Some issue at Recruit performance and single singn-on, since yesterday afternoon
Dear Support I've been experienced some problem since yesterday afternoon, that I describe below: 1) The performance at answer request was increased, and the users were affected a lot. 2) Looks like the browser is in looping of sending request to webserver. 3) The function of Single Sign On, was affected. If I'm using another Zoho Apps, like CRM or Report and start Recruit Apps, I've have to click at Sign-In to reach the Zoho Recruit. Thanks. Paulo Miguel.
Number field does not support decimal (Again)

Cannot Default Custom Fields
Why would Zoho Recruit not allow you to add custom default fields after accidentally deleting on FREE accounts. It is understandable that only paid accounts get to add custom fields. However, these fields we're already there in the first place and now I can't re-add them.

Number field to represent GPA
Hi We want to use the number field to represent GPA. However, the field does not accept a decimal point thus making it unusable for GPAs. We have had to replace this with a pick list with GPA ranges. Is there a better way to do this? Salman
Question from someone considering moving to zoho recruit
I am evaluating this product for a recruitment agency client who is looking to move to the cloud. They need a solution which will incorporate hosted email, recruit, payroll (or at least timesheet and api link to payroll) and other related elements. Is there any feedback out there from other recruitment firms who have experience in using this on a day to day basis? Is there any feedback, quirks, suggestions which would make the transition as smooth as possible? Any advice / tips / case studies
When using API, add Client's contact info to form for submitting job openings
I am using the API to allow client's to add new job openings directly from our website. However, I don't see how to use the API to also allow them add their contact information via that form. If they can't add their contact information, then how will we get in touch with them once they have submitted a job? I know that there are different modules, and that I am using the Job Openings module for this particular form - but the information I need to use WITH this form is in the Client Contacts module

I can't publish job into my website. I follow all the steps in the zohoo website. I copied and pasted the embeded code in my website page. Reordering fields list in a module.
Hi, I'm a Zoho Alliance Partner and I am configuring Zrecruit for a client. I would like to move the existing fields to change the order they appear in as well as adding new custom fields. I have draged and droped the fields to where I want them but the system wont save it. I have used Creator and there usually is a save button but none is present here. problem with candidates
Hello, I got the problem. I invited 2 person to the zoho recruit, we some times cooperate together inm the project. But actually we can't see candidates of rest of team.I can see only candidates I add to the system, not whose was added by my co-workers. What can I do to see every contacts and candidates off my co-workekers? I use the Zoho CRM too and I have possibility to update contact data of my co-workers.
Possibility of copying Job Opennings
A suggestion...... It would be helpful and save a lot of time if we could copy an existing job openning. Some times we recruite the same job many times in a year. Instead of creating each time a job profile we could copy the existing one and add changes if required and when saved, the system would give the new ID number. Thank you Nicole

Emails should go out of Recruit with my own email address
When I send emails from Zoho CRM, they are sent out with my email address, but when I send them from Zoho Recruit, they go out with a zoho email address. This is ridiculous and should be sorted out straight away.

I need to forward specific candidate information to a client contact on placement of a candidate. have set up all the required fields in the candidate module how can I set up an email alert to forward such information once I fill the job on ZRecruit??? Currently I have structured an email template which I forward as if I am forwarding the resume to the client contact. I am looking to automate this process. Any suggestions warmly received.

Dear Zoho Team, when people attach a file to their application (e.g. a cv) sometimes the file name includes letters like ä,ü or ö. When the files are downloaded along with the provided personal information the file name has changed. For example the name of the uploaded file was "JürgenCV.doc". how to give access to zoho recruit to someone without giving a whole access?
Hello We use zoho recruit in our company, We would like to give some of our employees the access to a part of zoho recruit because the managers are in charge of the recruitment of their own interns, but we don't want them to be able to see everything (how many applications we had for their own jobs for axample and so on...) Mispelled Country Name
Hello, I am using the system to post jobs in Puerto Rico, but I noticed that the country name is not written correctly. It says Puerto rico (without capital R). Both Puerto and Rico should be written in capital letters. Is it possible to correct this? It does not look very professional in our web page. Thanks!!!

Can I delete the options contained in the drop down menu for "Candidate Status"? I have hundreds of options available from a incorrect upload that I would like to clear out. Update: I've found the edit screen for Resume Status and but the Remove option doesn't work. Any advice please??

Is there a way to automatically schedule something on the calendar? For example, to put on the calendar to follow up with the client one week after the candidate's status is changed to "submitted to client". I find the search function not great on Zoho, am i able to turn CV search off? so instead of the search looking on CV's it just searches based on the fields entered on ZOHO? i.e job title, location etc
Candidate status change with no emails sent.
In a candidate you should be able to change the status without actually sending system email. So I could click "submitt to client" but not actually submitting it because I already send him an email and I just want to keep the record that I did. And the same is with the interview.
