Missing Candiates
We too have missing candidates. They are not being associated with the job openings. I have contacted Zoho twice for help but am still waiting for assistance.
Can't find the Find and Merge Function.
How do I get to the Find and Merge function? I'm in the Candidates Module. It says in Help to go to More Actions. I click on More Actions--The Find and Merge function isn't there. I have tried to use Deduplicate but it only uses three criteria and those particular criteria have zero effect on our system.
When will duplicate records be fixed when candidate has two attachments in application?
I still notice (confused and frustrated) why when a candidate applies there are two records created if they have 2 attachments in their email to me. For example if they have a cover letter attachment and a resume attachment it creates 2 records for this candidate. The first record will have the first attachment (normally resume) and create a record with their first, fullname, email, mobile, etc The second record will only have first and fullname but will contain the second attached file, such as

[ERROR] Add Records API is not working
Hi Zoho, First of all I would like to mention that I have created two support tickets will all the relevant information over a week ago and still not had a reply. I have called your UK number three times and all three times it hangs up after 8 mins. This is really bad support. Problem: Ever since our Recruit UI changed to the new version on the 10th May we have had 50%+ failure rate to add candidate records via the API. I have tried both new and old versions of the API and I have discovered the following.

Searching through all people at a client
How can I look through all individuals one by one, go in the records, then come out and look at the next record? At the moment I go into Client and work through the people there, but each time I come up it takes me to the very start of the list again.

Hello, In the former Version of Zoho recruit, it was quite easy to export a whole candidate view to an excel sheet. I just had to go under a specific job to simply export all the candidates of this job to nice and clean Excel. How would it be possible to do it with the new version. I can export a report but all the cells are merged, which is not quite practical… How can I do ?

Getting applicants from LinkedIn Recruiter to Zoho Recruit
I figures out how to get the applicants from LinkedIn Recruiter into Zoho. It’s a bit cumbersome, but it works without typing too much. I assume you are using Chrome as a browser and Outlook as e-mail system. 1. Log into LinkedIn recruiter 2. Go to Jobs, Mange Jobs 3. Select the Job which you want to work with, you can see the list a applicants that have applied on the Overview tab. 4. Click on the Applicants tab 5. Click on the on the first applicant. Does anyone know how to use the LinkedIn Recruiter Tracking Pixel with Zoho Recruit? We are posting Jobs on LinkedIn. Apparently they have a function to install a tracking pixel from the ATS system. Overwriting existing candidate record
If I select to overwrite existing candidate record when resume parsing does this lose all the data from the original candidate file? ie. will I lose any information I may already have on that file like call notes etc...
Cannot publish jobs to my job board
I've gone through and reactivated my jobs, after they almost all went inactive due to my account going inactive (by accident). I have over 40 jobs. I have updated my account and I am current. However, now my entire job board only has 5 jobs on it even though I went through all 40 of my jobs and updated them to in progress (I was told there was no mass way to do this).It appears as though there is no way to mass publish these jobs to my job site. Managing independent contractors
A number of our placements are with clients that need contracted consultants for a specific period of time or project. Payment is by the hour or project. As facilitator we take a percentage. Payment between the parties is through our payment gateway. Does Zoho Recruit have the wherewithal to manage this process? If not, is there a solution within the Zoho suite or could someone recommend another platform?
Zoho Recruit Support to busy to schedule a call with me as a paid member.
I have been told that Support is too busy to schedule a support call with me!! My issue was reported on Monday and today is Thursday. What support do you get as a paid member?????????? When you call their Indian and US Support numbers, you get a message saying they are busy. I've tried several times over the last few days so it's not even like I am not trying to contact them. Zoho Support gets worse as each day passes.
Please add a feature so we can close multiple opening at the same time.

No emails received
I do not appear to have received any emails other than from other zoho users. my address is russell.tovey@phillipsbutterworth.co.uk. I am receiving emails from other Phillips Butterworth email addresses however have not received a single email all day. I have sent a test email from my hotmail address which has also failed to arrive. Please advise. Thanks Russ
List of candidates with mass submission option missing
When I work with a job opening and I used to click on assigned candidates, the list with candidates and the quick review appeared. There was a tool for mass submission of candidates. Where did it go? Now there is no list. Now when I click on assigned candidates the quick review without list appears. It is unusable. Was it update (to worse) or is it another bug?
