Hi, Everyday I fall more in love with the Zoho biz apps. What I really like about them is that they are all integrated and are very reasonably priced. my log calendar and export in wrong increments
Hello, I have been using zoho for a while now and really like the tool. There are two major problem I would like to have you fix right away please. Under "My Log Calendar" and in any exported report, the time is kept in increments of 15 minutes as 1.15, 1.3, 1.45, 1.6 . The problem with this is that time should be kept as 1.25, 1.5, 1.75, 2 in order to properly add up all hours spent on a project. If you add 1.15 + 1.6 you get 2.75 which is 2 hours and forty five minutes but the proper math should

When I export a timesheet (.xls format) for a specified period, it would be great if it also included a cell that totaled all of the hours. Currently it simply list the time that was entered and I have to total the hours myself. Thanks, Lahesha Williams

Hello, First my compliments for Zoho projects, looks very promising! I did notice that when I add a document, it opens Zoho writer with a special url. I'm brand new to zoho and I've looked through help files and the forums and can't seem to find an answer (or even the question) regarding getting tasks from Zoho Projects into the task list in the Zoho Business application. Integration with Invoicing - by resource
Love the feature - only trick is that services typically bill at different rates by resource (instead of by task). I'd suggest adding it to the option menu as a third item below task. It's easy enough to change the rates on each line item but the total hours would be nice. mikeorr8

I have a meeting scheduled for 19-9 at 5.30PM (6 hrs ahead at time of writing) & this shows up in the relevant single project page/section. However, for some strange reason, this meeting is not showing up in the meetings section of the homepage. There was no problem with this yesterday. I think it peculiar that the meeting scheduled for that day would not show up in the homepage ('open' & 'all' categories) when they do for their individual project page. Is there something wrong here?

Milestones don't show to all users
I've created a project with several users, (contractors, employes and clients). I've also created several project milestones and assigned them to an owner. But now nobody except for the owner can see the milestones in the project planning. That's not the idea in my opinion. I've tried internal and external milestones, but that's not the problem. Am I missing something?

I created a task note, so I know it's possible; however, I can't figure out how I did it in order to add more notes. Could you add specific instructions in Help on how to do this for tasks. Set Project Task deadlines as Outlook Calendar Events
Hi, We've had literally each of our clients ask for the ability to add the tasks and milestones created in the Project tool to their outlook or Google calendar.. Clients and Contractors are less likely to want to login and keep track of the project through the project, but they are very inttd in having email notifications for projects assigned to them and the information on the key dates available on their calendar app - that's how they think about the projects, as certain tasks that will happen

Spreadsheets with embedded jpeg objects
I uploaded as .xls file with embedded jpgs (shown as icons). When I open the spreadsheet in Sheet, as expected, the embedded icons do not show up. I am ok with that limitation. However when I edit cell data, in sheet, and save the file the .xls file does not reflect the changes in cell values. Is this a bug?
