Entries Are Not Showing When Embedded in a Website...
I made a job application and embedded it in a Google Site. The problem is that when an applicant clicks on "apply now," the following window that opens does not display all of the information. For example, there is a place that I created that requests the applicant to input "Today's Date." However, that entry does not show up when the applicant clicks on the "apply now" button. restore removed fields
I represent a not-for-profit group to help connect job seekers with employers. Zoho recruit is perfect for my current needs. I accidentally removed a field from the candidate application form and I can't get it back and i can't afford to use custom field. is there anyway I can reset the candidate application form for my next job opening or restore removed fields (with or without associated data) or different candidate application forms for different openings?

Adding candidates via another web form

Also on a similar note is it possible when forwarding CVs to the line manager to add a hyperlink to the candidate record? So that the line manager can login and accept OR reject them? OR even better have an accept hyperlink and a reject hyperlink in the email so the line manager can react to the candidate without even logging in.
Avoid adding duplicate resumes
Dear Zoho, I have 4 people adding candidates to Zoho recruit. Why not do a duplicate check on email address? This avoids duplicate entries. Would be a great help. You can design it in the same way a new user signs up for a hotmail account (for example) and the hotmail site checks automatically if it is still available. If the address is not available my staff will know the user is already in the system. Cheers, Thomas
User permissions
I am interested to know if it is possible to allow line managers (non-recruiters) into the system to make decisions on candidates (interview or reject) without giving them a view of all the records in the system? I appreciate I would have to purchase a recruiter license for the line manager to edit the candidate record to mark them as rejected for a given job, but I might only want them to be able to see candidate records for the roles they are associated with.
Handing duplicate applications
I have just been testing out Zoho recruit to see how it handles duplicate entries. It seems very odd and I would be grateful if you could clarify this. In most recruitment systems I have worked with they use email address as the unique identifier and this appears to be how Zoho Recruit functions as it does not let you create a candidate record in the system if a candidate aleady exists with that email address. I am particularly concerned with this process as it causes a big problem if recruitment

Design problem.
Since Zoho Recruit in available in French we have a problem viewing the "dashboard" window. The "Job opening chart" comes in front of the "Recent activities" listing and the dashboard is difficult to read. This happens with window sizes smaller than 1280 x 1024. I think that the problem comes from the translation that is, by the way, not very accurate (and longer). Could you change "Active job openings" by "Postes actifs" (instead of "Activer des postes à pourvoir") and "Active candidates" by "Candidats

Hello, I have customized my candidate form to include picklists for race and gender, to help my organization meet its federal reporting requirements for affirmative action. However, I tried to include our nondiscrimination language explaining that the questions are voluntary and the system wouldn't allow me to save the form until I cut the character length down. Is there a way to include a long block of text that the candidates will see above the question? Thank you.

Is it possible to create a calendar reminder for events that are created in Zoho Recruit. We use Outlook currently for all of our email / calendar events and it would be great if we could create interviews, client / candidate call cycles, reminder services in Zoho and then have them automatically created into our Outlook. How do I only show the job titles of unfilled jobs
We want to use the form generated in the Candidates Section. As this will add unassociated candidates, we want to add a 'Job applied for' dropdown. In the Customising Candidate Form, I created a lookup field with Job Opening and Posting Title fields. This shows all jobs whether they are filled or unfilled. Obviously I don't want people applying for filled jobs! Is there a way to show only unfilled jobs or can we actually use this form to automatically associate candidates to a particular job? We

Import documents from Zoho Docs or Google Docs??
I need to attach/download resumes which are in Google Documents (or Zoho Docs) and associate with a candidate. Right now it seems as if the application wants to find the doc on my hard drive. Trying to get away from my hard drive! Any suggestions??
