Scheduling interview/Template
Hello, I just wanted to schedule and save interview but it sent an email to the candidate and it is not even the template that we use. Could you please advise how can I put the right template when scheduling interview? What should I do if i just want to save interview and not send an email to the candidate ( the one we used before was much clearer)? Many thanks
Job Openings issue
The Job Openings section has gone from our candidate pages. This means we are unable to associate candidates to jobs from within the candidate page, or view which jobs they are associated to. This seems to have occurred since yesterday. I have tested it in multiple browsers to check it is not a chrome issue but the issue is the same. Screenshot attached.

Have a CC option for Contact Support
I think it is better to have CC while raising the Contact Support Request from this form. When I'm approaching support I want my superior has to include in that. I think it will be good to have dropdown of user emails or simple input box when I can put email id manually.
Time zones not working
Hi, I couldn't find anything with this exact issue, so apologies if this has been covered. I'm having a problem setting Time zones. Whichever Time zone I choose is not being reflected in the rest of the system and seems to always we be set at -8hrs. I'm setting the zone in company details > Locale Information. Please advise if there is another setting I have missed or if this is something that needs fixing? Thanks, Tom
Mobile App
Definitely need the ability to create data in the mobile app. The mobile app is (primarily) a viewing application. It needs to be a mobile version of the ATS. Also, calls made through the mobile app need to have the ability to be logged to the candidate/contact record (Outgoing and Incoming). Calls also need to be able to be related to a specific Job Opening (which would then also relate the activity to a client record).
Multiple formatted resume's templates
Dear Zoho, At the moment it is only possible to add one Formatted/Branded resume template document. We would like to add more templates so we can use different resume markups. Grade Candidates to the position
I have seen that other HR tools allows create a certain number of criterias to grade candidates according to a position. Offering the possibility to average all grades and having a better suit/not suit approach to a position. It would be great if Zoho Recruit has this.
Search Bar Enhancements
Hi Zoho, I'm having a hard time looking up the names of certain candidates through your search bar especially when you input their names one at a time or in a different order (eg. Nacion OR Nacion Joana) which should normally appear even if that's the case. Some candidates are being tagged as "not in the database" all because they are unsearchable. Please advise alternative solutions to this. Thanks.

Hello, I don't seem to be able to setup an alert based on date fields that does the following: When a certain date field is within a certain time frame (or exactly matches a certain rule), send an email. What I'd like to obtain is the following: - We have a custom date field to "review" candidates that is set about once a year. Integrating ZOHO Recruit to website -- Please Help.
Hi, sorry for the the long post, I hope someone has the patience to reply :) I'm able to embed the Job Listings easily into our site using the URL as the iframe src just as described in the documentation. The problem is, we have a very distinct styling theme to our site and keeping the design consistent with our page beneath is crucial.. This would be extremely easy to resolve if you gave an ALPHA option in the theme section, where I could choose to have the backgrounds transparent, or alternativaly
SMS in Zoho CRM vs. Zoho Recruit
Do you have many users who are using the SMS module in Zoho Recruit successfully? The idea of signing up with a third party provider and having to buy SMS credits does not appeal to us. I am wondering if Zoho Recruit is going to follow in the footsteps of Zoho CRM in SMS functionality?

Searching Phone with Contains - Doesn't return all results
I'm searching our database by adding "criteria" phone (not "work phone" or "home phone") and "contains" 3379. I get two returns, but one candidate who I know has a phone entry that also matches this (it's not "work phone" or "home phone") doesn't show up. Is there a reason why searching for a partial string with in the phone criteria doesn't return all results? (See attached image).
Recruit enhancements
Need to be able to merge candidates that may be duplicated due to un-matching email addresses imported from the Outlook add-in. Or assign multiple email addresses to a single candidate. Also would be nice to be able to import candidates from indeed who have applied for the position on indeed by email or some candidate ID number. I was unable to find them manually using the "search indeed" function.
Change Ownership not working
I have a separate user called "House" and everyone under HOUSE is open to have other recruiters call them. Problem is when someone interviews "house candidate" and I switch the owner to the recruiter, the candidat still shows up under HOUSE. I even told the the recruiter to re-upload resume and overwrite and it Still does not work. This should not be this complicated, I need it to be obvious who the candidates belong to without having to click on the candidate record. Can someone respond asap.
Lack of support from Zoho Recruit team
I simply cannot get an answer from support and it is driving me mad. You just can't leave phone messages and they never answer. Shocking. I want to change an area on my Candidates section to have a choice of teaching subjects in Subject Areas. At the moment and since the change over you can only chose one subject. So if a teacher can teach Physics and Chemistry, I want to add both or even 3 or 4 subjects like I could before. It just doesn't happen now with the new version that Zoho introduced. I

Work Flow Automation - Z Recruit
Hi, we do not use many work flow automation processes, but I wanted to see if it is possible for example when Interview status is updated i.e. to 'offered', can we also update the Job Opening for the same position to be automated to a status of 'Offered' as well? From what I can see we can only automatically update within the same modules? Many thanks.
Candidate availability
Hi, The candidates I have in Zoho are all short term contractors - usually spending 3, 6 or 12 months on client sites. When I call them I always record their availability ie when their current contract finishes and put it in an excel spreadsheet. It'd be great to have a feature on the Zoho search results which shows: 1) When the candidate is next available (obviously having previously been inputted by me), and 2) If I could select to order the results chronologically as per candidate availability.
Degree of connection at Linkedin of a specific user visible to all users of Zoho within a company
Hello, would it be possible to have an overview showing in what level is a candidate connected at LinkedIn to each of the users of Zoho Recruit? It would be great, as at the moment it is only possible to see, in what level is the candidate in connection with me. However, I cannot see if a candidate, whom I have in a 3rd level at Linkedin and I need to contact him, has a 1st level connection with somebody from the team. Using the Save As Function for Documents
Hi I am starting to use the Documents in Zoho Recruit. I have a standard template for doing reference checks with the same questions each time. I have loaded the base document into the Documents directory. How do I do a save as to rename it each time to attached to the candidate?
When searching for a candidate in advanced search, the "add criteria" drop down is in a random order.
Please put this into alphabetical order.

Hello, We really appreciate the option to add a Rich text field instead of an text area. We need these because the text area is parsed as plain text via the XML so all newlines (breaks) are no longer working.
It'll be very useful if we can customize our Quick Action menu. For me I would like to see Recently Viewed (Last 10), as I jump between profiles quite often.

Mass update of candidate status - one candidate more positions
Hello, could you make a feature to be able to mass update a candidate status of a candidate associated to more than one postions? Now, when the candidate is associated to more positions, we have to change the status one by one, which makes it quite time consuming. Thank you Miroslava
