updateRecords is not updating
updateRecords is not updating the data. When I do POST to the API to updateRecords, I recieve the correct xml with "Record(s) updated successfully". Then I come back to the Dashboard and I can see my event in the logs, but when I open the candidate details the data is intact with no changes. Am I doing something wrong? I call to https://recruit.zoho.com/ats/private/json/Candidates/updateRecords, with my authtoken, the scope, id and xmlData parameters. The xmlData is like this... 22222 Any idea? Thank

How do I change what page users are directed to when they click "Apply Now" on our current job openings page?
I created a new application for 2014 that we want to begin using on our website, but I cannot figure out how to change the "Apply Now" button to direct our guests to this new application. Where would I enter this information? The apply now button is still set to direct people to our old application right now.
Temporary recruitment and Zoho Recruit
I am mainly in the temp recruitment market and wanted to know if there are any specific things or changes you have made to ZRecruit to improve ts functionality as it mainly looks like a perms database?? I have restructured all the candidate client and job information to be more suitable to my needs but not sure if there are any better or other solutions. I would like an availability module where I can track the candidates availability for work quickly and easily however not too sure how to go about

Name merge fields in subject line
Hi, When I forward a candidates resume onto a client using Zoho Recruits features and put ${Candidate. first name} ${Candidate. last name} in the subject line their name do not not show only the above fields show. When I put the same fields into the body of the email the names do show. Can you please fix this problem. Regards Chris
"New Version of Reports"
I understand there is a feature under the Report tab where you can create queries between Job Openings and Candidates. I don't see any of these features under the Report tab though - am I doing something wrong or do I need a specific level of access to access these features? Thank you.

Postcode search
Hi, we frequently use the UK Postcode criteria when performing advanced Candidate searches - e.g. Postcode Starts with CH and this has always worked fine, however today we just cannot get it to work properly. Historically running the above search would deliver candidates in CH1, CH2, CH3 etc etc, but now it no longer does that - in fact it only delivers Swiss candidates whose postcode format is CH-1234. No resume attachment in Zoho Recruit. We noticed after parsing resumes, there is no Resume attachment in the "Candidates" Tab under Zoho Recruit. Till last week it was showing up. Has something changed in the features? Please advice. This is URGENT.
Please define the Candidate Source Values
Can you please define the meaning of the Candidate Source values? Does Internal mean a Candidate that has been manually entered? Does 'Imported by Parser" mean one that was Imported loaded through the Email tab? Does "Resume Inbox" mean one that was Imported through RChilli? Does "Embed" mean one that was entered through a web link? If the field is blank because we didn't include it on the Application Form (Apply Now button), would the Source value be "Embed"?? thank you.
I need to run an AdHoc Report... Showing Client, Position and candidates submitted...
Can this be done. I tried to export the candidate list and it only shows "Submitted"... but not to which position. I can export the job list for all the clients though. If the position they were submitted for was pulled in the candidate export then I could do a vlookup on the client/job export. I have to send off an email to my client to get feedback on all candidates that were submitted to them on all positions. How can I easily pull this?
Hungarian Special Letter Characters - Display Problems.
Greetings, We use Zoho Recruit with Hungarian letter characters, and the program has trouble displaying all the letters correctly in the Candidates/Users tabs. We use the "Import Candidate" option to import data from an Excel spreadsheet, and sometimes the letters appear as "�" symbols, and other times, they appear as "&uu..." coding text. Error in attachment files
Dear Zoho Support, We have a problem with the attachment feature from out applicants. There is 1 docx file cannot be opened with the error message "Unable to resolve the server's DNS address". search just the cv, not the record
I want to search two words together in just the cvs, not the candidate records. I have over 70000 cvs in the database and want to search just the cvs, nothing else. Just two words together: "s If I use Criteria search, attach resume, contains, "senior engineer". It searches the candidate record and when I look at the cv and do a word search m search string is not in the cv? What am I doing wrong... This is the most important type of search in Recruitment, just word searches just in the cv - surely
Candidate profile uploads
Zoho Recruit needs to have the capability to individually determine whether to skip, overwrite or copy each candidate when mass importing them into the database. Additionally, Zoho recruit should allow a "duplicate profile" to be found based on multiple fields of data, not just the work e-mail field. Many times I do not have a candidate's work e-mail and would need to identify them by name only. Thanks, Zac.

Under the client and candidate tabs in Zoho Recruit when I select a record, then go to edit from the "more options" tab, nothing happens. How do I edit these records?
Tec. issues
Zoho is not working properly. I can't look up candidates nor add them. All the information gets erased. I need assists immediately. I called yesterday, no one has returned my call.
3 questions... please assist.
1. How can I get a resume status that says... "Under Review"? 2. When scheduling an interview, is there a way to ONLY pull up those clients/job that the candidate was submitted to? 3. When a job closes/cancels/fills, etc. is there a way to automatically reject those candidates that were not chosen and notate it in the notes section for further reference? As of now, I can only see a way to do this manually and we may have 10's of candidates associated to a particular position.

Be careful when using the Bulk Update!!
I just added an extra option in a multi pick field, searched and selected 101 candidates that I would like this option to be ticked on the multi-option field and it has erased all the other options that were ticked. This is hours and hours of work that has been erased. I assumed the bulk update would tick the new option with no other impact, not tick the option and delete all ticks in other options.

Selecting Multiple Tags at one time
At this time it seems that I am unable to select a multiple tags at one time. Normally I would hold down CTRL and then select multiple existing tags. This is very time consuming when trying to organize candidates.

"Candidates" tab gives unstructured content, and no search tools, when i try to open it
from the dashboard in zoho recruit, when i click on the 'Candidates' tab, i get a new tab as shown in the attached file, rather than the usual more structured page. This phenomenon has been happening to me on my computer only for several months. I've tried everything i can think of to refresh the page, but still no luck. When this happens, all of the content in the original window below the tabs goes blank (white), and there's a spinning disk below that point. I am using firefox 26.0 on Windows 7

MASK JOB URL in Zoho Recruit
Hi, When we upload a job opening in to ZOHO recruit this creates a URL for the job. I do not want these showing up in google. I would rather to be able to share the job e.g. www.companyname.com/jobID(from zoho). All the other ATS clients out there do this. How come we cannot?
