Converting a ticket to a bug in our Kanbanize.com app.
We currently use a Kanban board in order to manage our tasks. It offers an API, is there a way to convert tickets to a bug in an outside app such as www.kanbanize.com? I know you have the Zoho Bug Tracker however I'd prefer to keep our bugs within our Kanban board. Thanks for your help on this.

Wondering how to disable the "send mail notification" option when creating a new task? Right now, the default is set to send mail notifications, but I would like to be able to make the default so that it does not automatically send mail notifications.

tasks added in gmail don't show on google calendar
Hello, Am I missing something obvious? I have not found a way to have tasks created from a gmail email to show up on the google calendar. Only tasks created from within Zoho show up.
A "sound notice" in chat
I don't remember in MSN when you can send a "zoooom" sound in the chat for have the atention of participant. In project we need this feature for chat. Thanks

Forum post link formatting
Currently when one includes hyperlinks in a forum post they appear in the standard hyperlink formatting (blue underlined text, purple if already visited) during editing, but once posted, the formatting goes away (but the links stay active). The only way the reader can tell there is a hyperlink is to hover the cursor over it. Please fix this. Formatting is fine in email notifications, just not on the portal itself. Thanks, -pat
Search option not working
even though the client/projects exist in our system using the search for the name of the client customer is producing Sorry, Your search has no results in All matches , even though they obviously do exsist.

Zoho Plugin for libreoffice.
Nowadays Libreoffice considered to be an affordable and rich functionality enabled office-suite. Hence most of the enterprises started to utilize libre-office office suite. Is there any roadmap to provide zoho plugin for libreoffice other than oo2gd. It would be great to have these functionality. And this plugin should support for documents in Zoho projects application. Google Drive link not open office file
Hello support We link some file to zoho proyect, but when open the link the google drive say "file not found". This only affect .doc, xls for now, we not have problem with TXT or JPG. Thanks

Hi, We are currently migrating our project management into zoho. So we are in the testing phase and looking for some capabilities that will work out based from our needs. We are about to migrate many of our documents. They are usually formatted in PDF. I am wondering if you do have this capability? This is very important in our needs that we can VIEW pdf documents directly from zoho rather than downloading them over and over again. I would appreciate your inputs. Thanks.
Task tracking?
We're adding new remote users, and we're looking for better ways to handle communications between employees working on a single task. I see that Zoho has a Tasks app for my iPhone, but no Tasks group, so is this the right place to ask? Wanted to Delete only a Comment, but WHOLE THREAD wiped out!
I clicked "delete" within a comment that was in a series of comments in a forum thread and the ENTIRE THREAD got wiped out! No warning, no confirmation pop up that the ENTIRE THREAD was about to be wiped out...it just DELETED EVERYTHING in that thread! How did that happen and how do we get it back? There was ALOT of VERY important information in there and it's now ALL GONE! We have a meeting with that client today and need that information ASAP!!! What happened?!?!?!
Log Hours Popup
Currently the "Log hours" popup dismiss when we click anywhere outside the popup. I find it annoying when it dismiss without any confirmation.. especially when I have already filled in all the details of task and all. So in my opinion it is good to disable that dismissal when a user click anywhere out side the popup. There is a cancel button in it anyways. Just my thought.
calender sync with outlook
hi there, just got my paid version of zoho, enjoying it thus far... but i would like to see my zoho calender sync to outlook, as off now i tried using the link for the google calenders (ical link), and am only able to see the "Events" and not my "milestones" or "Tasks"... any help on the matter will quite helpful... Difference between user groups and users
I am a new user to Zoho. I have created project and note that there is a message on the project screen that the project is not associated with any groups. I have users set up who can be assigned tasks. What is the advantage of using a group? How can a group be constructed from current users? Also, I see that groups can be created from My Contacts but I do not see a way of populating contacts. Thank you for your help.

According the the user guide, you can associate a Zoho Project with an Account, Contact or Potential record in Zoho CRM. How come it's not possible to associate a record with a SalesOrder? Here's an example scenario: Lets assume I'm an SEO consultant offering several packages. Same day dependencies
Is there any way to change the logic so that I can select a dependency where the dependent task starts the same day as the required task? E.g., I want my engineer to design a housing based on my sketches. If I set my sketches task to be due on Thursday, I want the engineer's dependent task to start on Thursday. Right now, I have to move it to Friday.

Once you start using Zoho for a company that runs allot of projects it is very hard to find your project There should be an availabilty to sort the projects There should be the ability to Organize into Folders Or if you want to be realy flexible allow custimzed field and will be able to sort based on any custimized filees such as project type :R&D , PS, Sales etc
Cannot Associate a Project to a Client
This used to work easily. I would click the drop down on a project and associate a client. This function is no longer there. I also went into "Client User" and tried to associate from there. It is still not working. Any ideas?

Hi, Started using ZP a couple of days ago and I'm testing the Express version out right now. Is it possible, for the Admin, to get a single report on all (around 20) running projects? It would be highly valuable to get on Task Graph View-, Task List View- and Milestone Report etc. over all projects. Something like a 'Master View'. If such a feature is not available at the moment, when can it be expected to included? There seems to other posts relating to this topic, so it seems to be a sought after
Importing tasks from a text / CSV / Excel file... still not available right?
It is difficult to recommend Zoho Project if my organizations tasks are in some other system and I can't bring them across. I haven't found one other project management or TODO-list app that doesn't do simple task importing.

Global Time Report
First, I know there are some work arounds to get global time information, but they are awkward and have limits. The global reporting package should really have a Global Time Report showing totals for billable and non-billable and appropriate filtering. This would make invoicing much easier for us and I would gladly upgrade to Enterprise if it had a good Global Time Report.

I am trying to associate a contact/client with zoho projects however each time I click on the link 'New Project' or 'Associate Project' I have a window pop up saying "The portal owner has been changed.
