Job board postings: when I posted a job opening, i found that I only typed in a portion of what needed to appear on the job posting. How do I edit this and resubmit, so that those who view it on the job boards can see the complete job posting?

Trouble seeing information in Chrome

Problems with Indeed candidates
The candidates that are coming from Indeed they are not being required to fill out the required Candidate Form, Why is that? Because this is a very annoying problem, dozens of candidates are applying for the job without filling out the required information we need.

Importing emails & other info from gmail
Hi there, My company has recently switched from our own email server, to using google apps as our email provider. Previously we have used Outlook to manage our email, and have installed the Zoho plugin so that we can easily add new clients, candidates, parse resumes, and track email activitity. Is there any plug-in or app we can install that will have the same function in gmail/Google Apps Mail? I have the Zoho Recruit Resume Extractor plugged into Chrome, but we really need a way to import the email
Exporting Data
I am trying to export a view of contacts. I have over 11,000 contacts. When exporting to a CVS file, only 5000 records are exported. Is there a limit to what is able to be exported in a record? What is the issue?

Careers Website 404 Error
I am having difficulty adding the Careers Webpage into our Company Website. Every time I try, it says that there is a 404 Error and that the site doesn't exist. Our company website went live two days ago.

Client Contact at multiple location
Hi, I need to be able to create a 'client contact' who looks after multiple seprate client locations. The Zoho systems will not allow us to add the contact to more than one location as the email address is then shoiwng as being duplicated. Can you advise a way we can have this set-up for each location inclduing their email address? Many thanks, James

Where has all my candidates that I've entered gone? I can no longer view all the information I've submitted into the system for the past couple of months. Nothing but blank screens with no data?

For the job opening "date opened" field, is there a way for the current date to be the default date selected when adding a job opening?
Submitted-to-client in job openings view
In the job openings view, where we can customize a view, how can we see the number of candidates submitted-to-client? I see the option for associated to client but I want to see how many were actually submitted to the client without having to run a report. I appreciate any help you can give me.
Duplicate records
Is there a way to allow duplicate records to be created in general? I want to prevent new resumes coming in and overwriting details from older resumes, but I can only pick between "overwrite" and "skip" when dealing with duplicate resumes.

How do you close a job in the job openings to no longer be open? Is the only option to change the status?

Interviews via Zoho and Gmail Calendar Integration

All is working pretty good, the only thing is that when I create an Interview via Zoho, the interviewers get an email about it, but there is no way that they automatically add it to their gmail calendar. Is there any kind of script that I can add to Interview details, that they accept as a calendar invite?
