Hi, in our project, the document view in the list mode does not work. Page one of that view always shows a clear screen with no entries. In bigger folders which have more pages, page two seems to work normal. Could you please have a look on that ? cheers Timo

I like the Task-List view report for my project. However, I am having a hard time recognizing tasks associated with a milestone. Is it possible to have those tasks grouped or sorted by milestone first and then by user or date? Thanks! CJ cjweyandt

Integration of Zoho CRM and Projects
Is it possible to integrate/combine Zoho CRM with Projects? I'm looking to do this so as to setup a integrated company wide solution for small and medium sized businesses. I see huge value to having the combined features of both apps together in a company setting. I'm thinking if SSO (single sign on) is available that this may be be answer I'm looking for. Default Off for email notification
When creating new tasks, is there a way to default the email notification to NO? As I create new tasks, unwanted emails are created and sent because I forget to uncheck the box. In my Projects, most users do not need separate email notifications as tasks are created.
Import data from Basecamp to zoho projects
Is there a way to take Basecamp's backup file and import it into zoho? I want to switch, but have 100s of projects to migrate.

Task Descriptions, Task Dependencies, Assigned Files to task
I have worked with plenty project management systems and I believe that Zoho is a very good program but these two (Task Descriptions and Task Dependencies) are really missing and are important. Especially Task Description must not be so hard to add. You cant just write everything about a task to the subject. Task Dependencies are also very important you need to know what it needs to be done before a task is able to be completed in matters of other tasks. Finaly, it would be great if I could assing

Suggestions for Forum feature
It would be good if the forum entries can be written using Richtext Editors or something similar to ZOHO Writer. The presentation of forum entries could be more user friendly by having various views of the entries. E.g. group by author, group by topic/tags. The entries could also be listed first by links then allowing interested viewers to select and view the full entry. A wiki like approach could be beneficial. Teo Xiang Zheng

Why on my RSS feed I have File Added - meeting_notes.html File Name : meeting_notes.html each time I have a meeting? I added this note long time ago, so why it pop up on the day of meeting? If I click it brings me on my documents page?!? Thanks Mel melt
tring to add user who was deleted earlier
Hi there, I deleted a user as she was having trouble logging on to the project. When I went to add her as a new user, it keeps telling me that "User is aleady added to this organization" even though she no longer appears on the users list and cannot login. Any thoughts? Cheers, John

Documents in Zoho Projects don't work at all!
I can't get any odcuments working - when i go to my project's documents page, and I click "New Document", and fill out the form, when i press "Create new document" it doesn't do anything - the document creation dialog disappears, but no document is listed. Also, when i upload a document, it works fine, but if i click the button to edit it in Zoho Writer, it says "Opening Zoho Writer File" very quickly and then nothing happens! What's wrong?

2 users simultaneously in Zoho Writer
Hi there, when someone uses the Zoho Writer Document Editor to create online documents, what happens when two users are simultaneously editing and saving the document?? It seems that User nr. 2 doesn't get a message when he opens a document that is being edited by another user ... Is this correct? Is it possible in Zoho Projects that a user gets a message when another user is currently editing the doc? thank you
How to bookmark specific pages?
When I log into Zoho Projects, it takes too many clicks to get to where I can actually work. Is there a way I can bookmark a project or milestone? If not, is that planned? It's gotten to where I have to slow down just to work w/ ZP and that's not good. I log in, click the Task I want (which takes a while to load), then I have to click "Tasks and Milestones" (which also takes considerable time to load), and then I can hopefully start working. Request Please
This is a great online project management tool. I prefer Zoho - but I have to use a different program for now and will need to move my items because I can't see how to make items 'private' within the company so that clients who have access can not see certain things. Also, I need a way for the program to automatically send (when selected) an email to people I choose when I upload a file so that I do not have to do that via email etc. That would be wonderful!
Task Descriptions
Hello, Our software platform development company has just started looking at using Zoho for our internal organisation. We really appreciate your products! Great work :) However, for handling very large projects, the task function is very generic, and difficult to organise with only the notes and Task titles. We would very much like to see a Task Description that would show beneath the Task Name. This would allow the user to detail what the task actually was, and then use the notes section for updates

Language switch
Hi there, Just some cosmetics that could really stand to be improved: If you switch to another language the descriptions of tabs (milestones in dutch for example) are longer but the tab size doesn't change resulting in unreadable/cut-off tab descriptions. Same remark for milestones in reports graph view: unusable because milestone name might be longer then alotted space on y-axis of the graph. Just an improvement idea. sergeclaesen
Box.net integration
Zoho projects has an ability to upload files but when it comes to uploading many files and ease of handling them box.net is much better. Do you have any plans to integrate Box.net into Zoho Projects?
Custom Field for Costs and resources
this is probably one of those features that makes a difference: If we could have a simple optional custom field to introduce a possible cost (money) of a task within a project and another opticion to imput material and people resources for that task. This would give zoho project a big bonus for serious project management. You already have a Timesheet modul, is just to do something similar for costs and resources. Default User for Tasks/Notification to Administrator
Is there anyway to set up a default user for project so that a specific person gets added as responsible without having to drag the person over? Also, Is it possible to set up notifications that go to the owner/administrator, and not just the person assigned the task? Thanks.
Empty spreadsheet window
When I try to create/open a spreadsheet in documents section of Zoho Projects Safari (3.1.1 on a mac) blocks the new window. Firefox 3 (RC3) doesn't block it but it shows a blank new window. At the same time creating a new document doesn't cause any problems.
Reports
As a project manager I would really like to see reports that show a list of tasks for 1 user. So, say I want to see all the tasks assigned to John Doe. ddmartin
Group Projects by Client
I'm new to ZOHO Projects, and as I set things up, I realized it would be nice if in the project sidebar I could group projects by client company. As it is now, all the projects end up in the same list. I can at least reorder them, but every time I add a new project, I have to reorder the list again. Slowing of loading in Zoho
I'm experiencing some noticeable delays in loading actions in Zoho projects and other products as well. Just wondering if anything can be done on my end to speed things up. Anyone else experiencing this issue with speed? I'm hoping that Zoho will be able to resolve this if this problem is server related or a problem on their end.
ALL USERS option
It would be very helpful for at least the administrator to see ALL tasks/Milestones for ALL users on one page to see who is working on what and when. Not sure how to do this currently without having to click on each project or click on one user at a time which is very time consuming tjmoore99

Hi I'm a bit frustrated by the document management features. 1) Can't sort by comment, only by filename (which is often arbitrary). 2) Can't search on comment 3) Can't sort folders by name, only by creation date 4) Can't create subfolders. Calendar - "go to"/custom date and improved views
The calendar would be so much better with just a few changes. Right now, if I want to view a month one year from today, I have to click on the arrow to the right of the current month 12 times. Since the arrow changes position, it is even more frustrating. Would it be possible to choose a date to go to, or to choose a custom date range to view? Also, I agree with previous posts that it would be helpful to have day and week modes. kateed
