Locked into using one client for resume forwarding?
Hi there. I'm trying to send out an application to our client. When I go to forward it, the drop down menu for choosing a client is greyed out and I appear to be locked into only using that candidate. This feature only occurs with jobs associated with him and not with other postings (e.g., I can send an application to anyone from other postings). How do I change this feature so I can send an application to other clients besides the one that the application is associated with?
Recording notes issue
When I record notes onto Zoho, the whole text is aligning left instead of going all the way across the available text box. What is causing this and how do I prevent it happening.
Custom views broken with more than 12 criteria
Hello, When I create a new custom view with more than 12 criteria, the program empties all criteria. This problem occures since yesterday. Even if I clone an existing custom view and save it, he deletes all the input. Recently, we've been sent an email from Indeed saying that they can't "index the full descriptions of all [our] jobs". This is a big concern for us. New Candidates

Zohorecruit application questions disappearing
Is anyone else seeing application questions randomly disappear? This is happening multiple times A DAY!! We have been experiencing this for MANY WEEKS. Support is not reliable on this issue and I'm ready to give up on zoho if we can't get them to provide reliable support and resolution.
Difficult to navigate multiple browser tabs

Converted to Employee
If I have a candidate with a status of Converted to Employee, can I take that away? I deleted him in zoho people. I unlocked him and changed his status to rejected but it still says Converted to Employee. I am pulling data from zoho into another reporting program and I need to be able to change this Converted to Employee status.

Lob List customization

Simply Hired job posting
Its been approximately 2 months and still there is no fix for posting jobs to simply hired on my account. Furthermore, no one at Zoho seems to be able to get this resolved. Ananth has not returned my calls and only solution so far has been to forward the issue to Heath at Simply Hired. That doesn't seem to illicit any response either. So now I'm wondering why this issue is so perplexing for the Zoho team and why I don't get any response from the Zoho "support" team as to why this problem still exists.
Issue with pop ups within the careers page.
The updated career page has an issue. Basically the page looks fine, however when you click through into each of the jobs, the pop up does not center on the page, this meaning you cannot see the entire page that pops up, when you scroll to the left or right the pop up moves with the screen so you cannot physically see the entire job listing, nor the x button. I have tried to re code my website to allow for this however cannot because the careers page is in a separate box. Any help would be great.
another issue with careers page
Sorry another problem with the layout of the careers page. you now cannot change anything for generic applications. Previously where the page now says "basic" i previously had a blurb saying "if no roles above suit, please enter your details below and we will see how we can help". However with no way to change this now it does not really explain what the person is to do, and looks quite unprofessional. Also previously you could choose what information you wanted with these type of applications....
Zoho Recruit Outlook Plug-in
My Zoho Recruit account shows that 1 out of 1 Outlook Plug-ins have been used, but I have not been able to download it and make it work. I have the Zoho CRM Outlook plug in. Are those the same thing? Unavailable Resumes
Hello, I've had a few candidates submit resumes to me but they show up as PDF files formatted as FirstName_LastName.pdf but their file size is 0k and nothing opens when I click the link. I've tested the application process myself but haven't see this issue. Please help!
