All emails going into Zoho as "New Candidates"
Hello, I left a message last week with Support and have not heard from anyone. I am having an issue between my Email and Zoho Recruit. Most of my emails (either received or sent) are coming into the Candidate tab on Zoho Recruit as a "New Candidate." I am not forward them to the Resume Inbox and, in fact, have removed the MS Outlook plug-in from Zoho entirely. It is clogging up our database and being a nuisance. Please connect me with someone who might be able to help me rectify this problem.
No email history tracking from auto email.
When candidates apply they get an automated email from ZOHO. It works! But, when I go to the candidate profile it does not show any email history. This is not helpful. I need to see ALL email communication between ZOHO and the candidate. Also, the grammar is wrong. It should say "no emails have been sent/received." See attache

Date Setting Format - Need dd/mm/yyyy
Hi, I have changed the date in the main settings to the UK format (dd/mm/yyyy) but it still shows up in the American format (mm/dd/yyyy) on most of the system, for example in schedule and event, date details inputted to Zoho Recruit etc... please can you tell how I can change this as it is very annoying. Zoho Recruit doesn't show Candidates under Job Openings
In the Job Openings screen, related Candidates are not showing. The whole section for Candidates is missing. Can't expand activities/notes/job posting area
I can not expand an activities window to see what I wrote and I can't expand the job posting window either. All I have is an up and down arrow. I used to be able to drag the right hand bottom corner of these windows to expand. It's not there anymore. Please help!

I am trying to change the candidate status picklist choices to tailor them to the status's my company uses. I modified them in the candidate fields with no problem, but when I go to the individual candidate to change their status, the choices revert to the Zoho original list. Help?

I need to be able to set a Status at the Candidate level, not just the associate job level for a Candidate. Like the Unqualified status that is set at the Candidate level, I would like an Unavailable status for those candidates that have accepted another position, but we want to keep their record for future use.
Log in doesn't work
I have another ticket for a similar issue that has not been resolved. There seems to be a lot of issues with your log in for jobs board in recruit. We have had to turn it off. I am using the trial and I tried to send a mass email. It told me it maxes out at 20 emails during the trial, but I can't tell which 20 people out of the 106 were contacted. Is there a way to tell who was sent an email?
Careers Page sign in and captcha bugs
Captcha does not seem to work in Chrome. Also tried in IE but IE has sign in issues. Specifically when an applicant tries to sign in using IE it looks like he has signed in just fine. Then when the applicant clicks to apply for a job opening the dialog box comes up like he hasn't signed in. Then you click sign in and the dialog box for sign in turns into the system window. A picture is worth a thousand words. see attached!

we previously had zoho recruit a few years ago. and now we signed up for Zoho CRM about a month ago. We have been able to use Recruit again but we want to know if we have to pay for it separately from the CRM.

still see old email address on website after changing it, not sure why?
