Hello users, We are almost sure that is was possible to "Change status of a job opening" directly in the candidate page. Somebody remembers that?
Edit "Associated Job Postings" fields in candidate record
I'm looking for a way to remove (or at least change the width of) the job description field in Contacts>associated job postings. It's very narrow and the job descriptions run way down the page. Appreciate any help!

Schedule and interview is no longer available form the candidate page. It is no longer available from the job opening. What are the new steps to do this now? This is not an improvement. I want to disable Todo's notification emails
Hi Zoho Recruit and fellow users, When I create a task in the ToDo's module, my user account email received multiple emails about it such as when it was created, a reminder to complete it, and so on. How can I disable these notification emails so that the online reminders or notifications about the task occur within Zoho only? Thanks in advance. Awaiting your response.

Emails in CRM and Recruit
There should be the option to 'Display all Emails' in both Recruit and CRM. Having to cycle through 'Sent from Recruit' and all of the Recruiters to see all the emails is a big waste of time

I would like to be able to add a company logo on the client page in the same area as you see in the candidate page where you can put the picture of the candiate.
Candidate & Client / job opening location mapping
If we could map the locations of the possible candidates (by post code / zip code) for a job opening this would help enormously, even better if integrated with a journey planner. We would be happy to start with a google map or the 'Transport for London journey planner' https://tfl.gov.uk/plan-a-journey/ as we are predominantly a London agency. If zoho can't, is there anyone who can? Thank you :)
Lookup field types should be able to be mapped
Hi, I was using the Zoho People integration add-on and I found that the fields where the field type is lookup cannot be mapped. Ideally this should be allowed as it makes more sense rather than entering values which have already been created initially. This would also ensure that there are no errors due to wrong spellings. Request kindly look into it.
Display more client information in contact view
When viewing a contact associated with a client, it would be extremely beneficial to be able to view some of that client's information, such as the phone number, on the same page as the contact information. Birthday/Age
On most Recruiting apps there is a section for birthday, the user enters the date of birth of the candidate for example mm/dd/yyyy and the system will auto generate the candidate's age. This is an extremely useful feature and very simple to create. Why doesn't Zoho Recruit have this? Thanks.

Outlook Connector
Has any users ever managed to use the Outlook connector to add candidates then update those candidates? The main issue for me at the moment is that parsing attachments either only takes one attachment or adds a new candidate for each attachment. So an email with 1 CV attached and 2 certificates when parsed gives me 3 candidates,1 for each attachment. Only one of which has the email. This is unworkable when we get 10 or 20 new candidates at a time. Regards Ralph Young

Hi, I am trying to make a dependency between the fields Candidate Status and Interview Type. For example if I have Candidate for whom we created an interview with type "1 level" I want his status (field Candidate Status) to be changed automatically to "interview scheduled". Calculate time (days) between 2 Candidate Status Change
Hi, I am trying to create new field based on a formula which calculates the time spent between two Candidate statuses. For example: Candidate was Scheduled for interview on 01.01.2017 Candidate was Hired on 15.01.2017 How can I make the system calculate the days between 01.01 and 15.01? I tried with making a custom field with a formula, but I cant find the Activity Log (where the info about status changes is kept) among the Modules available under Field Creation. Candidate Status
How can I indicate the "Candidate Status" if I have a particular candidate in the running for multiple positions, with a different status for each position. For example, they could be rejected by client for one job, but still in the running for another.

I love being able to "star" those candidates who I want to stand out on my list of candidates. Could you add multiple options of colors, so that I can choose a color for a particular candidate so that at a glance I can visually know where they rate in the process?
Schools - I realize this is really specific!
I recruit students from colleges around the country, and do so by posting on those schools' job boards. For each new posting, I want to be able to indicate which universities I am recruiting from (I will compile this list), and what the status is for each posting. (has posting been submitted? Have they actually posted it, and if so, on what date, and add notes related to problem/details of with the posting to that school). Macro Task Configure
There is no option to Export to Google Tasks in the macro task configure option like exists in the normal task set-up. This would be desirable.
Merge Records feature in search list.
When I search for a name, I often find duplicate records. SFDC has a merge records feature in any list where you could see duplicate records. Can you create a merge link in the 'More Actions' tab of a search list? It would be much faster this way.

Is it possible for candidates to update their own information? Can a candidate visit our site and update or upload additional documents in the site? Or can we send candidates a personal link where they can change their information?

Currency Tab
Is it possible to make the currency tap as a drop-down list, so the applicant can chose his/her currency. It is better to make it 2 boxes one for the number (filled manually) and the other one for the currency (Drop-down list contains all currency) Ex. 1st box : 20,000 (filled manually) / 2nd box: Currency (Drop-down list contains all currency)

Zapier integration - find contacts by client name
Right now it is possible to create a trigger in Zapier for when a new client is added, and it is possible to search for contacts by email address. What I am trying to do is lookup a contact or set of contacts by the client name that they are associated with, rather than by email address. This is because the emails of associated contacts are not brought in with the client, so they need to be searched. I have been communicating with Zapier's support and they recommended I also request the feature here.
Secondary E-mail on Contact Card
A lot of the resumes I find have a 2nd e-mail on CareerBuilder or some other forum where their resume is posted. When I initially parse this e-mail in, I get both e-mails and any e-mails I send will go to both e-mails. However, if I am manually entering e-mails I find in other places on the net, I can only enter one.
