Candidate info in XLS does not keep candidate application form format
When I mass download candidate application information into XLS format, the columns in the spreadsheet do not maintain the order of the candidate application form. Surely, this program should allow for the basic capability of ordering columns from left to right in exactly the order of the application the candidate filled out step by step so that I don't have to cut and paste and order all the columns myself!

Search for Candidates efficiency suggestion
Need "Search for Candidate" screen more accessible from screens other than main candidate screen. Scenario - open a candidate to review - that candidate does not fit - from that screen, how many steps does it take to SEARCH for another candidate? TOO MANY and too much time.. Going back to the mouse, clicking on candidates, waiting for all candidates to load once again and then moving the mouse back over to the SEARCH window is not EFFICIENT at all. Thanks!
Outlook/Other Email Activity Tracking made easy
Wish list MAJOR item that should be easy to do.. Relative to tracking a RECRUITERS activity - When I click on a candidates email Address, it opens Outlook -- THAT IS A GOOD THING -- it would be GREAT if an automatic activity was placed in the LOG - Just something like "EMAIL SENT - 8-19-2011 4:00 pm" .. That way I could go to my Outlook sent file and find it.. This can't be real hard, can it? Thanks -
Interview From Address Incorrect
When creating an interview, the system automatically sends an email to the client contact whether we want it to or not. Additionally, the FROM address for the email that is sent doesn't even come from the Zoho user-id. It apparently defaults from the Admin Contact for the Zoho account. We should be able to track interviews without sending notifications unwillingly. Additionally, the ability to set the FROM address should exist throughout the system. It should never default to the Admin Contact.
How do you upload an image to your email message body in Zoho Recruit
I am using Zoho Recruit and have uploaded a jpeg image file of each candidate in to the candidate module. I now want to forward this picture within the CV forwarded to client email template. I can not see the field in the drop down menu. I have tried guessing the field ${picture} but this pulls across the following "/Resume/TEXTFIELD6/3515041/Cropped1311750992956_IMGP2175.JPG" This suggests it is finding the jpeg but not pulling the picture across.?? Uploading a new resume for an existing candidate
I want to replace an old resume with a new updated resume for an existing candidate. There doesn't appear to be a way to upload a new Word document overwriting the old document. I realize I can view and edit the zoho document, but it is not the same a uploading a properly formatted source Word document. Am I missing something? Thanks
Calendar Functionality weakness
Would be VERY, VERY nice to be able to tie a CALENDAR ENTRY directly to a Candidate - "Follow up Tuesday at 10:00 with Joe Smith" ... I can enter the time, date, subject but it would be very nice to tie this directly to Joe so that his profile can be pulled up directly from the entry/reminder.

Ability to select candidates by job opening AND tag
I discovered that I can't filter candidates by an associated job opening AND an associated tag, it's either one or the other. Please allow us to filter for both options at the same time!
Downloaded photos are poor quality
When I mass download candidates' info and attached files, the jpegs, gifs, etc are downloaded in a very very poor, low quality format. The photos turn out blurry, even though, if I click on them in the Zoho Recruit program to view, they are clear and of good resolution. Need to fix this!!

Bulk email to a selection of candidates
I understand that when a user wants to send a bulk email to a selection of the candidates then you need to click on the little box to the left of their name. However, if I click onto the next screen of candidates the boxes that I ticked on the first page are no longer ticked. For example, I have 50 candidates and I want to email 2 of them. I find and put a tick in the box of the first candidate. The second candidate is on the next page. By clicking onto the next page the first candidate is now
Attachment file name conflict
Zoho recruit used to rename the attachment file into a unique name for each candidate that is shown in the exported XLS file which solved a lot of sorting problems. Now when I export a list of candidates to an XLS sheet as well as a compressed file containing attached files the renaming feature is not working which causes loss of attachments. For example, If 10 out of 100 candidates uploaded their resumes with a file named "CV.pdf" I get 10 different "CV.pdf" files in the exported compressed zip
Searching on attached documents - mixed results
I have been using the Advanced Search function to search on attached documents (CVs) but I am getting mixed results. I am using my own entry, when I search on my name in attached documents it returns as expected, howev er, when I search on other items (eg a company name) that is in my CV it doesn't find and return my CV. Is there a particular reason for this or am I doing something wrong? Thank you so much.

Other resume layouts
Hello team, I have taken a look at Zoho Recruit. When I first import some resumes, I see few country layouts suggested. I have selected USA/Canada as a test but I am not sure that a user would be able to tell which kind of layout it is. So either you have several visual layouts to suggest from or you would need to integrate layouts from other countries (I can provide to you several examples for Mexico). Many thanks for your advices. Hello, In the section " poste à pourvoir" I crated few custom "Grid view" for exemple "Postes actifs" . At the question " Share your custom view" I checked "all users". I share the environment with my collegue Anne-Marie Deslauriers (02) but she can see the "grid view " I created. She only see the jobs under the " summery version. Is this normal???
Search candidates by multiple tags?
How do you search by multiple tags? I don't see TAG as an option in the "Advanced Search Criteria Page" and you can only select 1 tag in "View Associated Tag" drop down.
Easy Parsing
I need a quick and easy way to import candidates I'm viewing in Monster or Dice. I have used other ATS's that allow you to cut the resume and paste into the system. The paste automatically parses name, contact info, etc. into proper fields. Is there any easy way to accomplish this? Number of Paragraph Field Limit
I have been working to create a custom candidate form. Suddenly the option to add another paragraph field has been disabled. When I put my mouse over the paragraph field type, a message display which reads "cannot drag and drop". How do I correct this. I need to add exactly two more paragraph fields. I currently have 26 paragraph fields on the candidate form. Help please.....

I have added several fields to the Candidate Detail including several file upload fields like "Reference 1, Reference 2, Reference 3, Background Check, Drug Screen, Blind Resume, Signed Application." so that I can keep them attached to the candidate record. I would like to be able to attach some of these when I email or forward a candidate to a client. How can I make these documents appear in the "forward to client" form & the email form so that I can select which ones I want to attach to the email?
Multiple files on the candidates' interview invite.
When scheduling an interview it is possible to click the invite boxes to create emails for both the interviewer and candidate. On the Interviewer email it is possible to add multiple files using the link. On the Candidate email it is only possible to browse to one file. Is it possible to have the same ability on the candidate invite as on the interviewer invite to add multiple files. Currently we are having to select the files in windows explorer, create a zip files and then attach the zip file.
email integration & rchili
I have set up my email through zoho mail/mail add-on. I use gmail for our hosting domain email. It seems when I send a message within zoho recruit, it does appear on my gmail or sync to my phone. Do I have a setting incorrect? Also, When I went to the email interface my zoho recruit contacts are not in the list. I also re-upgraded to rchili parsing and when i go to http://zoho.rchilli.com/ it says incorrect user/pw. I have changed the pw and it still will not let me in to confire the parsing engine.
Users not correctly associated
Hi, I have added 2 more users in my Zoho Recruit account. They accepted and the first use was smooth. Unfortunately, something happened, and now, when they log into Zoho Recruit, they can't see the organization anymore. Instead, they are seeing a fresh new one (the system did ask them to select between staffing agency or HR system). I checked with them, both of them have the same issue. Uploading Candidates
Hello - I have a bunch (~600) resumes from another ATS that I'd like to import into ZoHo Recruit. Is there a better way to import these candidates rather than select them 10 at a time? I don't have them in excel (so I can't import them as a file). All I have are the resumes in .doc, PDF, etc. format. The parser seems to work fine; I just don't want to submit them 10 at a time. Also, in other ATS's that I've used, they have an email alias where candidates (or whoever) can send their resume

Why does "Forwarding a CV to a Hiring Manager" not create a new status automatically
When you forward several CVs to a hiring manager (or a client if you are using the recruitment agency version of Zoho Recruit) why does it not change the candidate's status to something like "CV forwarded to Hiring Manager" ? This already happens when you schedule an interview it would seem logical that this represents a step in the recruitment workflow so why is this not logged with a status change. Kind Regards Adrian
Attachments on templates so they are ready to go...
My users love the templates, it saves them time as they no longer have to cut'n'paste from xls into outlook, just click two buttons. For out standard templates, (Interview, Reject, Hire, etc.) we have a number of standard attachments (e.g. map / location). If we could have these files already attached to the template so they automatically get included on the outbound email it would reduce the number of errors, improve quality and efficiency.
Reviewing Candidate Status NEEDS CHANGE
I highly recommend adding a drop down list (USER FRIENDLY) in the candidates profile. This would allow us NOT to have to go back to the main candidate page to check on the name and then change the status. The fuction now is annoying and time consuming! I have years of ATS experience and training from Taleo, iCIMS and Kenexa.I'm pretty sure I know what I am talking about. You need to allow customers to streamline the candidate review so we can move on with our work day.
Email templates, signatures and images
Hi, I have three issues I would like to raise: 1. I am unable to upload an image to a signature in the templates section of zoho recruit. The image just appears as a broken link. 2. It seems very labour intensive to have to set up multiple copies of templates, with the correct signatures for all our employees.
