Viewing a complete calendar
Is is possible to display a view of the calendar which includes all the tasks/milestones, etc... for a single person? I believe that I am only able to display a calendar for each project. Please enlighten me.... Cheers,
One unified calander
I have many users and many projects. At the moment, each of us have to check out camendar for each project we are working on. Is there a way to get all projects added to a calenar for each person and/or one for the overall project manager of all people and projects? Outlook is not a option for us. pageviews
Billing in tenths, removal of closed projects?
Would it be possible to change the billing time to tenths of an hour? Many professionals round up to the nearest tenth for their time. Also is it possible to remove closed projects from the list on the timesheet when you log time with out deleting the closed projects? As I accomplish more and more, I have more and more closed projects to wade through when I have to log time manually. Thanks, this is a great product.
RSS Feeds and Microsoft Outlook
Is there way way to have tasks and calendar items created in Zoho projects add a similar item to my Microsoft Outlook? Maybe this could be accomplished with an RSS feed that automatically adds the item in Outlook (not sure if that is technically feasible, just suggesting). My problem is that while sitting at my desk creator is a wonderful tool. However, when I am on the road (alot) my blackberry reminds me of tasks and appointments with the data synched from Outlook. Events!
It would be great if in addition to adding meetings, I could add Events. There's a little bug in the default font behavior of Zoho Sheets, always changes the cells to Luxi when you cut and paste. And at the top of my wishlist is of course a better looking & more intuitive Calendar. The cream on top would be Gantt charts that break down to the day. Keep rocking team Zoho! b@trax.org

Very hard to add members to a project
I have been using zoho for a few months to keep track of my freelance projects. I'm happy with it as a unique user, but I have a project I'm collaborating with 4 other people and I decided to include them in Zoho. Here are my problems: - I added 4 members, and it only accepted 2, even though I received the confirmation email that the invitation was sent to all of them. My Work Calendar iCal is invalid
First, thanks for the new My Work Calendar feature with an iCal feed! But, I can't the feed to work in my Mac iCalendar program. When I click the iCal button (with the webcal:// URL), I get taken to iCalendar correctly, and the URL shows in the "subscribe" box correctly. However, when I click subscribe in iCalendar, I then get an error: Data downloaded from [my calendar URL] is invalid. I wish you could add a expense tracking feature in the Zoho Projects app, and maybe a mind mapping application. Just like Mayomi, only better :)
Zoho Projects enhancements...
It would be really useful to enable a optional view on the Tasks & Milestones tab that displays all notes or just the latest note for each task in the ToDoList. Also, can the Tasks & Milestones view be configured to remember the applied 'User' filter? Thanks, Nick nwarren

Displaying user tasks across multiple projects
If you have, say, 10 projects and 4 users. And each of the 4 users is assigned to tasks under each project. You cannot seem to view a user as a whole across all of the projects to see how much work he/she has overall? This would seem like something that was left out but very critical for resource optimization.
Timesheet
Greetings, My team and I are just starting to use zoho...and we're big fans. We were wondering if there was any way to allow users to log time for multiple tasks at once. For instance, a user may be multitasking on three tasks for 45 minutes. They don't know how much time they spent on each task, but know that it took 45 to finish all three. Logging the time in this fashion might be useful from a user standpoint. Kevin McLeod
My Forum
I somehow managed to send the last message without finishing it. Sorry about that. "My Home" gives a wonderful summary of my task list for all projects. I am missing the same type of function for the forum notes. It would be ideal if "My Forum" could show me all forum notes in the last day, or last week, or last month. Is that feature there now? I am new to Zoho, explored many parts of the suite last night, didn't see this feature... But via SEARCH I saw various questions about this from 2006 and 2007, the last being around August 2007... and Zoho staff had said "we are working on this." Forum comments, forum search, and attachments
Forum comments should stand out more, as they are easily missed. Perhaps a very subtle blinking or something. Or by default, comments should be expanded or a different color text or something. Being able to search a forum is imperative. Obviously the ability to type a lot of stuff and not being able to search the verbiage isn't very efficient. I think that forum attachments should be listed instead in the Documents area in a category named "Forum Uploads." (Only reference/links to these attachments

Password Protection on files...
Given that there is very little distinction in terms of information access between the different types of Users, it would be helpful to be able to password protect documents & spreadsheets sitting in folders. I know you've got a million and one things to tweak but that'd be a cool feature to be able to keep developing budgets and other somewhat sensitive data on the workspace. I'm also holding my breadth for the day the calendar & gantt charts get a visual & functional refresh. Nice arrow tweak on

Milestone and task titles in the calendars are different?
in global Project view (clicking the logo)>My Work Calendar I can see all the text titles of my milestones and my tasks, but when I look at my calendar for a specific project all I see is a colored bar and I have to mouse over every one to find out what it is! Restrictive Pricing
I have found Zoho apps to be very useful and priced very generously. That is, with the exception of Projects. I find your pricing configuration to be uncharacteristically restrictive. Only one project for free? Thus far you have set yourself apart from your competitors with your generous free level offerings, but your Projects free version is similar (if not identical) to many of your competitors. Even bumping the number of projects up to two would be a great leap forward.

there is no privacy in meetings and tasks
I have created several projects and all of the users of all projects can see the tasks and meetings that they are not assinged to. For example we named a project only for the busienss partners where we sheculded meetings, tasks, files, etc. All the employees can see what tasks and meetingsh te business partners have so is there any way the employees can only see the tasks and meetings the are assinged to, and obviously the managers can see everything.
