I have set up a project and my team is excited to contribute. BUT,they can't! They can't see the Forum nor can they create tasks. Can you please get bak to me? We're on Day 1 of the project and this is critical. Your help file do not tell me how to grant users pemissions to contribute. I'm using the free plan (1 project) but I don't recall that there was a limitation on interactivity between users. alexbest

missing content with header bar
It seems like some css styling is not being applied when I'm in the main project area.... I'm not able to see the subcategories.. ex tasks and milesstones... calendar... etc etc.. I can mouse over and click on them and then the active state is now lit but the others are completely obscured... this is making it difficult for me to figure out how to use this system any suggestions talkingboxmedia
There is a serious problem in Forum menu
I've using Zoho Projects these days, and I found a serious problem. I recently wrote a post in Forums. But, maybe because of improper HTML tags, the post blocked all the right menus (invisible) and even the content of the post is invisible. the post title is "Google Maps API Document" and the category is "개발" (sorry that it's korean) please reply me through rhox@rhox.kr if there is a solution for this. Starting a second project
I've got one project well under way. I can't see how to start a second project with the same log-in - I'm happy to pay the monthly charge, but when I click on Upgrade (top right corner of Projects 'menu'), it just tells me to contact my Project Administrator ... that's me! richard_westlake

Planner timesheet changes and feature requests
1) The way one enters time as n.nn is not following conventions. Time should be entered as hh:mm, not hh.mm. It is not only confusing to input data this way, but exporting the timesheet to an Excel spreadsheet converts the incorrectly formatted time value in Project to a numeric value in Excel. I then have to reconvert all times. If 1 hour 30 minutes was correctly expressed in Project as either 1:30 or 1.5, it would import into Excel correctly. 2) Having to enter all data as hh.mm - including leading
Wrong day in Timesheet Calendar View
Hi Zoho guys, I just started using ZOHO Projects for keeping my timesheets. It works great so far. I only got one minor glitch. Every evening I fire up the Timesheet Calendar View to enter my times for the day. The calendar marks the following day as 'Today' which is a little annoying because I have to adjust the date from, say 04/03 to 04/02 e.g., once. Is there any way to fix this. iCal does not work
I am a new Projects user. I am using Mozilla Lightning as my desktop calendar program, and would like to have the milestones in my Projects Work Calendar show up there. Lightning supports iCal, and synchronizes beautifully with Google Calendar (which uses iCal.) But when I try it with the iCal URL listed at the bottom of my Projects work calendar, nothing shows up. Am I misunderstanding something?
Description for task
Hi, We have just started evaluating zoho projects. It just seems to be working good. However we have just some quick queries: 1. While adding a task we sont have any description field to enter the description. I realise there is a notes field where we can enter the description but it is not visible all the time. Even if we try RSS we cant see the notes entered in the feed itself. 2. It will be more useful to send an email when new notes is added to task because we cant really know whether the notes
Email Alert Options
I was wondering if there are any plans to modify or give the option of when email alerts for tasks are delivered. Right now, they are delivered when the task is created. Are there any plans to make this adjustable? For example, I think an email reminder at a variable time before a task is due would be the most useful. Thanks.
Links to relevant documents within tasks
Hi, I would find it really useful if links to documents within a project or externally could be inserted into task records so that information can be quickly retrieved or viewed. Also being able to automatically control the scheduling of tasks with deadlines set in hours, days or weeks after the completion of the previous task would be great. Thanks
Edit Milestone Completion Date?
I am a new Zoho user, and I am adding some existing project data to Zoho projects. I have added some milestones for the project, and some of those milestones were already completed. I checked them as complete, and when doing so it sets the completion date to the date the milestone was checked as complete (today, for example). several admin accounts
hi, we are 2 partners in a project and everybody has the same rights and duties. if either one of us has more rights, the other feels less worth (e.g. my partner has the role of a contractor and is not allowed to create or delete categories). thus, it would be better if more users can have admin rights, or if the admin could generate individual user roles. what can we do? I am running a magazine writing project that requires collaboration on documents between three people and I have recently chosen Zoho Projects over Google Sites after comparing the too. Upload is ignored
As the main administrator, I tried to upload the attached file. When provided a full description and tags, it attempted to upload the file, and upon response, returned to the Documents page without actually uploading the file. This happens occasionally and I can't seem to understand why. I thought perhaps it was because there was a .exe file in there, but it will upload .exe files too. Why does it sometimes fail?
Is it possible to change task order on task templates?
I know I can change task order for a given project, but I haven't figured out how to reorder tasks that have been saved as a template. I see how to move them to another task list but not to move them within the list. dhelsten

Export tasks & milestones
Hi, I think you would really impress your customers by having a way to export a task list WITH NOTES for a specified time period. This would greatly facilitate weekly meetings. For example, suppose I want to have a meeting and review with my team members progress over the last particular time period. I then enter the time period in, and Zoho projects creates a report showing all tasks and any notes (as well as their authors, dates, etc) that have been written under each task for that time period.
