Publish in Website feature enhancement requested
It would be really nice on the embedded website listing (Publish in Website feature) if we could have a separate list of Job Opening fields for the list view and the detailed view. Ideally I would want a very simple list view, since job description and requirements in particular are quite long, and have all of the details included on the popup page.

No candidate listing on opening candidate section
Normaly when i open ZOHO Recruit and move from the dashboard to candidates there is a listing of the 25 latest candidate additions and then I can work with those. From time to time I click on the candidate screen and it comes up blank as in the attached screenshot (ZOHO recruit 1) and to get candidates to list I have to searech for a candidate or view candidates by selecting a candidate by tag or by job opening screenshot why does this happen is it a browser setting or a problem with the settings
Access permission ZOHO Recruit
I've managed to invite/adding my collegue to recruit in order to collaborate, but did not provide recruiter Access permission. My collegue did the same with me, and we both accepted. Now we both have NO access permission and can NOT do anything.... Is there anyway to resolve this?? Thank you in advance for helping me out. Adb
Publishing Job Openings
For some reason, I am unable to publish my job opening on our web site. The position is listed as "In-Progress", however there is no option to publish the opening. Our site is currently displaying the "no job openings available at this time" text.
Submission failed
Dear Zoho Team, sometimes when people try to submit a filled application form the submission failes and the message "null" apears in the iframe. I guess its because of a slow internet connection on their side. However, would it be possible to have a specific message apear in these cases instead of "null"? Perhaps something like "Unfortunately we didnt receive your application, please try again later". Even better would be if applicants who encounter the issue could be redirected to a specific small
"Work Details" section - how to add fields
I would like to add some fields to this section, like phone number and address but I don't see how. It looks like a function that Zoho created but is not changeable.
Bulk emails
I am required to send a bulk email out to all the people in our database but I have found that clicking on the "select actions" only selects the candidates on that screen and therefore only emails those candidates. How do I select all 600+ candidates so I can email them all in one go and how would this work with the 250 email limit which I have just encountered? Thanks. Rebecca
Cloning Job Openings?
Can we CLONE JOB OPENINGS so that we don't have to go through entering the same information when we have several similar openings? I am looking for sales reps in 5 states and a total of 15 different cities..
Feature Request - Job Openings
1 - Ability to clone or copy jobs openings. how to put a note on more than one client contact
I am trying to record an action on Recruit where I have sent an email to numerous clients (not via recruit) and want to record the action on more than one client contact, how do I do this without having to enter each record individually.
Questions on recruit features
I am looking for an ATS that can read CV's and tag all the skills within them (eg Java, HTML, Digital Marketing, etc) I also need to upload about 2,000 CV's from Dropbox. Can you let me know does Zoho Recruit offer any solution to these two requirements? Also do you have any plans to extend Zoho Recruit to include searching within Linkedin from the ATS and also sending multiple (50+) invitations to connect to relevant Linkedin users all in one go?
Photo Quality Issues II
Dear Zoho Team, I tested Zoho Recruit with regards to the unfortunate loss of quality of picture files when they are being downloaded via candidates-> download current view -> .xls and these are the results: No change in quality: .jpeg, .bmp Picture turns reddish: .png, .gif Picture is reduced to 0 kb size and cant be opened anymore: .tif Kindly adress this matter. Moreover, since I am a German user I want to point out that the button for the submission of an application after filling the form fields
Downloaded photos are low quality
When I mass download candidates' info and attached files, the jpegs, gifs, etc are downloaded in a very very poor, low quality format. The photos turn out blurry, even though, if I click on them in the Zoho Recruit program to view, they are clear and of good resolution. Need to fix this!!

How do I get to the Customize job opening form once I have a job posted? Only way That I can find it is by removing my job postings and select the Job Opening tab.
ZOHO CONTACTS and ZOHO EMAIL
ZOHO EMAIL -- wouldn't it make sense to have all of my ZOHO candidates available as CONTACTS in my ZOHO EMAIL? I will study this further myself to see if there is a rational behind not having them as such, but it would make tracking communications a lot easier... In my experience so far, Outlook emails are not tracked by ZOHO and ZOHO Contacts are not easily accessible to ZOHO EMAIL that are tracked. As I have asked in the past, is there a ZOHO Recruit developer that is actually using ZOHO for recruiting
Date Format
Currently the date format in ZoHo Recruit is in the form mm/dd/yyyy as used in North America. Can the date format be change by the user to the local format e.g. dd/mm/yyyy as used in Europe and the UK.
Searching for the "Filled" jobs
Hi, Concerning Job posting status: When I change the candidate status to: "Hired" automaticaly the job associated change to "Filled" and the candidate becomes "Locked"... Great! But when I return to the Job posting section and want to search for my "Filled" in the "Status" menu this item is not available... I don't see this menu item anywhere... Hyperlink within Candidate notifications.
Each time an New applicant completes their information in ZOHO, an email is sent to a primary recipient. IDEA: Why not include a hyperlink within that email so that the Recruiter or manager can click directly into ZOHO recruit? If you are working from one computer screen and you have both your browser and email maximized and the candidate has a difficult name to spell, bouncing between the two can be a nuisance.. This would be a nice touch!
Job Openings Import Issue
Importing Job Opening: 1) Import function sends email stating that it is complete 2) Under Job Openings, VIEW ALL JOB OPENINGS no new Jobs imported 3) Refreshed, closed, everything except REBOOT - No new jobs in that view 4) On Dashboard Activity recorded as 5 Job Openings imported... Expand view and the Job Openings are there. Click on individual job, it is in your system as I want it. BACK TO Job Openings View - none of the 5 jobs are there. I have no special sort function, or view function set...
Parsing view issue
Parsing view - when i am IMPORTING INFORMATION FROM A DOCUMENT, prior to the last few days I had 2 columns -- the one on the left that was the information PARSED and the one on the right the original information... THE RIGHT COLUMN is now at the bottom... and that is really a pain when you want to clarify or check information in the left column... Is there a setting I accidentally changed or is something wrong?

How to view a list of all Events?
Hello. I'd like to view a list of all Events scheduled in the system, including ones past due. How do I go about doing that? When I go to Dashboard-->Events, I notice that it doesn't list all Events: it seems to list all future Events and only lists Events as far back as 2 days into the past. I understand I could go to each individual Candidate or Client Contact and view Events scheduled for them, but I'd like to see a list in one place. I'd appreciate some input.

Resume Parser
Hi, I have just subscribed to the resume parser to give it a trial. It works to a point, but I have a few problems. It is saving the original document to the wrong field. It is also not picking up on phone numbers. Is there a settings screen for this feature, so I can change mappings and make a few tweaks. I have looked but can't find anything. Thanks Ben

Hi, I just paid for the full version of Zoho Recruit, feeling sure that there would be a solution for assigning sent and received e-mails to every candidate, i.e.showing full e-mail history per candidate. Now it seems that there is no solution for this, but is it about to be developed? Or do you guys at Zoho want to force your customers to pay for your email services in order to get this service? Importing Candidate from Job Opening View
In JOB OPENING VIEW I am given the opportunity to IMPORT CANDIDATE but I can only import the candidate in csv or xls format. I NEVER receive resumes in either of those formats. Can someone explain: 1) Why a .doc file cannot be imported in this view, but it can from the CANDIDATE view? 2) How do you create a Comma Separated Value file that contains a resume? 3) Why can't the parsing function be added from the JOB OPENING VIEW? No reminders sent for edited events
Hello. Zoho Recruit doesn't send reminder emails for edited Events. Note that it does send reminders for new events. As a result, when I have to edit an event and need a reminder, I have to actually delete the old event and create a new one. And I'm quite a heavy user of Events within Recruit.
