I need to know how to exclude / eliminate a tag...I didn`t found where can I delete this!!
Emails templates for candidate related to jobs they have applied
Mail template: when i want to send emails to candidate about a job. But when i select a email template, there is no field available to share information about job he is associated for. When we check mail merge fields only Candidates are available, we can not automate the job details as part of this email. Can you please suggest what should be best way to address this.

Email body image has stopped sending
I have a host of email templates that pull across business critical data to forward on to my clients. I have also structured each email to have a specific candidate picture in the email body. Since Sept the picture has all of a sudden stopped sending?? I have no idea why and need this resloving asap.
Issue with forward candidate to client function
We are having significant issues with the forward candidate to client function. It loads, and we can select templates, however when we click send it doesn't do anything. Our number of sent emails increase, but our clients confirm they are not receiving the emails. It is sporadic and has been only affecting some users.
Forwarding emails to Resume Inbox
Resume Inbox settings says I should forward my emails tohkcrzv@resumes.zohorecruit.com When I go into setting son Zoho Mail to forward to that address, it say that a verification email will be sent to that address and I have to respond. I do not have access to that email address. Will anyone respond? What do I do to make sure Resume Inbox is functioning? Thank you

Improved resume-inbox
Hi, We are using ZipRecruiter.com to broadcast our open positions. They send us an e-mail whenever a candidate applies. At the moment we are getting most of our candidates from that way. I entered our resume-inbox email address at their site to send them. See attached a sample e-mail. It would be nice if your resume-inbox would also parse that e-mail and use the e-mail, phone number, and job name, to populate the candidates profile, and make the association to the correct job opening in ZOHO. Hello - When I send a bulk email out I have only just noticed that all the notifications regarding undelivered emails go to the Zoho email box, however, we do not use the zoho email function. Good Morning, For a payment error, our old standard subscription to Zoho Recruit is now free. As a result, the configuration of our database of clients and candidates has been eliminated. Too much information has been deleted that had entered into the system. We have corrected the problem of payment by uploading a new credit card. Is there any chance of recovering the lost data and settings? Thank you,

Menu bar disappears
if you have a job opening with assigned candidates, you can review the job opening, and it will tell you underneath the title the client, the number of positions, and the number of assigned candidates. If you click on that ling you will see a list of candidates for that job. Unfortunately the menu is not displayed on that list page, and once you drill down into candidates, there is no way to get back to the menu ever. This should be fixed.
View all jobs associated with candidates from search result
Hi, I'd like some way of seeing all the jobs candidates have been associated with in a summary view from a search - e.g. search for candidates with "asp.net" and see whether they've been associated with a particular job without having to drill down into each candidate. I realize this might involve putting more detail in the Resume Status field which may be impractical, but any other ideas? Thanks in advance, Rob
Search for C# candidates only
Hi, I wish to search for candidates with C# experience so enter "C#" with quotes for the exact phrase but it returns all candidates with the letter "C" in their resumes. So I guess # is a reserved character so I try "C\#" to escape it, no dice. Any ideas how to just identify candidates with C# experience? Thanks in advance, Rob

Jobs are not posting to Indeed- need help immediately
Jobs are not posting to Indeed - we need help immediately. We have checked all the dates and they are current when submitting. We have also ensured that they all show as In-Progress. We are being notified by Zoho notations that the jobs are being published, but this is obviously not accurate.

resume inbox not working
The resume inbox is not working for me. From company email address associated with the account, I have sent multiple emails to it over the past few days and none of them have created new candidates, nor have they showed up in the failed or parsed sections of the "resume inbox" > "Reports"

Email Templates Not Filling in Information
I'm having another problem wherein our email templates are not filling in the field information. It seems like the only way I can get the email to accurately send the information is if I re-create the template every time. I've set up my email to show in Recruit, but candidate emails aren't showing in the Candidates tab. What additional settings do I need to enable me to view entire email conversations for each candidate? Both outgoing/incoming emails.
