Huge bugs with mails and templates, please fix this ASAP
Hello, I am currently experiencing huge bugs with sending mails though Zoho recruit: - Sending single mail doesn’t work - Templates doesn’t work on multiple mails - Custom from address doesn’t work either I experienced this on both chrome and safari Please solve this issue ASAP, it blocked my work completely today !Recording Reverse Marketing Activity
Hi Quite often we 'reverse market' a candidate to several clients. Those clients do not have a vacancy. We are simply contacting several companies with some brief details about a candidate to ask if they might have an opening for such a candidate. I would be interested to hear from users how they record their reverse marketing activity on a clients and candidates record. Hi, In the old version of Zoho it was possible to view candidates associated with a particular job in the Candidates window, as well as in the Jobs window. This was very useful because you could view these candidates in a summary (custom) view, structured how you want. There seems no way to do this now - or have I missed something? As you can see in the picture, when looking at a job order record, the candidate status shown is that candidates current status, not the status as it pertains to that particular job order. Hello, Have noticed that when sorting the Candidate ID by ascending, it groups 8 with 80 and 800. Surely 008 should not even be on the same page as 800. So the candidate ID number needs to be treated as having zeros in the front before sorting. I want candidate 799 to be one record away from candidate 800. Thank you.URL with Candidate ID?
I am trying to put a URL into an e-mail that links back to the candidate. Unfortunately the merge-field only allows to work with the Candidate Id, and the record ID is unavailable as a field. The URL however needs a record ID for the candidate. https://recruit.zoho.com/recruit/EntityInfo.do?module=Candidates&id=$(Candidate.CandidateID) does not link to the right information. From what I understand - assignment rules are only available for new candidates created via import or webform. However we use the API to capture new applicants from our website. Hello all. I am new to Zoho so potentially my question is silly. I tried searching too before I post. I would like to enter all the information from the client's CV (or let them do it from our website) into the Zoho database and then make Zoho generate a custom branded CV based on it.
