Preview feature for Email templates
Hi Zoho Recruit Team, When will the Email template preview be available? we are doing so much efforts on sending the templates to our own inbox just to make sure that every details are correct.
Event in Client Details
Currently you can only create an event directly against the candidate, but recruiters also require to organise meeting etc. with the client. now to create a meeting with a client need to go to calendar to create such event and no way to create this from the activity area. This should be included as a feature.
Trouble uploading documents
Hi I am finding that it is taking a long time to upload all the documents I need for each candidate..sometimes waiting up to 20 minutes and still not uploaded. My colleague in Australia says she has no problems and uploads all documents in 5 mins. Can you help

when sending a message, I wrote message, went up and added several people as CC, and message area went blank. I ended sending a blank message that our CEO was copied on!
Data lost with wrong email-address
Dear ZOHO Support Team, If a job-applicant enters his data on the website and apply for a job-opening with a wrong email-address, the whole data will be lost. A message appears on the website "Invalid email address specified for Email ID" but the data is lost! Weak Bulk Update Function
Hi Out There: Does no one else have the same issue as we do? We would like to perform a few bulk updates on 5000+ records at a time. Currently the only way to do that is one page at a time (maximum 100 records). Is there anyone else out there who requires better functionality than this? You should be able to perform a query and then update ALL of the selected records in one operation. The response I received back is they won't even consider this type of functionality unless there are other users

A roundabout way for filling and displaying dates
Dear Support Team, If you insert a "date field" in your candidates data, this field can only be filled with the calendar box. For filling in a birthday i.e. 31.07.1962 this is very boring! Further the dates are shown in the for Europeans uncommon US format. Solution: In the main adjustments of recruit it should be possible to decide the displayed date format, i.e. dd.mm.yyyy. It should be possible to type in the date, i.e. 31.05.1981. Best regards Michael Walser
Bulk Updates
I run a query that returns 500+ candidate records. I want to perform a bulk update on those 500+ candidate records. The only way I seem to be able to perform this is to click the 100 candidate records returned on the 1st page, then perform the bulk update on them, then forward to the next 100 records and perform the bulk update on those records, and so on and so on... Is there no facility to perform one bulk update on all the records returned in a query in one operation? If the answer is no, then
No unique email address known - work around ideas anyone?
There are some instances where I need to put candidates in the database who do not have a unique email address (eg, they have come via a third party). Does anyone have a work around to manage this as I obviously can't enter a candidate into Recruit unless they have a unique email address. Cheers!

Issue with picklist
Dear Zoho Team, whilst using zoho recruit I noticed an issue with the picklist: There is one value in the picklist. The field is mandatory - I use it as a confirmation that users accept the terms of use. When the form is being opened, the field is empty and shows "- select -", as you can see in picture 1: Picture 1: Then the user select the only value available "Ja, bin ich". Unfortunately, even though a value has been selected as required, a red message apears and states that a value must be entered.
Date format in Recruit - need to be able to have dd-mm-yy
Hi, how can I change the date preference in Recruit to be dd-mm-yy? I CAN find the preferences in my personal account settings, but that doesn't change the setting in Recruit. This is VERY VERY important as in the UK we use dd-mm-yy and very serious mistakes can be made if a date is entered for an interview incorrectly. PLEASE can you advise me asap thanks Christian
CV management
Is it possible to generate an extra customised CV with the LOGO of the firm for each candidate based on our own customised fields? It is because we keep a copy of the originial CV and generate another standardised CV of each candidate for client's perusal. Our current software does it for us and keeps the CV format (with our own firm's watermark) consistent before sending them out to clients.
Changing the mapping of fields when parsing
When I do a bulk upload of CVs I use the "Import from Document" function. (I upload .docs and .pdfs) Is there any way to change the mapping that is used during the process to extract data from the CVs into the database? I have created a number of new fields and I would like future bulk uploads to load straight into them rather than me doind this manually. Many thanks :) Rebecca

Email addon - how to bring an email together with a client or contact?
I'm using the mailaddon. When i send a Mail through the addon or i receive a mail through the addon, i can't bring theese mals together with the client or contact in recruit. I need a mailhistory for the clients and contacts. Is it possible to exchange mails from the addon to recruit ond vice versa?

Import special fields from CRM to Recruit
we have contacts in crm with many special fields. When i import theese contacts, the fields are not shown in recruit. Is there a way to import them all? Also the pictures from our contacts and the emails are not imported.

When you perform a search in Zoho
When you perform a search in Zoho, the search should not limit it self to the screen you are on. For example, when I am on the Candidates page and I perform a search on "McDonald" it should not return only the results in the Candidate database, it should return all the records that have "McDonald" in it. If not, at least give the person performing the search the ability to specify what databases you want to search in, i.e. Candidates, Client Contacts, etc. I have searched for a number of people
