Change Status from Candidate Preview Pane

Outlook Plugin - Multiple Email Attachments
Hi Zoho, When adding a candidate from an email in Outlook via the plugin, if the email has multiple attachments. E.g. Cover Letter and Resume, the parser will add multiple candidate records. In "Open Job Openings" view is listed the number of associated candidates. Each of these numbers could be a link to the list of associated candidates, the same link which is shown in "Associated Candidates" view. This would make Recruiter faster and more comfortable to use. *** Now you click: "Job Openings" --> (choose "Title) "Posting Title" --> Associated Candidates (which you have to wait for a while to appear) *** Better: "Job Openings" --> (choose number which is a link) No of Candidates
Problem with the notes section
Hi, On the candidates page, the notes section that was previously there has disappeared. My colleagues still have access to the past notes and can still publish notes. I just don't have that section of the page anymore. Can someone help me please? Thank you, Valerie

It would be a nice option to lock the top black tool bar as you can with an Excel spreadsheet, so when I scroll down the page of a contact or client I don't need to scroll back up to locate the top black search bar.

Screening Questions per Job
Hi. This is an important need for myself and I'm sure other Recruiters could use it as well. There should be a way to add custom screening questions per job without having to create a brand new webform for each job. It should be a seamless process, not having to create fields on one page and then go to another age to implement.

It would be very handy to be able to see how many people applied for a specific role and their details in order to speed up the applicant screening process
Document module does not show anything

Issue with duplicate Candidate records being created
I have noticed several times in the last week that candidate records are being duplicated. I have documented 3 people for you to review and have sent them to Support separately by email. The duplicated records have no activity history and aren't associated to any job - but do have Candidate Status'. None of the duplicate records have any files attached to them or any data except the date/time they were created and the source. How we will clean up these records, and find all the other duplicates?
Deactivating a user
My staff just resigned and I have been trying to deactivate the staff and add a new user for the past one week. I keep getting the message that my request cannot be processed how do I solve this?

How to manager duplicate Client CONTACTS
Hi, we have a number of client 'CONTACTS' who need to be set-up twice on Z. Recruit, this is because they are responsible for more than one site / location. Our issue is that Z Recruit only allows us to have one email address per CONTACT we need to find a way of flagging that the second CONTACT with the same name, but without the email address does not keep appearing as being a 'blank' email address on our system. Are you able to assist me?

Multiple locations -> multiple workflows. How?
How do people manage recruiting in different locations or for different job types? What I think I need is to tag each candidate according to the job they have applied for, and then use that tag to determine which templates are used later. However, the rules and field updates only apply to one area at a time eg candidates or openings, when I need to say "candidate.location = opening.location". How do other people handle this? I can't believe we're the first to hit this issue. Thanks
More than one workflow - how
I've had a good read of this forum and some googling and can't believe nobody has asked this question. I want to use Zoho recruit to recruit people for different jobs in different locations. To do this, I need to be able to mark candidates with a "Department" tag so I can make rules like "Somebody's applied for a job in Bigtown, send them interview info for the Bigtown office". How do people do this? We're not at the scale where every office & job function wants to pay for a Zoho sub. Many thanks.

Hi there, I am currently trying to populate a multi-select checklist with records from an excel spreadsheet. I have entered the variables in a single cell separated by a semicolon as demonstrated; Babysit;Temp;Permanent The options in the Zoho field that it is aligned with are Babysit, Temp, Permanent and TBC. Every other field populates fine however nothing imports into this field. Any ideas? Thanks

Zoho recruit - CRM sync

Amendment to interview times slots
Hi We raised a request over 6 months ago for the time slots for meetings/interviews to be changed but have not hear anything..... it is really annoying that interviews cannot be scheduled at a time like 11.05am or 11.10am etc.

Best way to "unqualify" an candidate?
When there's a candidate we want to "unqualify" as a candidate, what's the best way to do that? I recall there was an "unqualify" as a candidate option in the past. We have a candidate who we will not work with in the future. We don't want to remove him from the database because we don't want a future recruiter to add him to our database. We've done email opt-out, but want to make sure he doesn't show up in any search results.

Sent mail going to junk folder
I have just trialled Zoho Recruit as I am looking for a centralised database from which I can send emails, however the two test clients I have added send straight to Junk mail. I have changed the TXT and SPF but it hasn't made a difference. Please advise as I don't want to invest time setting up a database which I cant use!

Multiple emails for single candidate
I recently uploaded a candidate and then found he was duplicated in the system by virtue of his work email (uploaded in a bulk transfer). His personal email is tied to the separate candidate profile created. I figured I would copy and paste one email to the other to eliminate the duplication of candidates. However, there doesn't appear to be a field to insert a 2nd email address. Is this a training issue? Or am I seeing this correctly?
