files.
We ecounter the following problem, when we try to upload a file with size >= 1Mbytes it takes either to long to be uploded or forever... Is there any limitation for this? Or is it just a setting that the admin of ouur project can handle? Thanks Chris Christos Kannas
WTF?! Is Projects 2.0 Here or Not - Is it a Secret?!
This is the most bizarre lack of communication by a company I have ever seen. People have been asking about 2.0 for about 6 months now since it was promised I believe back in December. Now I log on to the forums and see several posts that appear to be from people that are now using 2.0 But I cannot find a single clue as to whether it has actually been released. 1. Project Resources
This is a good start but you need to add Project Resources, where you assign a Resource to a task. A resource could be a labor category or materials. Then you need to be able to assign a cost to that resource in terms of money. Then you need to be able to run a report that allows you to see the cost of the project in various ways. Rob Potts

File upload in preprojects is missing the 100 char limit validation that is in production. Steps to reproduce: Preprojects Upload document Enter a > 100 char description Click upload Results No action, looks like the action was cancelled, switching back to production shows the validation error as to why the file will not upload.
