Changing the candidate information page
Hi - I was wondering if someone could help please. I need to change the format of the candidate information page on Zoho in order to record additional bits of information on them and to refine what we are recording already. My questions are: 1, When I do this, how does it affect all of the past candidate records? Does it delete those fields / boxes (and therefore information contained therein) that are not in our new and revised candidate page? 2, Does it add the new fields to the candidate pages
Ascending and Descending
It seems that after we import data from a spreadsheet or other imports that the data is always in descending order. We need to change this to a default of ascending. We realize we can click on the button to ascend, but that isn't what we want. We want the data to be in ascending order from the start.

I have ran into several new bugs lately and a few areas that could use some flushing out. 1) If a web form posts and updates a field value, workflow automation flat out isn't being triggered. Regardless of how the rule is setup- if it is a "Field Update" or you specify when a record is created/edited or edited- the rule never runs. You can trigger it by making a change in the UI. Unable to use advance search option in a specific job ID
Hi, I have sent this issue before but I didn't get the proper solution so I am writing this once again. I am new to using Zoho and found that when I enter an interview into system, my candidates get an auto generated email that says: Hi Candidate, You are scheduled to have an interview on 06/11/2015 12:00 PM for the position of Senior Payroll Tax Analyst.
