Hi - It would be great to be able to have more control in setting the size of fields, fonts etc in the system. It would make a a big difference to be able to fit more on the screen as the default font is much larger than it needs to be and there is too much space around many of the fields and labels. Thanks!
New Status - Reject in interview
There is no status for candidates who get rejected in interviews.
Add job title
Hi, I'm pretty good at going into settings and adding new job titles but it is very time consuming. When I get a new candidate that has a different title to those that are in my "job title" drop down menu in the candidate page it would be brilliant if I could just type the new title and then select "add Job title" and it saved it for future search/selection. Currently I have to save the profile, go to settings, add a field and then go back to the candidate and choose the new title I added. I hope

Add Headings in the brief view of Candidates
Hi I was hoping if you can advise if Zoho support can help with this: Under the candidate Tab, for each candidate, we want to be able to view Phone number, and Country - in the brief summary that we can see. Loss of quick view/binoculars button on new interface
Binocular function on new version is not available or disappeared. The new features of the Binocular button for candidate general view and search view was extremely time effective and well received. Please add it back as soon as possible :) (or let me know what I've done wrong)
Candidate led recruitment
Hi there, I'm finding that my business is becoming more candidate led and that I am now reverting to Excel spreadsheets to track where I am sending candidates instead of Zoho. This isn't good. Zoho is Client/Vacancy led and assumes that there is a live job to put candidates against. 50% of the UK recruitment market is Candidate led where we have a good candidate and speculatively sell them into many clients even if there is no existing job. Searching for candidates or contacts
I would like to have a search box always visible that i can use to search candidates or contacts. Right now if I click on candidate name to search the Filter choices come up on the left side, but it is primarily last name. i would prefer a search candidate box, always available and be able to search first name, last name, or key word.
Assessments
We need to be able to add more then 1 assessment to a job post. This should be an easy program addition. We need this function now, considering it was sold to us as being capable of doing this, and we need this feature to work.

Phone Bridge
When you receive a call if you're not looking at your Zoho browser tab (it's open but you're on linkedin) you basically have no way of knowing if a call is coming in unless you're also wearing the headset. The needs to be a very prominent pop up to let you know - very frustrating.

Zoho Sign Templates With Recruit Integration
Trying to setup templates that are "fillable" and "signable" with Zoho Sign and are available in Zoho recruit. If I setup a template in Zoho sign it does not show up anywhere in Zoho recruit when I try to send a candidate a document to sign. It only gives me options to use a document template from within Zoho, but this requires that we enter the fillable field such as text and check boxes each time a document goes out. Anyone have experience with this?

getting Support To Answer Clearly
hello, I would like to know, and I am sure I am not the only one, wondering why support for this product has a habit of blaming outside forces on problems and only once a customer ( please re-read that word Support, CUSTOMER) has to play monkey in the middle to get you to admit it was your issue. I have wasted days waiting only to find out that it really is a Zoho issue. What do your customers have to do in order to get support to actually support us? please let me know.

Hi! I cannot find a good way to export my candidates email addresses. I want it nice and clean in different column into Excel (via csv). I was able to it before the newer design, but now all candidate information ends up in the same Excel cell (csv). All of it. Please help!

Is there a way to mass update the status of a job opening? I'd like to be able to close multiple job openings, or reopen multiple job openings in one action. Additionally, the ability to remove or add "Hot" to multiple job openings at once would be extremely useful.

Assessments
Need to have Pre-Screener and Assessment as different categories. A pre-screener is associated with the job post for more information, but the assessment option should be able to assess skills by administering a quiz. Having the option to add multiple assessments is needed. We need to have assessments attached to different stages in the blueprint recruiting process.
Logging Submit to Client without email through Zoho
Is it possible to log "submit to client" on the candidate profile without having to email through zoho email? My team prefers to use outlook or gmail for all outgoing correspondence and we are missing some presentations being recorded because of this. Is it possible to create this?
Notification when one receives a SMS text
Currently, there is no easy way for me to determine when a SMS text message is received. I would have to drill in each record and check under the SMS tab to see if a candidate sent a text. Doing so is real inconvenience. Any chance you could implement a feature that allows for the user who sends a SMS be notified whenever a response comes in?
