Publishing a new position

Jobs not posting to Job Boards
I was issued ticket number 4116196 by Keerthi on Apr 17 for this issue. I do not see any of the job openings I create on any of the websites except our own website. I have the Job Boards option enabled under settings and am publishing. Please have someone address this ASAP - I have waited quite a while to get this resolved

Hey, on the main page of Zoho Recruit, at the top the button "Zoho Zpps" is not working. I have opened a new session, cleared browsing history, shut computer down and restarted, used internet explorer instead of Chrome and cannot get it to open..... any thoughts on the issue here?

Hi, We are creating a recruitment management solution for one of our clients using Zoho Recruit. We are configuring the entire solution for our client using 'Recruiter Admin' role. The Recruiter Admin role access will not be given to the client. The client will access the solution using 'Recruiter', 'Interviewer' roles. However in these roles, the Reports tab is not visible. problem with importing client contacts.
Hi, I have imported client contact files in Excel format. Most of them have been added to zoho, but there are 323 contacts that have not been imported, but I do not know why. Please assist.
Problem with Outgoing Email
Clients says they are not getting my email. I don't know how long this problem has been occurring. Is there a way you can check to see if email is going out. I sent an email to myself and never got it. Also, Is there a way I can set the system to notify me of outgoing mail being successfully sent?

Can I upload more than 1 document to a candidate?
As a new user, I just realised that, as far as I can see, only one document / per candidate can be uploaded. What happens, if the candidate has more than one resumes, what I want to use as attached documents? What is the solution for that? Thanks in advance for your help! regards, Orsolya
Customization of forms remains after 15-day trial reverts to free version? I don't think so.
All of your documentation claimed that my customizations to forms would remain after the account went to the free version. I read everything I could find on that - there was nothing about it being limited. If that is misrepresented - on top of the fact that your offices are in India, not Pleasanton CA (which is not in a 408 area code calling area) - I am disinclined to use a credit card to pay for services to extend to a full version any time soon; and will stop pushing to larger firm colleagues

I am trying to create a custom view where I can see a candidate that contains more than one tag. For example, I tagged candidates as "contractors." I also tagged them with "dynamics ax" - a technology I work with. I want to be able to create a view where I can see candidates that fit both of these criteria. For some reason, it is not working. My website Jobs page now shows a big orange 'Apply with Indeed' button on the detail page for each job. I never requested that, and I want it taken off immediately. Indeed claims it is a Zoho problem. Is it?
Client name and address in interview confirmation email template
The merge fields do not show the client name for a job opening. How do you place the client name using merged fields in the interview confirmation email? Same question for the client address.
Suggestions for improvement.
Three Idea's 1. An option to clone the job opening would be helpful. 2. The ability to change a Resume Status from the default view without have to open the candidate. 3. Aloow to filer by specific customer field.
Job postings not publishing to job boards?
I've tried to update several of our openings to all the free job board options offered but, even 24 hours later, when I try searching those boards for the posts, I can't find them. I'm following the instructions given, it's a pretty simple process: hit publish button, select boards from dropdown menu, click update. Right? Is this a bug? Some sort of user error? Has anyone else ever tried looking for their job postings?
Problem uploading CVs
Hi, I'm having issues uploading CVs for candidates using the ZOHO Recruit API. I can create records, and even upload text files as CVs, but when I try to upload binary files, it doesn't work, and I get a 9500 error with no further explanation. I'm encoding the document data in base 64, as specified in the API. I've noticed that many, many companies want to be able to set their own user access privileges. I have more than one recruiter, and it is not a good thing for them to see each other's work, etc. How long is this new update supposed to take? I am having an issue with Zoho Recruit. I have created a job posting and linked the portal to our website, however only about 1/3 of the posting is showing up. I need assistance correcting the situation.

We have multiple recruiters that would access Zoho at any given time; however we only want each recruiter to be able to see the applications that come in with THEIR name on it (i.e. - the User and/or Source field....or another subsequent field). Is this possible via users, permissions, or another feature?

Are the data and customizations to forms and email template retained after the trial period ends and account becomes limited free account? Also can we continue to use these email templates and customized forms in the free account?
