What is the best way to move candidates from Monster into Zoho Recruit?

My website Jobs page now shows a big orange 'Apply with Indeed' button on the detail page for each job. I never requested that, and I want it taken off immediately. Indeed claims it is a Zoho problem. Is it?
Client name and address in interview confirmation email template
The merge fields do not show the client name for a job opening. How do you place the client name using merged fields in the interview confirmation email? Same question for the client address.
Suggestions for improvement.
Three Idea's 1. An option to clone the job opening would be helpful. 2. The ability to change a Resume Status from the default view without have to open the candidate. 3. Aloow to filer by specific customer field.
Job postings not publishing to job boards?
I've tried to update several of our openings to all the free job board options offered but, even 24 hours later, when I try searching those boards for the posts, I can't find them. I'm following the instructions given, it's a pretty simple process: hit publish button, select boards from dropdown menu, click update. Right? Is this a bug? Some sort of user error? Has anyone else ever tried looking for their job postings?

I've noticed that many, many companies want to be able to set their own user access privileges. I have more than one recruiter, and it is not a good thing for them to see each other's work, etc. How long is this new update supposed to take? How to add piece rate projects
I would like to add piece rate projects for currently employees to select. Is there a way to do it. Slow to Set up New User Account
I set up a new user account and so far its been 45 min with no confirmation email to set up a new employee account. This is WAY too long for something this simple. I've now got an employee on the clock sitting around and we can't do something as simple as get a confirmation email from Zoho. Is there any reason why this takes so long? Any way to speed this up?

I have six job categories/industries that we recruit for. What I would like is for a visitor to arrive at the Careers page, then select one of the categories/industries that is of interest to them. Having done that it will take them to a page of open jobs within the selected category/industry. Presumably, I would have to setup six separate boards to accomplish this. Hi, my client advertises using Seek.com.au She's using the Outlook plugin to add in candidates. The problem is that Seek's notification emails have noreply@seek.com.au as the from address so when she adds them in, they all have the wrong email. We can't see an option to change the email address in the plugin. Any ideas?
