Cliq Integration
The recent Slack integration is great, but it is interesting that you have created an integration with Slack before integrating with your own products (Cliq). CRM, Desk, Projects and other Zoho apps have been integrated with Cliq for some time, and I have been told that Cliq integration was coming. Can you provide an update on this or is our only option to abandon Cliq and adopt Slack if we want integration between Recruit and a team collaboration tool. Thanks!
Radius Search - distance in kilometers
The Radius Search is a new interesting feature. However, for non US or English customers, distance is meassured in kilometers, not miles. The new feature will be much more usefull when you introduce kilometers as an alternative to miles under the Personal Preferences tab.

It would be extremely convenient to have a lookup field whose type is Users. There are many instances where we need to relate certain actions to users. Recruit - Bulk Update
Hi, Ii would be so cool if we could bulk update candidate records using more that one criteria. We use candidate codes, we work in a complex industry so most candidates have multiple functional codes, industry codes etc. It would be great to be able to update these using bulk coding. Is this something that is under development, would anyone else find this helpful? Thanks sharon
GMail and Zoho Recruit Sync
Hi and good day, My organization would like to see emails that are sent to Candidates within Gmail synced to the Candidate Profile and show up under "Emails". Is this already possible? If not, is a sync like this in the works? Thanks, Luke p.s. We can and do send emails using our Gmail accounts thru Zoho, and those do show up on the Candidate Profile. I'm asking specifically about an email composed and sent in Gmail.
Split view candidate assessments
Is it possible to have the candidate assessments on the candidate page look the same as the interview evaluation page? This would mean having the candidate profile data on the left and the assessment on the right. Its impossible to complete some assessments if you can't see the profile data. Below is an example of what would be a great feature for the candidate assessments.
Thumbnail Generated when Sharing a link
When we share links to Zoho recruit records (ie candidate profiles or job orders etc), is it possible to change the thumbnail generated to be more specific to the record being shared instead of the home page for Zoho Recruit? We share links often through Cliq and it would be great to have a more relevant thumbnail.
Self Scheduling
Currently Zoho Recruit gives us very basic interview scheduling tool. We have to pre set and select a time for every candidate and setup the interview accordingly. That's a challenge when you schedule interviews for dozens of candidates every day. Why not have a robust candidate self scheduling tool? We can set the time preference for a few days ahead and send a link to candidates. This solves a major pain point for recruitment firms. Client submission
I was informed that once you send resumes via client submission that it stays in the client portal. Is there not a way to hide past client submissions when the job is closed. I had a client that went into client submission and went as far back as 2 years ago asking for names of those candidates. How does anyone else deal with that? PS. and if you close the job the names are still present.
Hiring Pipeline view on Candidates page
I'd like to request the hiring pipeline be available directly from the candidates page. I've attached an image of the hiring pipeline accessible from "binocular view" but there is no way to access this from the candidate page view. I noticed a comment some 9 months back saying this feature was being worked on... This would be an excellent addition to the interface.
Vendor module - multiple email addresses per vendor
We have recruitment agencies wherein multiple people from that vendor company would be emailing us. I guess this is quite normal practice. Currently the vendor module treats one email address as one vendor. That's not suitable. The vendor module ignores anyone else from the same agency! It should allow multiple email addresses/users from the same vendor. This is for tracking of emails, sharing of jobs, portal login etc.
Zoho Recruit & Wonderlic (Wonscore) Integration
Would love to see Zoho Recruit work with Wonderlic to allow for the addition of their testing to be in a candidate workflow. EEO - compliance with Canadian Law?
Hi - The recent EEO enhancement is great. When this was built was it built in compliance with Canadian and US law or just US? If just US, is there a way we can modify to be applicable in Canada? It would be great if ZR could integrate with Sparkhire and skillsurvey/ checkster. I know that bullhorn offers these features and we thinking of moving over as it would make the process seamless with video interviews and reference checking.
Add new Search command to API to enable more useful SoftPhone integration

Custom Function/Deluge Scripting Interface
It would be great if you could update the interface for Custom Functions/Deluge Scripting to be the same that is available in Creator. The creator interface has a much more exhaustive list of Tasks/functions available and when debugging (ie you hit Save Script and there is an issue), the Creator interface tells you the exact line where the issue is vs the Recruit interface just says there is an issue.
