Really need to be able to use the mobile app on a tablet that is on it's side with a keyboard connected. I'm actually surprised that this isn't already a feature.

problem in zoho candidate resume download api
Hi, I logged into my zoho account, clicked on Candidate list, i have one candidate with attached resument of that candidate , i want api to download resume from zoho. (I do not want manual download of resume or i do not want to use any tool). I am using below api to download resume. JOB Posts. HELP!!
Our job posts are not getting published to any of the partner sites. I need these to go to Indeed, Glassdoor, Juju and Monster (we are a paid subscriber). Since the upgrade I have been getting very low traffic. When I post a new job it asks where I want the job linked and I choose the sites I mentioned however when I visit those sites none of these positions are listed!! Anyone have the same experience? Please help ASAP or I will be forced to look for another solution. Anyone have any good recommendations
Emails sent from within Zoho Recruit
My Clients need to see a number of emails that are all uploaded to the candidate section of Zoho Recruit. Is there a way in which I can send an email to a client and attach the documents already attached to the candidates profile within Zoho Recruit? At the moment it looks like I have to download each document and then send them as attachments from the desktop. is there a way that I can attach them directly from zoho? regards
Custom View in Recruit not Showing Candidates as it Should
I continue to have issues with Zoho Recruit and Custom View's in the Candidates tab not working as expected. I am seeing Candidates brought into a custom view that shouldn't be there. See attached file. I've circled the Status that shouldn't be showing in the View. I generated this by going into Job Openings and used the Custom View for that specific job. My basic troubleshooting has shown that if the Candidate's first Associated job on the list in the Candidate tab has the Status I've added to the

We created a very nice web form/ employment application via Zoho, so we are able to capture all the data in Zoho when the form is filled out. What I need is to be able to create a document that I can map the fields over and create an application that I can present to my clients. I created an email template that worked well,but my ideal situation is to have a nice clean document that I can send to a client. Any help/ thoughts are greatly appreciated.

What are the limitations with the use of the API for Zoho Recruit? I've done a few api calls, but the limit doesn't appear to be changed. Do API calls to recruit not count towards the limit, are they only for opened documents? Cheers Tom

No Bounce-back on Mass Mail
Hi, can you please confirm if I'm still correct. Z support told me that on the new version of recruit they no longer support bounce-back emails when we send a 'mass' mail..... This is so frustrtaing if it is still the case...how can we send out emails to our client contacts and not be able to monitor bounce-backs? At the moment I am now having to potentially purchase other software to help me create a mail merge to look professional and send it from our Outlook or Mac mail. Is anyone else having
How to get email sent to client contacts from Outlook client show up in Zoho Recruit?
I configured the exchange server account as a pop account in Zoho Recruit. Now I can see e-mails received from client contacts in the contacts page or from candidates in the candidates page. What do I need to configure so that emails send with Outlook Client to clients or candidates show up on that page as well? As far as I can tell it only works if I BCC myself on every e-mail which is supper clunky and messes up my inbox. If I BCC the Zoho email account, they show up there, but they do not get

On the interview set-up page, when scheduling an interview, it would be nice to be have the ability to add an interviewer as a client contact at that point. Frequently there is a new interviewer who may not be in the system as a company contact.

Once we have linked a zoho profile to a contacts LinkedIn account, is there anyway for the zoho account to automatically be updated to the corresponding fields (example job title, email, phone, address, skills)? Linkedin profile - possibility to see the level of each user
Hello, it would be great, if it would be possible to see which user is on which level at the associated linkedin profile. It would ease a team work a lot, if I could see that I am at a second level, but my colleague has this contact in a first level. Or at least, if it was possible to see, if any of the users is in a first level at this connection. Candidate Advanced Search not working properly
Hello, I ran an Advanced Search for Candidates and it does work properly. I searched based on Associated tags, putting condition "not contain" + a certain tag. In the results there were candidates who have this tag. How can we rely on the results of searches (and this is actually why we use an ATS), when it is obviously not working?????? Please, fix it. Adding a field to multiple modules
Hi! I've created a number of custom fields in each of the modules (Candidate, Client and Contact) - this is a feature I really love!!! My problem is that when I originally created a few of the fields I didn't check the box to include that field on other modules. When I go in to EDIT that field, I don't see an option to check the boxes once the field is created. Am I missing something? Please help...

New Zoho recruit reporting tool: missing options of the old version of Zoho
I miss some features from the old Zoho recruit in terms of reporting: - In terms of chart, Zoho report offer the possibility to customize the sorting of the X axis data: it doesn't exist anymore - I can export, but I can't export the chart in itself. How can we verify if our job openings are being posted to Indeed.com? Although Zoho Recruit 'says' it is being posted, I cannot find it... AND, if it is posted, applications are not being transferred back into Zoho. Help please!

Recording Reverse Marketing Activity
Hi Quite often we 'reverse market' a candidate to several clients. Those clients do not have a vacancy. We are simply contacting several companies with some brief details about a candidate to ask if they might have an opening for such a candidate. View associated job candidates in Candidate window
Hi, In the old version of Zoho it was possible to view candidates associated with a particular job in the Candidates window, as well as in the Jobs window. This was very useful because you could view these candidates in a summary (custom) view, structured how you want. There seems no way to do this now - or have I missed something? Thanks, Rob
Show candidate-job association status on job order record
As you can see in the picture, when looking at a job order record, the candidate status shown is that candidates current status, not the status as it pertains to that particular job order. I think it would be helpful to see status associated between the candidate & that particular job order. Thanks for considering!
Candidate Sorting Issue
Hello, Have noticed that when sorting the Candidate ID by ascending, it groups 8 with 80 and 800. Surely 008 should not even be on the same page as 800. So the candidate ID number needs to be treated as having zeros in the front before sorting. I want candidate 799 to be one record away from candidate 800. Thank you.
URL with Candidate ID?
I am trying to put a URL into an e-mail that links back to the candidate. Unfortunately the merge-field only allows to work with the Candidate Id, and the record ID is unavailable as a field. The URL however needs a record ID for the candidate. https://recruit.zoho.com/recruit/EntityInfo.do?module=Candidates&id=$(Candidate.CandidateID) does not link to the right information. Any idea how to do this so that it works? Thomas.
Terrible trouble since migration
Since Migration we have had so many issues and the new layout is not user friendly, I so liked it before. How do I unparse CV´s, every email that comes into my inbox is saved as a candidate! Not clear how solve this.

There are no Jobs showing, even though the candidate is associated with job openings. What are the exact criteria that a Job is showing in a candidates "My Jobs" tab, after the candidate logs in? Thomas.

Allow assignment rules for additional sources
From what I understand - assignment rules are only available for new candidates created via import or webform. However we use the API to capture new applicants from our website. I would like those to be assigned via automated rule. Thanks for considering.
