How do I easily viewing upcoming tasks
How can I easily view upcoming and overdue tasks across all users or for a specific user? The Dashboard only shows my tasks, but how can I see other's upcoming and overdue tasks? I also want to order by due date, priority etc... Cheers, Brenton

I subscribed to Zohodocs, because I thougt we could share all documents at once. See the same structure. Now it seems that everyone has to create it's own folder-tree. I also looked at Zohoprojects, but there is no possibility to build a tree in the documents tab. Please advice... we only need to collectively upload documents which we can all see (something like a network folder) robvangennip2

Downgrade Projects
Hi Admin, I have downgraded the Plan from Standard to Free. Before that I had made my projects from Active to Archieved. I thought My project are all kept same in Free Plan. But Projects are all deleted. How do I recover my projects. It has lot of documents, Milestones, Takslists. Please help me in advance!.

Can you explain to me why the sum of the hours for the month is wrong? not ready for primetime
Projects is too buggy. Editing input fields don't work. Then, later... the changes magically show up. I also can't update my email address. It says it's already in use, which it's not. Even when trying to close my account, it says my password is incorrect (which it isn't). Then, when trying again, it says "Server error occurred. Please try after sometime". Why on earth would I want to become a paying member with all these bugs? And not obscure bugs either.... big, man-eating bugs. Ridiculous.
[Projects 2.0] :Mass Update for Data Entry Error
Is there away to update many time entry errors on mass? I have a set of time entries filed against the wrong project that I would like to move to the correct on. Rather than deleting and re-entering them all I would like to do it as one big update. Is this possible somehow? Dave Dave C

Adding Task List Items
When creating a task list I believe there should be an option to add to bottom. Most people are going to add them in chronological order with the first task being added first. When making a list the human centric design would be to add the first thing first. geoffhunt
Project Description on Mouse-over of Projects
Hi Prasanna and all, A couple of my Project clients have suggested that it would be very useful if the Project Description was visible in the Projects mouse-over box that other details are already visible in. I have to agree and believe this could be a relatively simple addition to boot! The reason it's of value to them is that they sometimes have projects with identical names (against my recommendations but oh well) and the project description right now is only visible from the 'View Project Details'

Often I create a list of tasks in a spreadsheet first rather than directly into a project management application one at a time. Is there a way to upload into Zoho Projects a comma-delimited file with tasks? If so, where is the upload wizard?

I have a request for Forum post. There are portal URL in the last of the mail, but even I click the URL, I cannot reach that Forum post directly. (It will access only top of projects page.) In this operation, I have to check my project name and post titile after clicking the URL. When I click on the hour total in 'My Timesheet' it does not show an accurate breakdown of the billable hours by project. It just labels everything as being hours related to the most recent project we've created. This is not an error in the previous version of Zoho Project. boyan

I have attempted 3 different times to stay connected to my project but everytime I get a new logon; I keep getting the message "Your email in not yet confirmed...Please check your email to confirm." and I end up getting booted out eventually but can't figure out what the hell I'm supposed to do. Why am I not getting confirmed and why am I not getting this infamous email so that I can confirm? This is really frustrating. info
