Job application randomly not showing fields
Job application fields appear to be correct and complete when I look at them through Zoho and go to the application directly. However, it seems like every 1 out of 10 candidates ends up missing a mandatory question (e.g., they don't upload their resume or cover letter). I've checked and double checked the field settings and the application itself and everything shows and is mandatory. So why is this randomly occuring?

We are getting incorrect Next Renewal Amount. It should be $55. Recruiters(2): $50 Outlook Plugin(1): $ 5 Total: $55 Our last payment issue(overcharging) has still not been resolved. If things go like this, we will stop using Zoho Recruit in a couple of months.

URGENT - Zoho Reports integration not working
We're using both Zoho Recruit (paid) and Zoho Reports (with Recruit connector) to view recruit reports on Zoho Reports. Interestingly; recruit reports on Zoho Reports seems working but it doesn't fetch new records from Recruit. (it stuck on 20 Aug 2014) Can you please check the problem and inform us?
Scheduling zoho recruit interviews as zoho events
Is there a way to schedule interviews in zoho recruit as "zoho event" instead of just sending a plain email to interviewer? (to be able to see if interviewers are ok with suggested date and time; automatic timezone update that matches interviewer time-zone and integration in google calendar etc.)
Added a column - how to modify the form
Good morning, I've added several columns to the "Associated Candidate vs Job Openings" table, and created a custom report based on data in those columns. What do I need to do to modify the candidate form to allow the recruiters to add/modify the data in those columns? Hi, I seem to be having problems with Mail Magnet. We would like for it to capture all emails related to a client contact but it seems to be very selective in which client it populates. Some clients have fully detailed email conversation chains and some are empty even though there was a conversation that was happening.

Hi, We have a question about adjusting our display of our job listings embedded in our website. Email integration
When I send emails from Zoho Recruit they are recorded against the candidate or client contact record. Replies are received and show up in my email but do not seem to be recorded within Zoho Recruit. Surely this is not correct? Is there an error in my setup or configuration?
