I'm trying to upload a file using the url in a POST method. I receive the following error with both PDF,.doc and.docx: <response uri="/recruit/private/xml/Candidates/uploadFile"><error><code>4424</code><message>Unable to process your request. Please verify whether you have provided proper file.</message></error></response> I also tried using a bytearray in C# but I got the same result. Everything I read says that you can sponsor jobs directly from Zoho Recruit. However, when I post a job, there is not an option. I have tried calling the support number and it says i am in position 1 and 30 minutes later I still have silence. Please help.... just want to get these jobs posted.
Speculative CV sending
Hi, It's great to be able to put candidates against live jobs but many recruiters "work" a candidate and send them out speculatively. It would be great to be able to build a "spec list" of target clients against a candidate and then record when the CV has been sent across and who to, interview requests etc without having to create a job specifically for one candidate when there might not be one already existing with the client/employer.
Can we have an All emails option on records rather than just , User, Bonced and From Zoho.

A radius search feature is needed to search for clients, candidates or contacts within the radius of a postcode/zipcode. Candidate application's confirmation
Hello, When candidates are applying to a role, they are filling up a webform with all the details asked. However, some candidates are not relevant and I do not want to keep them in the database. Is there an option to activate so I can validate cv's before it creates a new profile into the database. Regards, Olivier

Example: I have a candidate with the first name of Pranahita. If I search Prana she does not display in the results. I must type her full name. It would be nice if the quick search picked up candidates with abbreviated names.

Is there a way to share credit for filled roles between the recruiter and the account manager?
I am trying to identify a way for us to assign credit for jobs filled in a scenario where - one person is the account manager and another is the person who resourced the candidate. Modern email & Outlook integration
The email integration, specifically for adding our company owned email (not Zoho email), is unfortunately not at the same standard as competitors. There is also NO compatibility for outlook 2016. Export cadidate list with attachment of a specific opening
I used to be able to easily export candidates for a specific job opening with their respective attachments very easily using the old Zoho Recruit. Now it has become very complicated. I should be able to click a job openning and then click on associated cadidates and then simply export this view with the attachments then a link should simply pop up to download the excel list and attachments. now It's very complicated. Resume Preview
I love the new candidate preview feature on the candidates page. I'd love to have a resume preview or split screen feature on the individual candidate profile page as well to make taking notes while on the phone with a candidate easier. Currently, I have to download the resumes and open them to be able to look at them and take notes in the candidate's profile. Add a new task - workflow updates
Hi, Instead of having a Reminder section in New Task that makes you enter date again, have a check box under date in New Task Home Screen to remind you and default it to that date. It would also be nice to have the "Description" text box on the first page as well. It would save me time and ensure I'm reminded every time with details.
Custom Fields in Web Form
I would like to add custom fields to the Web Form, but do not see how I can create such; for instance I would like a field that states "Availability" and provide candidate the option to select multiple choices. Can this be accomplished?
Report Column Option Missing
I'm running the 'Interview vs User' report, which is vital, but it's not presenting me with the ability to show the client name as a column. I can add if it's a hot job, the rate, the stage, the number of candidates associated with the role - but I can't see which client the interview is with unless I click the interviewer's name, which makes the PDF export useless. Can you add the ability to select the client name as a column in the reports please?

I would like to request that LinkedIn be integrated with Zoho Recruit. I was told, when shopping for an ATS that LinkedIn integrates with the system. It doesn't and it is an extremely manual and frustrating process. This is something that I am considering for the future in whether or not to renew our contract. Thanks Lysanne

Hi, I really want to see a view in the job openigns tab where I can see each job and also the number of submittals to that job. Ideally, I would also like to see how many of the submitted candidates have been booked for interviews for that job as well. That would be very valuable.
Adding note to more than one profile
I would like to be able to add a note to more than one profile at a time. For instance, after a meeting in which two contacts attended, I would like to add the same note to both contact profiles at the same time, without manually cutting and pasting.

Sorting candidates in mobile app
Hi. Can we change the sort type for candidates to be alphabetical in the mobile app? Also my search feature rarely works in he mobile app.
