Issues with disabled user
I have a disabled user and the custom emails that are sent to candidates after applying are being sent from the disabled users email even though it is customized to be sent from an active user.
Zoho not working properly
The Zoho is not working as before. The requirements cant be uploaded, and also the active job openings is not functioning properly. Please sort this immediately. Thanks, Sri.

Can we get an app for the recruit software. It is a little ridiculous that you have apps for all your other services besides the recruit. To not be mobile accessible in this day and age is absurd.
"Source" Picklist seems irrelevant to applicant
I'd like to speak with someone over the phone about how to solve my issue. I'm working on building the candidate application for the public careers site but cannot understand why the "Source" picklist is there. It is completely unnecessary for the applicant and I'm frustrated because I cannot remove it nor can I change the options in the picklist. Please help me. Thank you.
assigning dependent fields

Recruit workflow
Hello, I need some help with the zoho recruit workflow. Let´s say that I have 1000 candidates in my zoho. Then, I make a view filtering by "java programmers", and I get 100 candidates. After that, I start to see each candidate and should know which candidate applies as potential for some joboffer. Here is my first question: Should I associate all candidates (100) and then in the first screening discard those that do not apply (changing their status)? Or only associate those that have the qualifications
Website Page Beta Job List Issue
On the new Website Page beta version if you load multiple Job Lists, but one of the Job Lists has no job openings in it, it makes it so it will not show any of the job lists below that which shouldn't happen.

Unable to attach resume
Hello, I am using an .xls excel 97-2003 file with one row of data in it and headers. I have under the attachment row test.doc. In the test2.zip file I have a a file called test.doc. When I go and upload the files for import I keep getting the error below sent to my email. Can you try and upload the files and see why I am not able to get the test.doc to upload. Unable to download application from the website
For two weeks now I have not been able to download application from our online Zoho account. The reason I am not able to download applications is because after selecting those to be forward the "Hiring Manager" drop down box, which is a required field, does not contain the names of anyone. And so one is not able to select names from it, and hence, one's iability to download applications. Please let me know when this issue has been resolved. Uploading
I am trying to upload Job Openings and it stays in the mode "in progress" for hours. Not only that, it only tries to upload 20 of the 117 lines. It claims it can do 1,000 at a time so I don't understand what's wrong.

Candidates Imported from document are not showing up under NEW view and I can not find them withoutr doing a search on their name. This was not the case previously. Formatted CV problem
Hi, in the formatted/branded resume, the footer only appears in plain text, and the text is repeated, and appearing twice. Also, yesterday it was automatically saving the CV into the formatted CV slot in candidate file whenever I generated a formatted CV. Today it is not.
Merging purged information
When importing information from a document such as a CV when adding a Candidate is it possible to 'merge' information as well as the skip, overwrite or clone options we have. If it is not possible, can I suggest that it becomes possible?
Internet Browser issues - clients reporting blank screens?!?
Is anyone else experiencing issues with IE7, IE8 and IE9? we have several customers who due to being not for profit are working on older browser versions (although as per ZOHO website - these are supported) but since last Thursday am - they havent been able to get on - this has been logged but all we hear is 2-3 days we will get an update. multiple CVs in candidate file
Hi guys, is it not possible to have more than one CV saved in a candidate file? I have many candidates who have both a chinese and english CV. Some clients want one, some want the other. But it seems I can only have one saved in a candidate file at any time. Am I mistaken?
