Template options for CV format feature?
Hi guys, the new CV format feature is EXCELLENT!! I am wondering though, if you will include the option to have two choosable templates -- ie., one I can have setup as a standard CV which uses the filename and leaves candidate name in doc, and another for anonymous intros, which pulls the name and inserts candidate number into filename instead.
Custom form for candidates and required questions
I created a custom form for candidates with questions for various jobs. However, I only use a few questions for a specific job when candidates apply. This works well. Now I also want a few custom status tracking fields to use with each candidate. Only the recruiters complete these fields. When I open a candidate to modify some of the custom fields, the screen forces me to enter ALL required fields, but some of these fields are NOT used for this job. changing email address
I tried to change my email address in my account and it asked for my password which i have forgotten and have been logging in through google apps..anyway when I try to reset my password it asks a question that I do not know the answer for - I need to reset my password and email address please help. Outlook crash error
For the past 3/4 months I have had an error with my ms outlook crashing around 15/20 times each day. Various attempts to fix by myself and Microsoft failed, i was then forced to format my pc and reinstall everything which solved the issue. A week later I added the Zoho outlook addon which immediately crashed my outlook and not the problem has returned. This means the the ad don is the problem, Do you have any knowledge of this error?
Blank apps
Is there a glitch in the system? I am getting a lot of almost blank applications. It seems like there's a pattern. Or are the applicants just not filling it out? Please respond by email.
Scheduling an Interview
When I Schedule an interview between a candidate and I client why do I come up on the event invitation as an attendee. I can't see how to stop this from happening. I am not going to the interview, I am only organising it.

Jobs not posting to Job Boards
I was issued ticket number 4116196 by Keerthi on Apr 17 for this issue. I do not see any of the job openings I create on any of the websites except our own website. I have the Job Boards option enabled under settings and am publishing. Please have someone address this ASAP - I have waited quite a while to get this resolved

Hey, on the main page of Zoho Recruit, at the top the button "Zoho Zpps" is not working. I have opened a new session, cleared browsing history, shut computer down and restarted, used internet explorer instead of Chrome and cannot get it to open..... any thoughts on the issue here?

Hi, We are creating a recruitment management solution for one of our clients using Zoho Recruit. We are configuring the entire solution for our client using 'Recruiter Admin' role. The Recruiter Admin role access will not be given to the client. The client will access the solution using 'Recruiter', 'Interviewer' roles. However in these roles, the Reports tab is not visible. Hi, I have imported client contact files in Excel format. Most of them have been added to zoho, but there are 323 contacts that have not been imported, but I do not know why. Please assist.
Problem with Outgoing Email
Clients says they are not getting my email. I don't know how long this problem has been occurring. Is there a way you can check to see if email is going out. I sent an email to myself and never got it. Also, Is there a way I can set the system to notify me of outgoing mail being successfully sent?

Can I upload more than 1 document to a candidate?

Customization of forms remains after 15-day trial reverts to free version? I don't think so.
All of your documentation claimed that my customizations to forms would remain after the account went to the free version. I read everything I could find on that - there was nothing about it being limited. If that is misrepresented - on top of the fact that your offices are in India, not Pleasanton CA (which is not in a 408 area code calling area) - I am disinclined to use a credit card to pay for services to extend to a full version any time soon; and will stop pushing to larger firm colleagues

I am trying to create a custom view where I can see a candidate that contains more than one tag. For example, I tagged candidates as "contractors." I also tagged them with "dynamics ax" - a technology I work with. I want to be able to create a view where I can see candidates that fit both of these criteria. For some reason, it is not working.
