Is it possible to archive old candidate files (the rejected ones). We've reach the 1Gb max storage, is there any other way to upgrade this storage capacity ?
Very annoying bug/feature request
When you try to Add from Tag List from the Candidate detail page the list is not alphabetized. Please fix. It makes it hard as you have to scroll through all the tags one-by-one to find the correct one. Thanks,

Zoho Recruit - Client Portal - Resumes - Video
We are an immigration law firm that is moving into recruitment to help match our clients with employers. We are thinking about using Zoho Recruit so we can forward online resumes to employers (clients). I understand that Zoho is working on a Client Portal (I am shocked it isn't an option now). I am correct in my understanding that I can use Zoho to forward online resumes to someone? And if so, can I embed a video on the resumer page?
Sometimes, adding Events doesn't work
Hello. Most times I can add Events without a problem, but sometimes, when I fill out the fields and click Add, nothing happens. The screen doesn't change and the Event isn't added. When that happens, I usually click on the Events tab and try the whole process again. It usually works the 2nd or 3rd time, but sometimes, it just doesn't work. Can you look into this please?
Job listing in embedded list format vs. job listing details under apply now
We have uploaded our embedded link to our website and now have a list of all of the job openings. While I only want a limited number of fields on the list (job opening description, location, client name); I cannot figure out how to have more details on the position when the candidate clicks the apply now. In other words, my only option is to have all of the fields in both the job list and the job details.
No job openings message
When you have no active job openings the following message is shown in the published web iframe "Thank you for your interest, but there are no job openings available at this time. Please check back at another time" How can you customize this message? Simon
Can we tracking Jobopening' status one-by-one for each position, when number of posicion is greater than one?
Dear Support We'd like to follow up each position in the Jobopening. For example: 1) The job opening is added with 4 position; 2) Next 1 of that is canceled; 3) The recruit team keep working with 3 positions remains; 4) The recruit team got successs with 2 positions. ZOHO recruit NOT working woth resumegrabber
The "Resume Grabber" integration is not working !!! . I have seen someone else complained about the same in the forum and answer to that was " We are working with resume grabber" people to resolve this issue. My continuation of the account depends on this functionality working . Right now it gives errors like "your internet connection is working" . I am right there on zoho recruit website and other website. Immediate action requested.

When I try to import a resume into Zoho Recruit from Dice with ResumeGrabber, I get a pop-up box which is titled: "Zoho Recruit Link Options." We have a client who wants access to zoho recruit to view, assess and progress candidates and also post job requirements. The client would bneed access to our account but we need a portal to show just their information and candidates. Can't view Custom controls placed in Other or new section
When I customize a job opening and place a control in the ":Other" section or a new section, the new control does not show in view or edit mode. It will only appear in if I put in the first 2 sections. It looks like the "Other" and custom sections are not viewable. I looked for a configuration switch to make section viewable and did not find one. I think this a bug.
Need additional custom status' in addition to Hire and Reject
I would like to be able to set a status for a Candidate and their association with a job opening. For example in my company, the recruiter associates the candidates to a Job Opening. Then I assess each candidate and will outright reject those who are a definite "No". As I go through each candidate that I think is worth interviewing, I would like to be able to set their status "Ok to Interview". If a candidate has made the first round of interviews I would like to set their status to "OK for 2nd Interview".

Hi there. I'm noticed an issue that has recently cropped up. When I set up an Event for Candidates, and setup the reminder email option, I don't actually get any reminders. Dear All, I would like to ask for another useful feature. If possible i would like to see the emails and scheduled interviews that I and my fellow recruiters have sent to the client contact. Now you will only see the emails that you have composed but not the emails that have been generated by the system (for example when you schedule an interview with the candidate and the candidate is interviewed by the client contact). Fresher tag in Candidate summary view
In the summary view in Candidatates, all my candidates have the word 'Fresher' under their names. I have not tagged them as Fresher anywhere, so am unsure where this tag is coming from. From a previous post I understand that this may be to do with work experience? We do not have or want the 'work experience' field as part of our required candidate detail when we are adding new candidates (we have customised and removed this field), so why is the fresher tag still appearing? How do I get rid of it?
