Record of LinkedIn Messages and formatting
When I send a message via LinkedIn using the Zoho window, it does not give a record that I have done so on Zoho. this would be helpful to have so I can see quickly that I have sent a message via LinkedIn already. If not, I have to continually go over to LinkedIn, and then look up that person, and then see if I sent them a message. this would add productivity if this created and automatic note - Sent LinkedIn Message and maybe capture the subject line, so I can quickly see. Manually trigger a data update
I tried the new analytics functions in Zoho Report on the date from Zoho Recruit. Some very nice features. However, my data is missing, so I updated some records in Zoho Recruit and tried to manually trigger a data refresh. I could not find this. Where can I manually trigger a data refresh? Also, some of the date might not be changeable in Zoho Recruit. i.e. the wrong create date for a job offering or the wrong hire date for a candidate. Job Board Ad Post Layouts

Can I disable or rename the 'Home' tab?
How can I edit 'Home' in modules? I can edit the others. I would like to make the 'ToDo' module the landing page after sign in. Is that possible? I am setting the system up before the rest of my team uses it, and I just feel that the 'Home' area is confusing for new users that only need certain functions. Thanks!

Can I set up a link on my Zoho Recruit Career website to "refer a friend"? I get a lot of candidate referrals that aren't necessarily looking for jobs I have active, but I would like my candidates to be able to refer their friends, family and professional acquaintences to my Career Page and create a profile. That way I can build a Talent Community and build my pipeline.
How do I move documents to other folders?
This seems pretty ridiculous. I can not figure out how to simply move documents into folders on the documents tab. No drag and drop, no dropdown 'move to' selection? Am I missing something? I just want to organize my documents.

Custom Functions
I'm struggling with these in two ways: 1) I can't find any documentation which lists all the properties. Without intellisense or some docs it's impossible to guess. 2) **The module restriction again creates a huge barrier to usefulness**. The whole point is to compare the candidate's fields to the job fields when they apply. If I can only select one module - it defeats the entire point of the feature. I have no way to compare say the candidate's immigration status to the job's eligible work authorizations

How to assign to job using HTML code of a web form
Hi, I use the HTML code of a webform to use on my website, how can I have candidates assigned to the desired job opening ? When using the webform URL, it works fine and the candidate get ASSIGNED. But when using HTML source (or even embed code or iframe) it doesn't and the candidate remain as NEW. I suppose I need to adapt the code somewhere ? Job ID sort order
In the Job Openings section you are displaying the Job ID. Its an integer. The sort order is alphabetical. This should be numerical! 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11.. Not 1, 10, 11, 2, 3, ...This may also be a problem on dates. Also, it would be nice if we could sort on multiple columns. Also, it would be nice if the table remembers the sort order once one gets back to it i.e. with the back button of the browser or through breadcrumbs. Just remember the users sort order and apply it every time a list

Rights for Interviewer Profile
I saw that modififying Guest and Interviwer Profiles is locked, but I would need and intervier Profile with less rights than predefined. Specifically, I can assign a hiring manager from the client to interview some candidates, but I don't want him to see the Job Opening tab nor the other info associated such as the fee of the project, the log which shows all the candidates associated to the job opening. Hi, I'd love more ways to sort candidates to find duplicates. When I bring candidates into the system I often do not have contact information right away, so searching by contact information is not an option. I'd like to be able to search by first or last name and city, or job title... pretty much any of the search options.

Hello, In Zoho Recruit-->Job Opening-->Associated Candidates-->Click on Candidate Name to display a smaller screen. The smaller screen displays candidates brief history whose last para indicates the "Completed Interviews". "Completed Interviews" list is overlapping with the "Smart Chat" of ZOHO. Can you make cleaner for display?

Have a trial account - Enterprise. Have my social accounts - facebook and linkedin - connected. Linkedin - I added one of my 1st connections of Linkedin to Zoho recruit. Zoho does not show the full profile stating that the connection has not shared her experience. However she is my first connection and I can see her full profile on linkedin website. Facebook - Zoho is not able to find my friend from my friend list and even exact name search is throwing irrelevant results. Is this social integration

Advanced Search - Limit Specify Criteria
Is there anyone who can advise on whether you can disable certain fields from appearing in the 'Specify Criteria' option within Advanced Search. It seems by Default that every single field you create in a module appears in the dropdown which are also not in alphabetical order. This just looks incredibly messy and we would only use half of these fields to run a search anyway. Is there a way where we can make fields not appear in the Advanced Search / Specify Criteria drop down or at least sort them
Web to Candidate Disabled
When someone submits an application to one of our jobs, I get an email that says, "This is to alert you that the Web to Candidate feature is disabled for your account." How do I enable this feature? I need candidates to automatically be populated in the ZoHo Recruit database when they submit their applications.
