Resume Inbox Parsing problem
Hello, We had set to inbox email parsing for "BOTH (attachement & email body)". When we set this, the parsing function creates 2 candidate in Zoho Recruit and the second one is as "No Name" even though the email body is empty. Urgent response please Resume Inbox Parsing problem

URGENT- Intellecap website- Zoho bug problem
Hi, We are using Zoho with the username 'Intellecap.hr'. Recently we noticed that none of the new jobs that we are posting from Zoho are being reflected on our website (Intellecap). On trying to see if there was an error, we noticed that while publishing a job the status is "waiting for approval" as against "in-progress". The option of "in-progress" is not appearing in the drop down as a result of a probable bug and thus currently only 4 jobs are being reflected on our website. We need to resolve

Bulk email to associated job candidates not working
Hi, I just tried to send a bulk email to all candidates associated with a job opening, and it appears to have worked for some but not others. There is no reason for this that I can see - the candidates that have not received the email are not blocked from receiving emails or "locked". Any thoughts? Thanks, Rob

Massive ZOHO Recruit problems
Dear Customer Service, my whole team (5 recruiters) had problems to access ZOHO Recruit during the day (local Austrian time). Without ZOHO the work at my company doesn't make sense. Zoho continually crashing.
Issue with Zoho crashing all the time.... I have had issues now for the last week with Zoho continually crashing. How do I synch CRM and Recruit (bi-directionally)?
We are attempting to use CRM and Recruit side by side, and want the same contacts and accounts synched between the two. We have enabled the adapters, but only seem to be getting CRM data synching to Recruit. How do we get this to work the other way around?

Candidates associated with multiple jobs
Once candidates become associated with multiple jobs, it seems that tokens begin breaking in outbound e-mails, etc. from the system. For example, {Job.Id} produces a null string as the system does not know to which job is being referred. It does not appear that Zoho knows how to handle candidates when they are applying to multiple jobs, or track their submission pay rates/bids on each job they apply to. Can't view search results in Custom View
Hi, If you select a Custom View, then do either a simple or advanced search, the view reverts back back to the default view. To a large degree this renders Custom Views useless, if you can't use them to view search results. Thanks, Robert Lasker

Can't return to search results after viewing candidate
Hi, I'm not sure if this was the case in the old Zoho, but currently if I do an advanced search and then drill down in to a particular candidate from the search results, I can't return to the results list. Sure I can scroll forward to view each of the candidates in the results list, but what if it's a long list and I only want to view a few specific candidates? Hi there. We're opening a .docx in Zoho Recruit, making amendments, then trying to save - then up pops this message.... "Problem in posting the document. Please retain a local copy at your end and try again later" We've tried renaming the document CandidateName_Sept2015 and re-uploading in Z/recruit and making the changes again, but still same problem. Job Opening CHart
In the Job Openings view, the Job Opening Chart shows both "Filled" and "Open" jobs. As more jobs are Filled (a running total), the "Open" jobs bar becomes smaller and smaller. Is there any way to customize that chart so it only shows certain Status? The way it's designed, it's quite useless.

Exporting Email addresses
Hi I've done a trial "Mass Email Candidates" to some friends before I send out an actual Mass email to people, just to make sure it would work properly. There was no issues sending the email, but everyone received the email in their Junk Mail. I would like to export all of the candidates' email addresses either into my email directly (if possible) or into an Excel Sheet and then I will copy the address off the Excel sheet and paste into an Email. Is it possible to do either one of these things? Thanks
Bug when editing Custom Views
Hi, I created a Custom View including a criteria Last Activity "is before". When I went back in to edit this View the "is before" selection was replaced with "None", and clicking the drop down brought up selections appropriate to a text field, not a date/time field. The only way to get back to the appropriate selections was to choose another date/time criteria, then re-select Last Activity. Thanks, Robert Lasker
