I want to change Beth Reardon names and associated clients and candidates to to Josh Holland and then delete her. I want to change Nicole Bland names and associated clients and candidates to to Amie Greensted and then delete her. How do I do that. That way we keep the same amount of users.

i am trying your free trial out, and i have uploaded 4 CVs so far. However when i search key words that all 4 CVs should have.... only 2 or 3 come out depending on the word. Where and how does your search work? where should have my "key" words for me to know that all my relevant CVs pop up when i search for them.
Auto-responses
Hi, I tried setting up our auto-response email but the system says it's only available for Enterprise accounts. We have been on paid account for quite a long time now and all of our auto-responses were already set-up before merging/updating to this new system/interface. Also, can we get back all our email templates? It seems it wasn't included when your updated our system. Thanks

Can't add/change/delete "Candidate status" choices
I can't change/add "Candidate Status" choices. There's a lock sign in the Module edit page. We are on paid account. Why can't we do this? There are just too many problems with new version. You should covered all of these before releasing it.

Hi, How can I search for candidates within ZohoRecruit using boolean opearators (AND, OR, NEAR), wild cards (* on stem words) and zip code based (50 miles around 20419)? This is how I search in monster, and I am hoping I can do similar search on all my uploaded candidates within ZohoRecruit. Thanks.

Hi, The error message displayed after I click the Submit in“Applying for”webform. I also tried to test on IE 11, Chrome and Safari and all browser showed the same message. Is there a way add a widget on the home screen where candidate's whose statuses have changed populate? client name maximum 25 characters
I keep running into an error when creating job orders that the client name must be less than 25 characters. In all cases, the client name is automatically populated because I've already entered the client. When I shorten the name, it creates another client, which is a duplicate. It seems like the client name field on the job order should be the same size as the client name field in the client module. Any suggestions?
Can I Schedule multiple candidates to an Interview?

Cannot add clients and candidates + REFUNDATION request
I cannot add new clients or candidates. I fill in the candidate/client form but when I click on save or save and new, the buttons will go gray and nothing is happening. I really need to solve this along with issue no. ##7939053##. Since both errors are prevent us from using your recruit CRM, I FORMALLY CLAIM REFUNDING OF THIS MONT'S FEE.
USERS versus Guests
I have a total of 5 users scheduled an up and running in ZohoRecruit. Does a guest count as a user and do I have to pay for that. If I wanted my client to have random access to check on candidates do I have to pay for that?

Resume Inbox works well (thanks) but the system parses both "Inbox" and "Sent messages", even though I have ticked the "Inbox" in the resume box setup. For example, when I forward a resume to a client, this resume will be parsed too. THX
Branded resume format problem
Please see attached document with screen shots of branded resume format problem. Basically, if my settings are such that I want to maintain the original format of the resume but add a watermark or a logo and save as a doc or pdf, the original format of the resume is not maintained but altered in a not so pleasing fashion. Can you please tell me if I am doing something wrong or if this is not working as intended? I want to brand my resumes but I would like the client to see the resume as the candidates
