How to stuff up a migration
We love Zoho. It's a great system with pretty responsive service, but today's experience has been a bad one. We informed Zoho that we wished to migrate to the new version of Zoho recruit. I'm thinking of building a roster of consultants to fill these needs which would mean I need to post the opportunity, email relevant candidates from the data base, assess and present a shortlist. Search result inactive after mass association of candidates - URGENT
Hello, a new problem occurred. It needs a quick fix. After mass associating of candidates from a search list to a job the search is still there but it is not possible to go the next page of results. Also, when trying to perform "search again" function the system goes down. The search must be performed again. Please, let me know, when the issue will be fixed. Again, we are losing a lot of time with this. And it means money. Searching and working with searches is an essential characteristics of a database.
Urgent!!!!!!!!!!!!! - attachments disappeared
Hello, your system is really damaging our business!!!!!!!! Except all other bugs that appeared this week, attachments disappeared. There are no titles of documents, a blank space instead of that. Closed vs Lost Jobs
We added two job statuses, "Closed" (e.g. client ended search), and "Lost" (e.g. competitor made placement), however, Zoho treats these statuses as if they were open. Zoho support stated we MUST use filled/cancelled/inactive/declined in order to close a job. This doesn't allow us to track closed jobs in a meaningful way. I supposed we could use "cancelled" instead of our "Closed". But what about Lost jobs? Does anyone else have this problem or have you come up with a simple workaround?
New Zoho Recruit SMS....Unable to Edit the template now??
Here is yet another issue with a feature we used to have but now has been taken away. For some reason, when I pulled up my list of candidates and I was getting ready to send an SMS to about 90 of them, I was taken to a screen where it appears that you can ONLY pick a template to send via SMS and I CAN NOT edit the template. Why??? We used to be able to use the templates AND edit them as needed which only makes since since certain things do not fit neatly into a template. PLEASE PLEASE change
SMS Button not working on New Zoho Recruit
Hi, another problem report for Zoho Recruit. When I'm in a candidate profile and click the send SMS button, its not working. Nothing pops up anywhere. I now cant send SMS as I had before. How do we fix this?
New Zoho Recruit Calendar
I am wondering where calendar has gone in the new zoho recruit ? I also note that when an event or scheduled call is loaded this does not show up on my Zoho recruit calendar. Also when I load a task this does not load up on my old zoho recruit tasks. Is there a setting I need to change as I need to be able to have these items show up on the appropriate calendar.. Hello Beta Testers
I feel we customers of ZR are nothing but beta testers for this new platform. I find all the time issues to be changed and corrected. Some of them are bugs, some just bad architecture and stupid development. Some can be fixed but I feel it is not my job to configure the system to work as what it is meant to be. I have spent a lot of time trying to find a good way to configure the fields and processes to make it work a good way for a recruiter like me. Too much trouble. Now I don´t know what to do.
Apply for jobs
We want to allow candidates to apply for jobs via the careers portal without supplying an email account. Is this possible please? thx Stephen

I have emailed you about several problems with the new format and have not received a reply. Now all the resumes attached to candidates files have disappeared. I would like to revert to the old format. I have had nothing but trouble with the new format. It time consuming and taking me away from my work.

Jobs not posting to Twitter and FB
My Zoho Recruit is not posting to my Twitter and FB pages when I create job openings and publish them. It seems to work, but these jobs are NOT posted on the configured company Twitter page and Facebook page even though I am selecting that it be published there. What is going on?

Email parse not working.
I can't get my mailbox to parse the resumes. I've followed the instructions. I see the resumes in my inbox, but they are not being parsed into candidates. In reports, I see no successes or failures.
New Zoho Recruit Not able to delete notes or send emails
Now we are having problems with Zoho recruit not being able to send emails or delete notes. Trying to hit the send email button or the trash can to delete a note does not work. It only sits there with no action taken.
Field Types of 'Image Upload' and 'File Upload'

New Zoho Recruit: Not possible to edit Candidate E-mail Templates
During the integration from old to new Zoho recruit the layout of my candidate e-mail templates did not transfer well. When going to setup and then choosing to edit the relative template an instruction of "loading" appears but this just hangs and hangs and hangs and so far the template has not loaded. I look forward to your advise about this issue.

I've been using the old version of Zoho Recruit for a long time, associating candidates to job openings, no problem, but in the new version I've no idea what's going on. I'm being asked to add "Criteria Component"? Please explain how to simply associate a candidate to a job opening like in the previous version.

Candidate Form
Hi - Is there any way of sending the Hiring Manager a copy of the Candidate Application form? I can see that Resume & Covering Letter can be attached but not the details on the candidate form
Email as CC instead of BCC
When I send a mass mail to candidates starting at the candidates tab and add a BCC address so that I can see what the candidate is getting - the email goes out as CC and not BCC i.e. copy instead of blind copy. Please verify and rectify.
My Profile on Careers Portal
When a potential candidate is using the careers portal, signs in and create his profile. The system display the pop-up alert we have created saying thanks for applying for this job. It also sends out an email to the candidate owner saying this peron has applied for a job. basically lots of alerts being sent when someone is only creating their profile not applying for jobs. I want to create a report that looks at candidates by job ref. The reporting function in Recruitment is very flat - only lets you report on a single table which isn't very helpful. Any suggestions please?

How do I export candidates after putting in a search string? For example, I searched in my database for candidates with "Dynamics AX" experience. About 3000 candidates came up. How can I export this?
SMS on New Zoho Recruit not working...
Another issue with the new Zoho Recruit. I'm trying to send an SMS to one of my candidates to let them know about a job interview coming up and I can't click the "Send SMS" button. I click the button and it wont do anything. I click the button above it to send an email and it works fine but not the SMS button. Anything you can do to fix this too??
Search candidate/contact profile in LinkedIn feature to be discontinued from Feb 15, 2016
We are sorry to inform you that from Feb 15, 2016 onward, we will discontinue the search candidate/contact profile in LinkedIn feature. This is due to LinkedIn's decision to restrict their Open API's. Moving forward, instead of searching for a candidate's profile through Recruit, you can look up them up directly in LinkedIn, copy the profile link, and use it to associate the candidate profile within Recruit. Please note, that these changes will not impact the existing associated candidate profiles.
New Zoho Recruit Tasks: can't delete task
New Zoho Recruit: once a task is completed it has not been possible for me to delete it. The delete button simply does not respond on the "to do page".
